I can't say enough "Great" remarks for the Cottages at Spring Arbor at Crofton! Mom has been on a roller coaster and with the support of Spring Arbor staff and medical teams, she has done a complete turn around and is so happy. Everyone meets each resident where they are in their journey. The entire staff is exceptional in all they do for their residents. Keep up the AWESOME job!

My mom Cleo Moore has been resident for 2.5 yrs . Before entering Spring Arbor at Crofton my mom was isolated and withdrawn from society .We were very skeptical how things were gonna workout .However once we enrolled she flourished she joined all the activities and outings provided by the facilty She interacts with the other residents and staff. Great care was taken of my parents! Can't say enough good things. So many activities and they stop by and reminded them to come! Many staff were at my Dad's funeral after sudden heart attack. Communication was great too.

We are very pleased with Spring Arbor. My mom has a one bedroom. The rooms are large enough for almost all her furniture. This has made it really feel like home. The bathroom is very large as well. The staff is very polite and friendly. They know everyone's name! They serve 3 meals a day with choices at each meal. There is a kitchenette area in the apartment with a sink, refrigerator, microwave and cabinet space. Nurses are on duty 24/7 and manage all medications. Family members are always welcome and there are many special activities for families to attend (Easter activities, Kentucky Derby party, Mother's Day tea, etc. ). The residents have an outing once a month to a local restaurant, transportation provided. There are also many activities: exercise, walks, bingo, movies, etc. Spring Arbor has a lot to offer for assisted living residents.

Both of my parents are residents here. They have completely different needs and staff is adept at meeting them. Although they started out on the assisted living side, we were able to move them to the memory care wing when the time was right. It was a seamless transition and the staff has worked hard to keep them happy and active. We personally have not experienced staff turnover since they moved to Spring Arbor. I think that says a lot about the management. The experience has made all our lives easier and I can't say enough about the care my parents receive.

Spring Arbor of Crofton is an incredible place. The love and care that I’ve seen given to residents and their families goes above and beyond what I could ever imagine. My family just attended the Trick-or-Treating event and it was so sweet how they welcomed the community. It was heart warming to see so many families gathered with their loved ones from both the assisted living and memory care sides. I was also amazed to see how the staff works together. They are like a dream team all pitching in from set up to clean up. I am continually amazed at how incredible spring arbor is and what a gem this place is to our family and community!

Our mother has been a resident at Spring Arbor for the past several months, and we are so happy she chose to move here. Everyone we’ve met has been wonderful. The care and support mom is receiving has been excellent and the staff is unbelievably welcoming. The premises are lovely and extremely clean, and there are so many activities available for residents. Having visited several other assisted living communities, we are confident there is no better place for our mom.

My mother has been a resident of Spring Arbor of Crofton for over 3 years, and my family has never second-guessed this decision. She has always received exceptional care by professional, competent, and compassionate staff. The director, Ginger Martin, and her staff do an excellent job of creating a safe, loving and attentive environment for all residents. They treat each resident and their family with care and respect. We consider them our extended family. There are numerous daily activities led by engaging and fun staff to keep loved ones physically, socially, and intellectually stimulated. The facility and resident apartments are kept clean and well maintained. I have recommended Spring Arbor of Crofton to several other families and they too have been extremely pleased with the care their loved ones are receiving.

My mom, Maxine Loyd, and I want to express our thanks to the Spring Arbor Team for the care they provide to my Dad. He has been there over two years and the team has become family. My dad was a challenging memory care patient when he first arrived and they worked with him through it all. Maybe he is still challenging but they never complain! Ha! He is happy, comfortable and well taken care of. Have there been ups and downs? Yes! But if you have ever cared for an ALZ patient, you know that just comes with the territory. We are so thankful to have found Spring Arbor.

My Aunt is a challenging 91 yo, and my family is very happy that we secured a spot here. The staff is attentive, there are so many activities and events to spend the day doing, or in her case, choosing not to do ....the food is great and even she enjoys going to the dining hall and has put on a few pounds from it! I'm impressed by the cleanliness and feel blessed to have her here!

My father has been living at Spring Arbor of Crofton for over a year. He never wanted to leave his home but since being at Spring Arbor, he has often said " I love it here". You could never ask for more dedicated staff who make you feel like family! We have since brought my Mother-in-Law to live here as well. I can now be my father's daughter and not just his caregiver.

I brought my Aunt to live in the Cottages and I am so glad that she lives at Spring Arbor. The staff is kind, caring and always available for questions and they promptly answer (or get answers for me). They truly care about the residents and my Aunt seems so very happy. I cannot believe what a positive experience this has been for my family.

The staff is always friendly and cheerful. When I call to schedule my visit they make me feel that they remember me, personally. I especially like how the staff is able to comment on my brother's activities, as well as, attitude without having to check a chart. Very personable atmosphere.

Spring Arbor was a no brainer when my family was looking for a home for my father. He was very sick, with stage IV cancer and required a very high level of care. We were nervous due to this being a new facility, but the staff exceeded every expectation we could have ever imagined. Everyone was so incredibly accommodating and welcoming to the residents and their families, alike. A transition into a home such as Spring Arbor was a challenge for my family and father but they were so well equipped to assist in the transition and provide just enough independence yet focused care based on what was needed to keep my father comfortable. It became apparent early on that the staff were there because they care and took the time to learn little things about my father such as his love for Elvis and the Redskins to get him more engaged and social. Even the chef checked in on him regularly and kept grapefruits (his favorite food) available to help keep him comfortable and happy. The food was amazing each day, even for my dad who was the most picky eater imaginable. I can’t speak highly enough of the facility and the staff who work here. Spring Arbor gave my family a comfortable home to focus on the time we had with my father and not the stress of everything else.
