Bayport is not like it used to be. When my husband first moved into memory care, it was fine. A new Director, [name removed], took over at Bayport has completely changed things, my husband suffers because of this. First of all she took away is double portion of food. This requires me to bring him food every day. This is outrageous!! This made him agitated. He cannot talk. Rather than feed him, she sent him to the hospital. She changed his doctor without my permission!!! There is white powder on the floor near the walls. I believe this powder was to kill an infestation.The memory care unit where my husband resides does not get cleaned like it used to. This all changes or I move him to another facility. It seems like they are trying to cut down on costs. well now they can say goodbye to the 5789.00 income they get from me, for a room in memory care,where the only thing to do is eat or watch tv.

My client lives at Bay Port. She loves the food and she is such a social butterfly that the interaction with the other residents makes her happy. Lots of fun activities to enjoy and the staff is unbelievable.

Today is the 4th of July, and Bay Port hosted another great event for their residents. My wife has been a Bay Port resident for just over 2 months and she loves living there. She has made many friends, both among the staff and other residents, and thoroughly enjoys the many activities she shares with them. She is well cared for and always has a smile on her face. This month Bay Port put on a luau. Fantastic!!!

Theresa is incredible! We were looking for a place for my mother and decided we'd check out a few local places. We met with Theresa and quit looking. We were sold. She showed us the facility, answered every question we had and made us feel very welcome. Other folks we met were also very engaging and welcoming. Big thumbs up for Bay Port and Theresa. They are a great facility and lucky to have her.

Bay Port has been the home for our family member since it opened in July 2021, and they have been wonderful! It’s a clean, new, beautiful facility with caring, professional staff and accommodations! From when Edith meets you at the front desk, thru the gorgeous halls with friendly caregivers and residents, to the quaint and warming apartments, it feels like a safe, inviting home! Highly recommend touring Bay Port, we feel comforted with our family member here, and having a new Bay Port family to share in their senior years!

This facility is so beautiful. It's clean and airy. The staff is so kind and attentive. We are so glad that our mother has the opportunity to live in such a lovely community. Her apartment is so nice and we feel so much comfort in knowing that she is safe and cared for.

My mother has now been there 10 months and she loves it. She is independent but had a stroke that prevented her from living alone. I cannot speak to the care on the dementia side but the staff on the assisted living side is great. They treat her with respect and are patient when she is struggling to communicate. She enjoys the food and the friends she has made since she has moved there. The house keeping staff does a wonderful job and she really appreciated how they arewilling to come back if she has guest when they arrive.

I love Bay Port, they take the best care of the clients that I place with them. Even when I go back a year later, my clients look amazing and are thriving. Teresa Harris is such a doll to work with and she is very passionate about the older adult population, she has a huge heart!!!
