My mom stayed at Oak Point a couple of weeks in October. She was not adjusting well so we moved her to another home. When moving her stuff out of her room I found different areas of the room with mouse droppings. I brought this to the attention of the director, and she did confirm there was a mouse in the room, and she thought they had caught the mouse. My major issue is after catching the mouse they didn't clean up the mouse droppings in my mom's room which apparently had been there for over a week.

Have taken 2 tours and Judy Lea and team have been very hospitable. Exceptional quality all around. Residents are great too. They all made it much easier planning for that next step in life for your loved one.

My dad is a long-term resident of Oak Pointe and this facility is his home in every sense of the word; he is comfortable and safe here. He has a cozy routine every day: he loves to sit outside when the weather is nice and read his book; he enjoys fixing a cup of coffee and grabbing a snack while he reads the paper in the lounge; he keeps an eye on the resident box turtles and loves to save lettuce from his meals for them; when he doesn't feel like mingling, he is very comfortable in his room. The employees at Oak Pointe are wonderful; very friendly and knowledgable and they truly care about the residents as if they were family members. It gives us so much peace of mind to know he is cared for here.

I am a resident here at oak point of washington for several years now and I love everything about this community the staff is exceptional from concierge to the housekeeper I wouldn't want to to live anywhere else.

I toured Oak Pointe with Judy, both the assisted living and memory care, and was impressed with the friendly, hardworking staff and the cleanliness that f the entire facility. They seem to care about the patients and are there to serve.

Anita and Judy were awesome to talk to. We toured their beautiful facility and they answered all our questions with detail and kindness. The location is very convenient and and is bright, cheerful, and clean. While your loved ones always want to be at home, this is a perfect place for the time they can’t be at home. We look forward to learning more about Oak Pointe of Washington in the future.

Checked out the facility as a potential for my Uncle. Very clean and well kept. Personal were all friendly and caring and interacting with the residents. Is definitely night on my list.

They don't care about the residents and the staff doesn't either they only care about the money and them residents pay way to much money for them to be lied to and not taken care they are not LGBTQ friendly so if your gay don't go there they will discriminate against you so bad and treat you like shit

Nice, clean new facility. Staff is friendly and caring and tries to meet residents needs. (Dad is in Memory Care”his needs are many). Great assisted living choice, glad they are in Washington.

I cannot say enough about the facility, personnel and Nursing staff at Oak Point of Washington. We recently move my Mother into the Memory Care wing. The staff is very accommodating due to my Mother's dementia related issues. And my Mother appears to enjoy living there! This is the friendliest staff and so very attentive, making you feel like your loved ones are well cared for. There are plenty of activities to keep them busy if that is what they choose. The administrative staff has gone above and beyond to help us out. Shout out to Casey and David. Wonderful people as well as the rest of the staff.
