Community at its best. It’s a feeling of confidence starting at the top and carried down to the entire staff. Everyone seems to feel the energy that comes from the heart; it’s contagious. The activities and scheduling are inviting and leisurely made available. The kitchen is the heart of any home and the food is good and the caring servers make everyone feel welcome. It’s just good to feel at home.

The staff is fantastic—they made me feel at home from day one! The staff knew my name right off. The kitchen staff was fabulous and knew my regular orders! The building is light and airy. The residents caring and kind. There were engaging activities everyday! I loved having my room cleaned weekly and my laundry washed and neatly folded and hung! It was a fantastic experience and i highly recommend it to all my friends and family!

Thank you Stonehaven for the excellent home you have given our Aunt. You all have made her feel welcome and that this is her home. All the staff have been so sweet and kind and a joy to be around. The people that live there are all a joy as we get to know them. She had her ladies group in to meet and have dinner and they were all jealous of her new home and how wonderful they were treated on their visit. The Sales staff, greeters, the activities directors, health care professionals and the dining hall staff all get a big thank you from us for all that you do to make our Aunt and us feel at home. You have made these difficult times a time of joy for us.

My Mother is a resident of The Stonehaven Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. When I walked into The Stonehaven, I was struck by the beautiful lobby with burning fireplaces and floor to ceiling windows. We were greeted with a warm, efficient staff. The nurses are caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Mom is always greeted with kindness, warmth and hugs. The kitchen staff is lovely, serving the residents' individual desires, even if the request isn't on the menu that day. Mom receives individual attention, love, support, laughter and friendship. Our family is very thankful that God led us to The Stonehaven.

I was in such a hurry to find a place for Dad after the hospital that I neglected to ask the appropriate questions and read the contract in full. This was not a good fit for my Dad who declined significantly after COVID. What they didn't tell me during my tour is that end of life measures such as Broda chairs and hydro lifts are not allowed. I should have read before signing. My bad. Emergency cords in my father's rooms were pulled, but yielded no result. On more than one occasion, I had to get Dad on the toilet without assistance. Aides were rarely seen and accessible during my visits and my Dad's sitters agree.

The Linden at Stonehaven Square has been an answer to prayer for our family. We knew the minute that we walked into the facility that this would be a safe place for our mom and that they would even offer extra enrichment and activities for her needs. The communication with family members about activities and needs is phenomenal!! They have a Facebook Group and also send text messages and pictures to keep us posted! To see your mom smiling and laughing, at their celebrations and activities is priceless!! I would rate all departments in this facility outstanding from the management, business office, social directors, nursing, maintenance, and food services as outstanding. Mom even has an amazing beautician at the facility!!

When searching for the best memory care center for our mother we knew right away that The Linden at Stonehaven was the perfect fit for our mother. When you pull into the parking lot and enter you feel a warm and welcoming place. The sales team were so nice and answered all of our questions. We needed to move my mother quickly and within a few days they were ready for us to move in. My mother adjusted very quickly and when we saw pictures of her she had a smile on her face and that made our family so happy. Everything the whole team at The Linden at Stonehaven does whether big or small is very much appreciated by our family! If I were you I wouldn't hesitate in selecting The Linden at Stonehaven! You won't be disappointed.

From the moment we walked in until we left, we felt cared for and knew we had come to the right place. My mom felt right at home while we took a tour of the facilities. Kenneth and Anthony were extremely patient, they answered all our questions and did everything they could to help us make such an important decision to transition my mom. They went through all my mom’s long-term care benefits with me and the process was extremely easy because of their assistance. I couldn’t have done it without their invaluable help! There are lots of activities for the residents, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we’ve had and they have a nice variety menu for their meals. The amenities here are really nice - a theater room, game room area, fitness room and small cafe for gathering with friends in addition to a large dining hall for meals. This place has it all and more!

Everything about The Linden at Stonehaven Square made me feel that this was the place. It looked and smelled clean, was very nicely decorated, and every staff member made me feel so at ease. I watched as Kenneth and the other staff interacted with the residents with love, compassion, and genuine respect. I was able to speak with several of the residents during my tour. Every single one seemed happy and very well cared for. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My questions were all answered honestly with complete transparency. I know that my mom will love The Linden as much as I did.

I live a long way from my Mom so I cant visit regularly. I came to Tulsa and checked out almost every facility in the area. I was looking for a place that would make me feel absolutely secure that she would be safe and well-cared for. The Linden was a clear winner and 2 years later I can say their amazing team has never disappointed. Highly recommended!

The Director of Health and Wellness, Gabe Kalfas, goes above and beyond in so many ways. He takes the time to know his patients, as well as gets to know their extended families. He truly cares for his patients and it shows in all ways possible. The Linden at Stonehaven Square has a treasure in Gabe Kalfas.

The staff could not be more caring. Placing loved ones in an assisted living can be and is a difficult time. Knowing the individuals tasked with the day to day care of your loved ones have their care foremost in their minds is a huge relief. What a breath of fresh air. I have seen several assisted living places over the last couple of days from Vinita to Tulsa. All served a purpose, some had wonderful people, but this one felt different. I walked in to life.....happy voices, movement, it was alive. The way I want my mom to feel every day. Im excited for my mom to live here, Im excited for her future. Thank you, shell be here soon

During Christmas, 2017, it was mandatory that we move our father to either skilled nursing or enhanced memory care. Since we already had a deposit down, we called the Linden. They helped us with every aspect of transferring dad from the assisted living facility he was in over to the Linden. They arranged to transport him from the hospital to the Linden, they made all the arrangements for his belongings to be moved. They listened carefully to all our needs and concerns and made the transition as seamless as possible. Being a new facility, there were a few kinks that needed to be addressed, but they were very receptive and handled each one of them immediately. The staff was very caring! They treated our dad as if he were family. It was a major validation when our dad referred to the staff as very nice. I felt confident that he was in great hands which reduced a significant amount of stress. As his health declined, they were very attentive and called us with any updates, even though we visited him daily. They arranged for hospice to come in, and they took great care of him until the end. Their grief was evident from the moment he passed. Many of them even attended the funeral. We couldnt have been more pleased with their love & care... for all of us.

My mother, Jo Alice, started at memory care in October 2018. Our family could not be happier. I wanted to post a video on Facebook but didnt see how to. I posted it on my Facebook page last week. She and Lorraine are pretty good friends and they were helping plant inside flowers and herbs. It made me so happy to see them. Your staff is amazing!
