I can't say enough good things about The Auberge! When my dad was struggling with Parkinson's and Dementia, and we were no longer able to care for him at home, we toured several memory care facilities and fell in love with The Auberge. They were in the process of a huge renovation, so all of the rooms are clean, bright, and new! And their outdoor area is lush and green, with a gazebo, mini golf, and bocce ball, which is definitely mood boosting to walk through the gardens. The daily activities are abundant, too! Every single day, they have exercise and several group activities. A couple of weeks ago, I went to visit my dad, and walked in on a group activity where all of the residents were baking brownies! It was adorable. The staff also went all out for the recent Valentine's party and made it really festive. More than anything, I have a deep appreciation for the staff. They truly care about their residents and it shows. I couldn't possibly call out all of the amazing staff members who have been so accommodating with my family, because there are so many. But MJ, the director, has done everything in her power to make this a beautiful transition for us. And Tabitha has done an OUTSTANDING job in taking care of my dad's health. Really though, I have gratitude for all staff members I have encountered at the facility. Thank you, Auberge!

I just visited a family member the other day and the staff was so good to them, they were attentive and very well situated with my cousin's needs. I can very well trust that my cousin will be taken care of here, I put my full faith in the staff to keep up such an excellent job.

The heart of an assisted living community, especially a memory care facility is the clinical staff. You need a nursing team that are both knowledgeable and always act with a sense of urgency. You also need strong caregivers and med techs that show compassion and the heart to care for those who need the upmost level of care performed with dignity. As a third party vendor who visits this community frequently Nurse Tabitha is always on the floor assisting where needed and available to help solve residents needs. The care staff are polite and smiling and most importantly the residents look happy and well groomed and cared for. Of course activities, food and other departments are important and vital to a community and they are not lacking either. Together they work to make this community an inviting space for guests and a loving home for residents.

I can't say enough great things about this place! Wanted my Aunt to have a not only a place to settle into but also a place that she felt comfortable as well. This was the place for just that. I am impressed the staff will go above and beyond, there was a gentleman named Jerome who did just this. It's the little things like hanging a TV for her. Everyone there we have encountered has been a gem! Don't write many reviews but I am now especially when a place leaves me feeling comfortable and relieved that she is in good hands.

Competent staff. Things can be hard in life. The staff at this facility is very knowledgeable. I've met the man who runs at least the maintenance and cleaning side of this building. Got invited to an event where they were raising money for the Alzheimer's Association. It was nice to see residents outside enjoying music and living happily.

Really amazing place with a super dedicated, friendly and attentive staff. I can tell that the residents living here are well taken care of and cared for by the super nice and courteous staff. I hope that this facility continues to be here for a long time because it is a perfect place to have elderly in and cared for. My aunt just moved here last week. Tabitha, David, Shambria, and Jerone helped me with moving her in. Tabitha came to asses her at her house in Pasadena! I was so overwhelmed with the process, but after speaking with MJ, I was at ease. It was a fast move in. Yesterday they had a town hall where they had other family members share their comments and concerns (no complaints). Residents were walking freely around the community, and today they had a birthday party for the residents. They had a singer come in. My aunt seemed to be herself again, interacting with other residents, dancing and laughing with the caregivers. Oh, and I tried the food! Kisses to the chef. I recommend you come by and see the clean, good-smelling community. You won't want your loved one anywhere else.

Visited my uncle and I was very impressed with the community and the staff. It’s very hard to find a decent memory care. When finding the auberge I feel like it was god sent. My uncle is communicating and he seems happy.

My daughter and I visited my uncle and I feel they went above and beyond taking care of him. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s last year. We were really panicked as a family, searching for a decent community. From the moment that we walked in until the time we left, we felt my uncle was cared for. They are doing an excellent job taking care of these residents and their families.

My loved one stayed at The Auberge for 4.5 months. The management team was concerned, caring and courteous. The care team was always kind and attentive. We took our loved one home for the Summer to travel and visit missed family members. I have peace of mind at the thought of my loved one returning to The Auberge. The diversity of the residence and the management team was very important to the placement of my loved one. I recommend The Auberge 110%.

We recently toured The Auberge and each staff member we met was incredibly kind and helpful., however, Jamie went above and beyond in assisting us and helped make the experience much easier. The community was being updated with all new furniture and decor and the food was actually really good. As we move forward with our assisted living search, the Auberge is at the top of the list.

I searched all over Houston and surrounding cities to find the best home for my dad, who suffers from Alzheimer’s. When I called The Auberge, I spoke to the kindest, caring and most helpful person! His name is Scott and located at the Sugar Land facility. This has been one of the most stressful events that my family has faced! When I met the full staff , I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone I met was equally helpful with this transition! I would highly recommend The Auberge at Sugar Land to families needing peace of mind for their loved ones

This community is very clean, nice, and has such a comfortable feel about it. It’s a great place for a resident that has higher level of care that can age in place gracefully. The Auberge is by far the nicest facility I have been to as far as looks, safety, accommodations and hygiene go. Many facilities I have visited either have a memory care unit that is low activity and in general depressing. I think the current staff has done an excellent job on creating and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and their families!

The Auberge at Sugar Land is a wonderful facility! The staff is well trained in caring for those with Alzheimer’s, and they know how to redirect instantly. Every time I am out there, the facility is being cleaned. There are daily activities for the residents, and the staff knows how to get everyone involved in these activities. Their staff is superb! They are currently caring for my husband, and I can rest better at night knowing he is well cared for.

The Auberge has been home to my Mother since September 2018. I have been extremely happy with their care since day one. Their caregivers are the most well trained in Alzheimer’s and so loving and compassionate. My mother is combative at times and they do not over-medicate to control their residents. Instead they divert and distract, so as to avert the angry behavior, a key technique in dealing with Alzheimer’s patients. It is an extremely clean facility and always cheerful and full of activities. The whole staff has been there for a very long time and know the residents firsthand for many years. It is definitely a happy place for Mom! The best alternative to being “home.” And the best caregiving decision I ever made! Highly recommend Auberge at SugarLand.

The Auberge team took care of my husband for two years. The care and compassion shown to both of us was outstanding and so appreciated. Loving caregivers and concerned senior staff made a very hard journey much easier for both of us. They were always willing to talk to me about any concern.
