My dad loves it there. Says all the staff are so friendly, it's so clean, loves the food, the residents are his new friends, he uses the gym, enjoys the activities, they go on outings, and is so glad we picked this place for him. The nursing staff, the receptionist, Maria, the doctors/nurse practitioners are outstanding!!

The SCSL caregivers truly care about the residents! My mom lives at SCSL and during my visit today I accidentally threw away an important piece of mail. I called SCSL as soon as I realized it and her caregiver actually went to the trash bin and found the envelope I needed!!! I cannot say enough about these incredible people who go above and beyond for our families. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Our loved ones have been in the facility since the beginning of Dec, started in Assisted and just transitioned to Generations. They lived next door to us so essentially we were their caregivers for years. We were very hesitant about the move but the night we moved them in was the first night we had a good night sleep in months. The Staff is AMAZING, the atmosphere is AMAZING and the food is AMAZING!! To the entire Staff, THANK YOU for everything you do!!

We had cared for my mother with Alzheimer's at home for years and were hesitant to place her in a memory care center when it was getting to the point that we needed help. Maria Hernandez at Cypress Care Senior Living went well out of her way to help us get my mother situated in their Memory Care center, and she continues to be available to help out or with a sweet story about my mother or a picture of her having fun. I have found all of the staff at the center to have this same happy, caring attitude. We have been amazed by how wonderful it has been for my mother to be living there. The staff in the memory care center are sweet, affectionate caregivers who encourage and interact with the residents in fun ways. There are many activities that go on in the center throughout the day which stimulate the residents both physically and mentally. The memory care patients also often join in with the rest of the residents at the Senior Living Center for fun activities, entertainment, and parties. The staff always works very hard to make sure these are very nice events and family is always welcome. We were also surprised by how much was available in-house in the way of services. They have occupational and physical therapy which has been very helpful for my mother, and there is a hair salon and a pharmacy. They also have various doctors and a dentist who come to the facility to see patients as well as a Nurse on staff. We have been so impressed by how all of the activities, and attention from the staff has really helped my mother improve mentally and physically. She enjoys herself more now and is quite cheerful in this bright, happy, pretty, clean environment.

We moved my mom into Spring Cypress Senior Living in late January. The staff at Spring Cypress are amazing (Maria, Martina, medical techs and front desk) and all others very helpful, sending pictures of mom participating in events. The facility is clean and well kept. My mom loves having her own private apartment and the other people who live there are welcoming. Plenty of activities to keep them busy!

My mother has been living at Spring Cypress since January. Every day she speaks about how wonderful the staff is. Some of her highlights are: Her laundry is always done perfectly. The food is very good. (She gained 7 pounds her first 6 weeks, which is great for her) All the staff know her name and they always greet her. The common areas are so clean and they do a great job of cleaning her room. And the list goes on and on. Maria, in sales, is absolutely the best. If I could give her ten stars I would. She is so kind and goes above and beyond the sale to be sure the residents and their family are comfortable and feel safe. I always feel welcomed when I go to visit. This has been the best decision I could make and I did look at other facilities before deciding but none were as good as this one. We love it!!!

Spring Cypress Senior Living All I can say is this place is absolutely fantastic. A family member recently moved in and we have been so impressed by the facility the staff they are caring. The place is spotless and clean. Smells good. The food is fantastic. We feel very lucky that we found this place, and it is absolutely fantastic !!!

Spring Cypress is a wonderful community to be a part of! The building is beautiful, they always have events and activities for your loved one to join, and their amazing staff ensures everyone feels loved and welcomed at all times. Kai, the Sales and Marketer, is a ray of sunshine and I would feel 1000% comfortable putting my relative in their care!

The is a wonderful facility with a great staff. My mom needed short term care while on hospice. We were only there for 10 days but were treated like we had been there for years. We were allowed to have someone with her 24/7 for her final days. The staff not only took care of her physical needs but also took our family under their wings and gave us the emotional support any family going through this needs.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Spring Cypress Assisted Living is! The staff (April, Linda, Drew, Brandon and so many more) are so caring for my mother. The residents including my mom are happy and have so much to do. The activities are fun and the activities director Shelley puts her heart into keeping everyone busy. The facility is clean and does not have that clinical look. It's like walking into a luxury resort! The dining room is beautifully set where you can enjoy a true restaurant experience from a varied menu everyday! Thank you Spring Cypress for welcoming my mother and making assisted living a great experience for my mother and family.

Mother recently moved into Spring Cypress. When I went to the tour I had 4 pages of questions to ask. The marketing director answered every question without hesitation. Although Mom is new to the community, the staff and caretakers seem to really care for the residents. There has not been a time that a concern has not been addressed immediately.

I'm pleasantly surprised how well this assisted living is maintained and most importantly...CLEAN! They treat my grandma and other residents with the utmost respect. I'm so happy that she is here getting the care that she needs. They also have a hair salon and many activities to keep the residents engaged. I definitely recommend this to those looking for an assisted living for their loved ones.

Mom has been living at Spring Cypress Assisted Living since September 2021. The staff are wonderful and they have activities daily to keep the residents engaged. The facility is very clean and I appreciate the care they give to my Mom. They have PT and OT staff on site who do a wonderful job with the residents. I highly recommend this facility if you are in need for a loved one.

Shelli is the Vibrant Life Director at Spring Cypress Assisted Living-she is always positive, kind, full of energy, fun and a great communicator. It is obvious she cares for the residents and keeps the activities fresh and unique. After meeting Shelli the very first time I had no doubt she would encourage and support my Mom. She is hardworking and genuine. Shelli always makes time for me when I visit and she is also very good to send pictures of my Mom when I can't be there. Additionally, Shelli never hesitates to let me know about any concerns. Shelli is a great asset to Spring Cypress Assisted Living!

I was looking for a place for a friend with dementia. She didn't have any family, but her beloved cat "Raisin". Many places will not allow cats. A friend's husband recommended them. They have been wonderful with her. They have worked with our unique challenges. The staff is extremely caring and patient. A true blessing. A safe and loving environment.

Spring Cypress is awesome. I know my father is getting the best care and is well taken care of. The facility is amazing. Clean and inviting. The rooms are spacious as well as safe. The staff does an amazing job of helping the clients and family members before, during and after the transition to Assisted Living. Staff does an awesome job helping and attending to the needs of their clients. All are friendly and warm. My dad is happier, clearer, safer and eating well. Very well I can't say enough about the best decision for my dad to move into Spring Cypress Senior Living.

We had looked at several facilities for my Father and found this was best for his needs. His apartment was just what he needed. He liked the food and care. We, his family, found the staff very easy to work with and had no major problems. I do believe we should have moved Dad earlier. In the end his physical condition required more care an we did have to change facilities. I would recommend them to those needing semi-independent care.

We can not thank the staff enough for the care, kindness and fun activities that my mother enjoys. My Mother resides at Spring Cypress Assisted Living. Beautiful facility. One of the nicest in Cypress area. An intimate complex where the staff really get to know the residents. New Executive Director and Resident Care Director who are on top of it to make it THE PLACE to live for our loved ones. Outstanding front desk staff, loving caretakers and really good food served. We moved our mother into this facility last weekend. She loves her living environment, the meals are great, they have professional services on wheels, and the caretakers have been wonderful.Also, her dog, Oscar, is adapting to his new digs and we have hired a dogwalking service to help with his anxiety from the move.

Edit to original post: They are now looking for the 3rd Executive director - they no longer have a memory care activities director (#3), maintenance building supervisor (also #3) . They are down to one LVN to supervise staffing and meds for both the AL and Memory Care sections AND THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT EXPANDING! They cant even adequately staff what they already have! Seriously considering moving my mom.

My mother and I moved my grandmother into the assisted living section of spring cypress this week. My grandmother has Alzheimers dementia and due to her current ability to remember she was reluctant to go due to. Both my mother and I thought the move would be VERY difficult but we were proved wrong. The team at spring cypress is fantastic! Everyone in every position at spring cypress went out of their way to make my grandmother feel comfortable. You would never know that they just opened up to the public within the last two months. With being so new they are definitely ready for the masses to move in. They are also very open to feed back and they will fix any issue that might arise immediately if you bring it to their attention.The decor throughout the whole facility is beautiful.The food is gourmet and delicious. My grandmothers first lunch was shrimp on fettuccine with garlic bread and hot peach cobbler for dessert. It looked like it should have been on a cover of cooking light. I was even impressed with Theresa, who is the dinning room attendant. Theresa was very pleasant, accommodating, and patient. She took the time to get down to eye level of each person to ask them what they would like to drink. Very impressive.The activities we witnessed while there looked right on par. In the morning we saw an exercise class where they were using beach balls, and the next day they were stretching with bands. They even played corn hole, but had them seated.Lastly, we loved that for every meal and activity a member of the staff walks around to all the rooms to offer the activity or to take them to dinner. This was truly a wow moment when we realized we were not going to have to worry.
