I have been to several community events held at Legacy Oaks and it is a beautiful facility. The staff is top-notch, always very friendly and caring toward the residents and guests. It definitely has a family atmosphere.

My home or here at Legacy Oaks has been a learning experience. At this point in time I would not be anywhere else, I love the friends I have made here, the staff, does he it's best to accommodate us. I have recommended this place many times, and receive a bonus for doing so. However... The corporation does not have the same compassionate care in mind, that our on-site staff shows. Our food, dining experience, has gone downhill since I moved in three years ago. Because of budget we cannot get the quality food we need. chicken strips, for example were excellent for a while, but now not worth ordering, the same with white fish.much breading little meat.. I am told Civitas will not allow the staff to order the better quality food because of cost. However, they raise our rent every year for cost of living.. hummm? Our food has become much like TV dinners. I I do not feel I can recommend Legacy Oaks of Midlothian as confidently as I used to it.

I liked living it Legacy Oaks midlothian. I wish we had more employees here so that the place could be kept cleaner and we could have quicker maintenance response. The food is beginning to improve some but still is very lacking. Appreciate that everyone is trying to improve things.

We moved my Mom into this facility one month ago on the Independent Living side. The staff (Misty & Brooklyn) listened to our needs and answered all our questions and concerns. The Bistro and Dinning room staff is so nice and personal….they remember you after the first few times of coming in. The food is delicious!! Let me also thank the maintenance director (Joshua) who is on top of things. Like everything else in America, there were a couple of hick-ups in the beginning but all were addressed and my Mom LOVES it at Legacy Oaks. She is now close enough to me to care for her and she still has her independence too! Thank you Legacy Oaks for making this a home to my Mom.

Legacy Oaks has some very wonderful and caring people working with residents. I am glad my mother is a resident of their Memory Care since they've finally hired a Director for them. She is amazing and doing great things with the residents' needs always first in mind!

Legacy Oaks is obviously a very beautiful place and the residents receive top notch service.. in regards to food and activities. And the residents are absolutely spoiled (in the best way possible). Laquinta, the caregivers, and the med techs care deeply about the residents and that is very obvious. I know they are trying so hard to make Legacy Oaks a wonderful place and I respect that. I know in my heart that this facility will get better and better. With love Charlei

Im so very proud to call this place HOME! The interior is lovely, the staff is wonderful and the food is excellent!! We have so much fun.....its a joy to wake up in the morning to see whats on the agenda for the day!!The fellowship I have here with the residents as well as the staff FAR exceeds what I had expected.

Weve lived here for 3 months and already feel like this is HOME! The staff is wonderful, the residents are all so nice & the food is outstanding! We are so happy with our decision to move to Legacy Oaks, Midlo! They really spoil us!

This is going to be a very nice place and the people that I have had meetings with are all super nice. I know we are going to love living here. Lisa needs 5 1, 2 stars she keeps us all updated on everything and she is always so nice and upbeat. Cant wait to move in and let the fun begin. Hope I see you there.

If you are ready to go to Heaven you dont have to die!! Come to Legacy Oaks and youll feel like you have gone to heaven! Very upscale place to live, managed by a caring staff. My neighbors as well are very friendly and I enjoy celebrating with them as we did on Valentines. Lots of fun!
