My father has been living at Maristone for 3 months. He is receiving excellent assistance and care, when needed. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. There are many activities available. Great place! My Mama moved in to Maristone when she just needed a little assistance. Cindi and the Maristone team worked with us as my Mama needed more assistance and moved to memory care unit. My Mama liked it at Maristone. The nurses especially Ray, Ashley, Rachel, Noreen, Jamie were all amazing! The care takers especially Ashley, Marquetta, Dorothy were amazing!

I visited the Maristone of Providence on 1/14 and had a lovely experience. Parking was readily available, and the exterior of the building was clean and well kept. The lobby was beautiful and everything smelled so clean when I entered. I was greeted by very pleasant staff and given the pricing information that I needed immediately. While I didnt take the time today to look into the apartments, I will return to do so! If you are looking for a place for yourself or a loved one to call home, you would be proud to tell anyone that you chose Maristone!. Call Cindy and set up a tour!

I frequently visit a friend's family member at Maristone of Providence and am always impressed. The residents are always active and happy, it always smells fresh and the care is consistently attentive. It’s definitely where I’d choose for my own family if needed.

Maristone has done an excellent job of giving my mother in law quality life care during her elderly years ( she’s 96). Nurse Ashley and caregiver Amber have gone the extra mile to help and support her. She gets well feed; hair, nail, and feet done; apartment cleaned; and daily medicines given (they even have to crush some of the meds for her to swallow them). They have also repositioned their staff offices so they are visible and accessible to the residents and family members. Thank you maristone.

Once I realized that the time had come for me to transition into an assisted living facility, I allowed myself sufficient time to shop the many available options in the Mt. Juliet and surrounding area, in order to identify the most ideal residence suitable to my personal needs. Certainly, important among them would be the appearance of a comfortable, and well maintained facility. After all, this was to be my home, and it would naturally be important that my new home would be one that is well cared for. Activities and events, both social and recreational, would be of importance, as well, as would be the quality of resident care, meals and dining facilities. Each and all of these were clearly evident to me upon my initial visit to Maristone. But of utmost importance to me, over and above all else, was to be the expressions upon the faces of the residents and the staff, alike, that I would encounter during my walk-through which, by the way, was conducted completely at my leisure and with no time constraints! This, to me, would be the pivotal deciding factor in my selection of my new home. Maristone Of Providence has been my home, now, for 3 weeks, and the smiling, genuinely engaging, caring and friendly faces demonstrated by the staff personnel, from executive, to housekeeping, to culinary and waitstaff, and of course the nursing staff, as well as the many residents with whom I have become acquainted and now consider to be my new and closest friends and family, meet that personal, hoped for need as much today as upon the occasion of my initial introduction, weeks ago! Maristone Of Providence is an amazing, absolutely delightful place to call home for me, and as is evidenced by the expressions on the caring, kind and friendly faces of those around me, I am confident that is quite the same for most all! Thank you, Maristone, for welcoming me into your home! So very happy to be living among you!

My husband required a short term (respite) stay while receiving regular treatments at a local health facility. A relatively young resident at age 62, he was a bit reluctant at first. But as he learned more about the facility from sales rep, Denise Patterson, and administrator, Cindi Brindley, he warmed to the idea of his new temporary home. During his stay, the staff was extremely friendly, kind and attentive. Nursing, dietary, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance personnel all not only met his needs but also anticipated them in advance. I truly believe that the stellar supportive and positive attitudes at this facility helped him heal much quicker. Highly recommend!

My mom has been at Maristone in the memory care for close to a year. I have nothing but the best things to say about the administration and staff at Maristone . In fact, I would go so far as to say they have become like family to us. They have been so caring to my mom (and us) and they let us know if anything happens immediately. My mom is now in her last days with us, and the staff has been so wonderful and caring. We love this place and my mother loves it every one there is so nice and so very helpful they care about the residents and you have to be a special person to work with the older residents we picked this place because it was so much like home at a neighbor that I growed up with works here Stacey Dalton Rose and she is the best she is the Activity Director here she really works and helps the residents here so if you have family that needs a place to live like home this is it We don’t have to worry about my mother here if a problem comes up we get a phone call make this your family’s home away from home

I enjoy my time as I interact with the staff and residents on a weekly basis, the residents love the activities that I do with them. The activity director is always eager to bring fun activities for the residents. The nursing staff is great and have been attentive with the residents when I am there. They smile and make each resident feel important. The rest of the staff also has smiles and each department interacts with the residents providing great care, I can see they really want each one to be happy. Each department head has been here for awhile as well as the nurses which is hard to find. I would recommend anyone needing help to place a loved one to come for a visit & check them out.

Not very happy with this facility. Nurses do not respond fast enough to residents pushing their call buttons fast enough. Had nurses at night not respond for over an hour while my sister was spending g the night to monitor! Mom dropped her pills and no nurse was there to watch her take them...against the law! I called 50 times to the nurses station, and no one answered. Have called an elderly abuse lawyer! These folks need many more night and day RNs and food service person! I have to go every day, raise hell to get care for the $5000 dollars we are paying a month! Sad!

I am extremely impressed with this facility. They are always going out of their way to do their best to care for their residents, 1st responders, and community. The facility has a nice inviting feel to it. Lots of activities for loved ones and excellent food. If you are looking for the next step for your loved ones this would be a great place to visit. Stop by and check them out. They are located behind the mall area in Mt. Juliet.

My husband and I are very pleased with our care we receive here. We have privacy when desired and group activities are always available to us. Not to mention the food which is delicious and always plentiful. The staff is always accessible to us and make us feel special! They seem to anticipate our needs and always look out for us as though we were the only ones here! The property is kept very clean and tidy.

What a blessing Maristone has been to our family. My grandmother's move-in has been peaceful and beneficial to her. After 3 weeks, she is now settled, happy, and healthy. She loves the happy, peaceful atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the food.

Maristone and the entire staff have always been so caring and kind to my mother-in-law. She has been living at Maristone since September of 2020 and we as a family have been very pleased with our experience there. The current management staff is outstanding. Stacy, the activities director, goes beyond her job description. She is an amazing human being. Jackie, Carrie and Cindi all work together as a team to provide top notch care. Jean at the front desk keeps things running smoothly and professionally. Everyone is so kind to our mom and our family. Our experience is with both Assisted Living as well as memory care. For example, Mom is not good at feeding herself so the staff prepares special meals that are easier for her to chew and get to her mouth. They include her in all activities even though she is wheelchair bound. The elder care industry has extreme challenges in getting and keeping staff but Maristone seems to manage through the challenges. Highly recommend. Thanks to all of you.

It appeared to be a great facility and I have always heard good things from families who have loved ones there. During our application to move -in date, however, the facility failed to communicate well with us which left my father being discharged from the hospital with literally no where to go. It was a horrible situation to go through after paying money and assuming his room was ready. The situation could have been handled so much better, and I was left very disappointed with Maristone.

Maristone at Providence is a wonderful place. The staff cares about all the residents that live there. It is not so big or overwhelming so you find people become close knit. If you or your loved on needs care in the Mt. Juliet area I would for sure reach out.

Mom was hospitalized with Covid for 6 weeks in May/June 2020. She had been living independently prior to getting sick. We moved mom into assisted living. After a couple of falls, we and the staff determined that her covid memory fog and covid balance problems required a higher level of care. She was moved to the memory care unit. The staff at Maristone went above and beyond in helping with the initial move in and then due to lockdown, did the move to memory care for us They took time with the initial move in and the move to memory care to be sure her furniture, wall hangings, and personal items were set up in a manner to help her adjust and feel at home. Mom came with her baby’ - her cat Ginger. Throughout her stay, the staff made sure Ginger was fed and taken care of when mom was briefly hospitalized after her falls while still in assisted living. While in Memory Care - during the worst of the lockdown they again made sure Ginger was cared for when we could not come in. It is those little touches, making sure that the residents feel at home - have their belonging and the care for her pet that help make this facility stand out. At all times, there was open and ongoing communication about mom's status and her care. We have now relocated to Fl and taken mom with us. Again Maristone staff went above and beyond in helping with paper work and forms for mom's new place and helping prepare her for the move. Due to the great care given mom during her time at Maristone, her memory issues and balance issues from covid have improved enough that we were able to place her in assisted living. She is enjoying the FL sunshine and Ginger is out hunting Geckos. I do not hesitate to give a recommendation for Maristone!

We’ve had an excellent experience so far. Mom and dad moved in during COVID and the staff has been great - attentive and caring. My folks are really happy there, which makes me happy. I see the facility has received some low stars in the past. Based on my experience, I can’t imagine why. Maybe a different time with different workers, but the leadership is great now as is the support staff.
