No . The food is not their strong point . Uber eats (?? ) not recommended now unless resident is physically capable of meeting the delivery person at the desk upon arrival. Not always feasible . The facility with its amenities are lovely to look at. Nursing staff and aids - Many are compassionate, working from the heart, some much more than others . This may be universal across this work force. I believe the upper most management is influential, needing to exemplify these values as well.

My sister has been at Inn at Apple Ridge for four years. She loves the people there. There is always some fun activity and the atmosphere is a very happy one. It's easy to make friends here. I highly recommend this facility ( home) Kathleen Kassouf

Thrilled with our experience at the Inn At Apple Ridge. My dad felt very welcome and well taken care of during his stay. I was surprised to see how seamless the transition was especially since my dad was not an easy patient. Sometime it's easier for strangers to care for our aging parents than loved ones. He made some friends and was often watching movies with one in the home theater. The parties in the pub were always very fun and uplifting! It may not be home, but it sure as heck is a close second! Lastly, everyone was always in a good mood and smiling Always leaving me with a good feeling.

In searching for an assisted living for my Uncle, we looked and visited many locations in Northeast Ohio. As soon as we were greeted by Leslie Flowers, Director of Sales, and the way she explained everything that they have to offer and taking the tour of all the many different ways to make him feel relaxed and safe, I knew that this was the right place for Him. Everyone on the staff we spoke to exhibited a great caring attitude, from the front desk to the medical and service staff. This made the choice very comfortable for a very hard decision to make.

We are so incredible impressed with The Inn at Apple Ridge. My mother has been there for close to a year and is so well cared for each and every day. The communication from Apple Ridge is incredible. She loves the Apple Ridge community for so many reasons. She raves about the staff and the food served is outstanding. They have a plethora of activities and she has made so many friends. It's very comforting for me to know that she is safe and happy. You won't find a more caring and friendly staff anywhere else!

I highly recommend The Inn at Apple Ridge. We moved my mother there in August of 2022. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were like our family and to my mother as well when we couldn't be there. They were so engaged in the needs of my mother and with us. This facility is not so large that it's a corporate venture, it is very intimate and personalized. If you truly care about your loved one, this is defintely the place you should consider.

This place is beautiful on the inside and out. My grandma was very nervous to go but once she got there, she loved her room and the staff. Everyone is so welcoming and truly makes you feel comfortable with the care that is given. My family and I highly recommend Apple Ridge for your loved one.

We choose my mother's new home to be the Inn of Apple Ridge in Richfield September of 2021. One of the best decisions our family made! Kim Li and all of the staff were absolutely fantastic to work with. All of the staff was sincere and very caring of my mother's every need. We would highly recommend the Inn at Apple Ridge for anyone who truly cares about their loved one and wants them to be treated with a high level of dignity, respect and sincere care.

The receptionist was confused as to of why we stopped there for the bathroom. I cant speak for it but Im sure the bathroom was nice and clean.

My dad has been at Apple Ridge for about six months and loves it. The care is excellent from the Directors to the staff caring for my dad. It is a fun place and I could not be happier that we stumbled upon this place. It feels like we are visiting him on vacation. He use to be grumpy and now he is a little less grumpy. LOL Cant say enough good things about this place!!

My mom just moved in to The Inn at Apple Ridge. They helped with the whole moving process. What I thought was going to be a stressful day was very easy. Once we got there they made us all lunch and kept my mom busy while I fixed up her room. Directors are readily available and very helpful and understanding. I cant say enough great things about our experience. I was concerned that they were new but everything has gone off with out a hitch. So glad we found this place. Ask for Kim or Michelle.

Stopped in on whim with my mom to look around. My mom was nervous but she was made to feel comfortable. Beautiful place with pub, movie theater, huge activity room, and general store. We stopped in Sunday morning while a church service was going on. Residents were singing and having a good time. Seems like a happy place. We have looked at many places and this was the first time my mom is open to considering a move.

So happy we found this place. My dad and I have been looking for a while for the perfect place and we finally found it. It does not feel like an assisted living facility at all. Nicely decorated and comfortable. I keep teasing him that I want to move in. The Executive and Marketing Director could have not been more patient. We popped in many times to look around and each time they were very sweet and made my dad laugh and relax.

I toured The Inn At Apple Ridge a few days ago and i have to say its a beautiful and warm place. I was looking for my mom and Im so happy we found a perfect fit for her and her needs. The staff was so helpful and friendly. My mom is very excited to be one of the first people to move in!
