Elance is outstanding in every aspect! I've volunteered at Elance for quite some time now and I can tell that they truly care about their residents. The staff members are awesome and always ensure that the residents are comfortable and happy. Elance also provides a variety of activities that the residents enjoy. They take the residents interest into consideration and go out of their way to make their residents feel special.

Absolutely gorgeous community! A tropical oasis with first rate amenities including a beautifully landscaped courtyards, patios, and gardens. The programming is outstanding in memory care— offering music therapy, art therapy, aromatherapy, a daily tailored fitness program, live music, family nights, pet therapy, happy hours, and even a very posh hand spa cart with a hot towel before meals!

Our Mom has been on the memory care floor in Elance', formerly Sunrise of Boynton Beach, for slightly over a year. We have only respect and admiration for the entire staff from the greeter when you enter, to the nurses, nurse practitioner, Brittany in the salon, and all the administration. When you enter this facility you immediately notice the elegance and cleanliness. The dining room is comfortable and inviting. There are activities available on all levels. But what we are most grateful and appreciative for is Dahlia and her staff on the 3rd floor. Each "lady" and Michael is dedicated and hard working. The new owners are a family owned company that has been operating for over 40 years, and they've already made a lot of impressive improvements to the community

I have two stars because majority of the staff are excellent and so caring and my grandma loves almost everyone and anyone. But I wasn’t impressed with the dinner waitress, she needs some home training and customer service classes, not sure how she ever got the job but she could use some help on knowing what an inside voice is and knowing the proper way to conduct herself around senior citizens who did not grow up in her side of the neighborhood. Very classless experience

Beautiful facility that's nice and clean!! My son and I volunteer regularly and communicating with Alyson has been delightful. The residents have fun with the activities they have. We enjoy volunteering and my son is learning so much from hearing the stories of the residents he spends time with. We came with a group of friends to sing Christmas Carole's to the residents and some other Jewish songs. We have painted with them and have spent lots of time listening to them. I have also seen other high school students volunteering at this site. They hosted a movie night and another time I saw they made hats with the residents for the Kentucky Derby. My experience has been a wonderful one and will continue to work with Alyson to bring activities for the residents at Elance

My father moved into the Sunrise memory care unit a couple of weeks ago. The facility is beautiful and the ED, Matthew Axelrod, is really great. He and the rest of the staff really are very caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend Sunrise to other families.
