The staff, both medical & non-medical, at Harmony are some of the most caring, professional, & knowledgeable people I’ve ever met. The time my mother has been there has been truly remarkable. There’s a personal touch you feel from everyone that’s more like loving family members than paid workers. It’s never easy needing a loved one to be assisted by someone other than yourself but the people at Harmony make it easy to trust that there are others who can help provide a level of care that adds to & goes beyond what you are able to do yourself. I’m grateful to have found such a place where my mom is thriving!

Our mom has been living at Harmony for a couple of years now and she considers it home. She felt comfortable from day one, and that is very important for her family to know that she is comfortable. We are immediately contacted if our mom is not feeling well. Bingo is her favorite game and she plays often. The only reason I’m not giving a five is because my mom is a picky eater and sometimes she is not pleased with what’s on the menu. Regardless of the menu, this has been the best facility that she’s lived in. She’s made multiple friends and she is never alone.

I feel my mother is safe at Harmony which is my greatest concern. The facility is always clean and inviting which sets the tone of the day for the residents. I do hear residents grumble about the food in the dining room. They would like more variety. The staff in the Assisted Living section where Mom resides are kind and caring. Overall, our family has been very pleased with the care our mother receives at Harmony.

Harmony is a wonderful facility. It is a beautiful place full of love for its residents. The employees are always so cheerful and full of enthusiasm. I can’t say enough positive things about Harmony. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and supported during what can be a very emotional transition. The team is compassionate, attentive, and truly treats residents with dignity and respect. The facility itself is clean, bright, and thoughtfully maintained. There are plenty of activities offered throughout the week”everything from crafts and games, special events and outings”so residents always have opportunities to stay engaged and connected. My mother was diagnosed with dementia and it was a hard decision for my sister and I to put her in a facility. She has been a resident in harmony square for over a year. I am so pleased with the care the staff provides and how amazing Mrs. Kelly is that I bring sweets from the local bakery each time I visit. If you want your loved one in a memory care where the residents are always engaging in an activity, a delicious meal is always being prepared, staff actually care about your loved one, and there is a compassionate supervisor who goes above and beyond then you need to visit harmony at hope mills. Its an amazing feeling when you know your loved one is really cared for.

Sheptar Fedeick, the young, energetic woman who gave us a tour of the facility is passionate, kind, and informative. During our tour it was obvious that the entire staff enjoy helping people and that they take pride in their contribution to the facility. It appears to be a place where elderly people can thrive. The units are modern and well maintained. There was a sense of community amongst the residents.

Our aging population, Seniors in particular are my passion and I love going to visit at Harmony at Hope Mills because they also share the same passion and it shows in the care that the staff provides. One thing that I love is that every visit I am greeted with a warm smile and hello. I also love that the facility is kept very clean and offers many different spaces for the residents to enjoy. Another reason why I love to visit the facility is because their Life Enrichment Director, Ms. Tara who does a wonderful job engaging all residents with activities. Rather memory care or assisted living, Tara ensures that all residents have meaningful moments engaging with their Harmony family. Tara keeps her activities calendar full of many options for the residents to choose and participate in activities. Keep up the great work Harmony!!

Harmony is a beautiful place. When i visit my mother in memory care she is always clean and dressed nicely. The staff love what they do and it shows. The memory care director is always involved and never just sitting down. The staff line dance, play uno, bingo, and keep the residents very busy. The best decision we ever made was to put my mom in memory care at Harmony of Hope Mills

I toured to preview for my mother to enter assisted living. The space is clean and bright with nice community spaces for visiting and activities. The rooms are large and have nice options for kitchens and furniture arrangement. The dining room is nice which is important as residents spend a lot of time there! The outdoor courtyard has great potential for gardening and bird watching activities but seems underutilized . My tour did not include any staff or resident interaction but that may come on the next one when I take my mother back. Definitely veteran focused.

My mother is at Harmony and the facility is excellent. This is the second facility, she has been in. The first one was terrible. The staff was below standards. The staff at Harmony is great. Especially, the nurse, Alissa Thompson. Professional, Caring, understanding and follow ups with my mothers day-to-day care, are some of her attributes. I'm very happy she is at that facility.

Harmony is such a lovely place and takes great care of my Gram. She has lived here for almost a year now and every time we visit I am impressed by the cleanliness, care and attention. I am a health care provider who has worked in many facilities around NC over the years and Harmony continues to be top notch in comparison. The care team always strives to exceed our expectations. I am jealous of the food menu. The staff treats my Gram and our family with such kindness and hospitality. My children look forward to visiting Gram and her friends because of the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Harmony is a wonderful place for your loved one. At the door you are greeted with caring bubbly staff, clean facility and Tara always has something great going on. You won’t go wrong with this bright and cheery facility that treats everyone like they are in their own home. Great food too! Theatre room and center Rotunda are a great area for residents to congregate with others.

Harmony at Hope Mills is such a clean and beautiful assisted living facility. I work for a hospice agency that provides hospice care in the facility and the staff here are always so kind and caring to their residents.

Wonderful facility. My Daddy was is memory care there. Tabitha is amazing, as are the memory care staff. He was always clean, clothes washed and well loved. The food is good. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly. The staff is friendly which is very important to me. Judith at the front desk is very helpful. Thanks for everything!

My mother and I toured a number of facilities in Fayetteville and this was hands down the one my mother loved. The director is amazing and the staff seem to follow her lead in excellent service. My mother has not moved in yet but has an apartment reserved and looking forward to her move. She was reluctant to leave her home but now she is looking forward to starting her new stage in life at Harmony.

When shopping for a place for our mother, this was the most friendly staff we experienced. The facility was pretty and residents were happy and active. The memory care residents were on the way to an outing the day were toured. We decided right now wasn't the time to move mom but when it’s time this will be the place.

The lady at the front desk is very rude furniture in common area not up to Parr for Elderly folks , took over 4mos before my mother to received medical attention . if staff is low why bring in more residents than they can handle .

Earlier this year I met with Melanie Armstrong at Harmony at Hope Mills to discuss options for my mother. We were trying to get Mom to move closer to us but with COVID we decided to wait. Unfortunately, Mom had a stroke in October. I called Melanie as soon as we realized Mom could no longer live independently. After 10 weeks of rehab we also realized Mom would require memory care versus assisted living. Melanie made the change easy and without stress. Melanie listened to all my concerns and helped me through this emotional time. All the employees were helpful and friendly. We moved Mom in on a Tuesday and I felt at ease leaving her there. Our relationship with Harmony was short as Mom passed away but again they again made the process so easy and convenient for all of us. The facility is very clean and comfortable. They have numerous options available. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone needing assistance. Please tell them I sent you!

This is a wonderful facility with many caring staff. The memory care unit is the best I've seen in Fayetteville. They give the patients a great deal of respect and dignity. The chef is amazing. When you walk into the facility it feels like you're walking into a five-star hotel.

The place is pretty nice looking. But I felt like it’s the stereotypical assisted care facility. Not too fond of some of the subtle things I noticed. For the amount of money I think the staff could be more reflective of the price. The allure of a new place is all it has going for it. Location is convenient. But beware of the car salesman kind of pitch. If it was my mother in law I’d be happy to put her here. Not my mom.
