We absolutely love EVERYTHING about Madison at the Range! The staff all care for the residents as though they were family. They go out of their way to make sure every possible need is anticipated and met with the utmost attention to detail. The facility is impeccably maintained, the food is delicious, the activities are engaging, and the nursing staff is acutely attentive. We can’t recommend Madison at the Range enough! I've been thrilled with my experience at Madison at the Range. They care deeply for their residents. I know, 1st hand, how difficult it can be dealing with people with dementia or alzheimers. Their personality can change in a second and the management works effortlessly to manage all behavioral issues that occur. They always follow state guidelines. My loved ones have been blessed with their compassion.

I had a very detailed review written that apparently was lost to a reboot......... I am not affiliated with or being compensated by the management or staff at MATR. I read many reviews before we moved in. Every person is different, people have different likes and dislikes and needs. Your mileage may vary, you cant keep 100% happy 100% of the time. My mother has been a resident for less than 30 days. We are really enjoying the staff at MATR. There is an issue here and there (could be 5 star) and that's TOTALLY understandable in the economic and labor climate. I see the managers go above and beyond their assigned duty to assist the residents. Since day 1 and every day since my mother has felt cared for and connected. I have so many names to mention. That will come in a longer review. I have yet to meet a rude staff member. We feel like we are in the right place. If you want to be in a partnership with your family's member care team I think MATR might be for you.

I spoke to my grandmother and she couldn’t stop talking about the Mothers Day Tea gathering that was held. It warms my heart to know that things like this are being done and time is spent thinking of creative ways to get my grandmother to socialize and thrive. What a beautiful and welcoming community. Jennifer (head nurse) is so wonderful with my mother and Kristie Carty makes the family feel at home every time we walk in. The administrator Adam is so helpful, the food is great, and the activities are plentiful. I definitely recommend this community.

Everyone we worked with at Madison at the Range was superb. The admin staff, the nursing staff, the cleaning staff, food service, etc.- they made me feel comfortable leaving my dad in his first home away from home in 43 years. Dad adjusted really well in the memory care unit, I think due to the friendly staff and activity coordinators that served him. The putting green had to be his favorite though! His room was always clean, and his food looked delicious when I was there for meal time. I would highly recommend anyone making the tough decision for assisted living to check out Madison at the Range, at least let them give you a tour and you can see for yourself how great they care for their residents.

My dad is a resident in memory care at Madison on the Range. He was quickly declining during the pandemic, and our family knew he needed to be in an environment where he could receive more specialized care. Our family has been extremely pleased with the care he is receiving at Madison on the Range. Although we’d rather be able to visit our dad inside the facility, it’s just not safe or feasible with the ongoing pandemic. The staff has been extremely helpful in coordinating porch visits and FaceTime calls. Our dad has a great rapport with the staff and has a very positive attitude most days. We love and always welcome the photos they send us when he’s participating in activities. Our overall experience has been wonderful. Thanks to the staff for all of their hard work, providing a safe environment and care during a super difficult time.

We are very pleased with the care my Dad is receiving at Madison at the Range in memory care. He's doing well and has a great attitude. He loves the food and has maintained his weight. He has a great rapport with the staff. We are very appreciative of the extra effort they have made to keep residents and families connected during the covid 19 pandemic. We are able to call, set up FaceTime calls, and enjoy porch visits. We also receive photos of Dad participating in various activities. The peace of mind knowing that he is safe and well cared for is priceless. Thanks to Teri and the memory care staff for walking this alzheimers disease journey with our family!

We moved my Mother-in-law from Merrill Gardens to The Range when it first opened. I think she was resident #3. She initially moved into assisted living and loved it, but later had to move to Memory Care. We were extremely happy with everyone in assisted living building. The dining room (and especially the private dining/party room for private functions) was great. Everyone was most helpful, friendly and made her feel at home. Activities kept her busy! After moving to Memory Care this year, and the Pandemic-- there was no change in quality of service/care. Could not be happier with management and staff ! Our Thanks to Terri and all her quality staff.

LOVING CARE DURING A HORRID TIME It is a horrid time for Memory Care Residents. Despite explaining to our Brother why he must wear a mask and take extra precautions during COVID-19, he does not remember our conversations. We feel extremely fortunate that our Brother is a Resident at Madison At The Range Memory Care. Not only are the Staff Members going above and beyond with sanitation procedures they also continue to go above and beyond in their love and care. We always see smiles on the Staff’s faces. They answer our every question. When we call to speak with the Charge Nurse, we receive a prompt response. We realize that during COVID-19 the Staff Members’ work includes so much more than pre-COVID. It must be extremely frustrating for Memory Care Staffs to disinfect, clean, and keep their Residents safe during COVID-19 yet their interactions with us are always positive. We bought Brother a new phone when he moved to The Range. I have lost count of how many times a Range Staff Member responds to our request to turn on his phone when he has accidently turned it off. Time and time again the Range Staff diligently works to ensure we can communicate with our Brother. Often times an Alzheimer’s patient will be less concerned about their appearance. The Range Staff makes certain that Brother is clean and in fresh clothing. It is rewarding to see him physically cared for. We were able to tour The Range before COVID-19. It is a beautiful facility. Most importantly it has beautiful souls taking care of the Residents.

We could not possibly be more pleased with or grateful for the staff and management team at Madison at the Range, especially during these trying times. Our mother has lived in memory care there for almost a year and a half and they treat us all like family. We love knowing that we can contact them day or night if we have questions or concerns about her and a friendly, caring staff member always takes the time to assist. They have kept us in touch with her during this time when we have been unable to visit her either by phone or Facetime and we have appreciated it so much. We also appreciate the great links they have gone to in order to keep her and all the residents safe during this challenging time. The fact that the facility is beautiful is just an added bonus! We would definitely recommend Madison at the Range to anyone who needs professional, loving, care for a loved one with dementia.
