I toured the community last week and was delighted at how clean the building was. Barry spoke to residents by name and was not only knowledgeable, but a delight. Staff all spoke as we walked by and residents were actively engaged. Very impressive!

Moving my parents to an assisted living facility was a difficult decision for our family. We visited many places and are happy with our choice of Terra Bella. Dad loves the social aspect. Mom loves the food. She isn't eating much but she says it tastes good and she did not have to cook it! The staff are friendly and keep us informed.

I went last week to visit my granny and I have never seen her happier!! She enjoys her new living environment and her new neighbors. The building was very clean and all the staff was extremely friendly!! I would DEFINITELY recommend.

When we went to visit my grandma and papa they were very accommodating. Not only were we able to visit them in their room ,but when lunch arrived they had a separate room we could eat at so we had plenty of room. They even offered us drinks when we ate lunch. The staff was kind and friendly. They take good care of my grandparents.

Terrabella Marchbanks was truly lifesaving for my wife's parents at a time of crisis and showed exceptional levels of caring and compassion. We met with Barry James, the executive director, at a point when we had very little time to arrange for care and he both expedited their transfer and made sure that there was continuity of care. Both he and the rest of the staff went far above the call of any reasonable expectation of care. The compassion they showed was truly genuine and very welcome. We have nothing but praise for them and the facility.

Marchbanks has been wonderful for my mother. First of all the place is lovely! If you like Joanna Gaines decorating, you will love the decor here. We adore the chandeliers, artwork, and furniture. The staff is very friendly. They are also responsive to anything we have questions about regarding Mother. The director, Kayla is very quick to address any concerns or questions. The entire family is impressed with Marchbanks and the wonderful staff. Mother is well looked after as far as her medications are concerned. She is always dressed nicely and looks good. Mother especially enjoys the hairstylist who comes in to do her hair at the salon there. She also really likes the games, activities, and exercise class there. If you are looking for a lovely and caring place for your loved one, Marchbanks is that place.

Marchbanks Assisted Living truly provides the most exceptional care that anyone could hope for their loved one to receive. The entire team, from the Executive Director to the nurses and caregivers, are incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, competent, and compassionate. Their genuine dedication to the residents they serve shows in the respectful, caring way that everyone is treated. Anyone would be lucky to be part of this wonderful community!
