Our family wanted to share our sincere appreciation for the welcoming and warm environment we’ve found at The Inn At Bear Trail for our sister. After looking at several locations, we feel incredibly fortunate to have found this community. The leadership and staff have been consistently welcoming, professional, extremely responsive, and friendly. The atmosphere truly feels like staying in a cozy lodge, warm, comfortable, and peaceful. We also appreciate the medical team who have been supportive and consultative in their care. It brings our family great peace of mind, knowing that our sister is well cared for and receiving healthy meals. We’ve already seen an improvement in her quality of life since she’s been with The Inn At Bear Trail.

We needed a place for my mother.We contacted The Inn at Bear Trail and made an appointment for a tour.I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman named Mike Harvey.I was scared and overwhelmed.He shook my hand and the rest became my answer to everything I knew I needed for my mothers care.He answered all my questions,gave me an awesome tour and listened to me cry.I have never felt more welcomed or cared about.I was not pressured,but greeted by every person I met.The residents were kind and very welcoming.Mom has been here only 3 days and has been treated like family.The staff all knew her name and she was expected like they had been waiting for her and were all prepared.Mike has bent over backwards and been there for ever question need and tear I have had.Your staff has met every need and we are looking forward to her new life at her new home.Thank you with all my heart.

We have had a very positive experience with the Inn at Bear Trail. The staff is courteous and friendly, the space throughout is up-to-date and clean, and it feels like a home should feel. I'm grateful to have a wonderful place nearby for our aunt to live in a great space.

My mom had been in Bear Trail for several weeks. It's still new to all of us. We looked at many facilities and Bear Trail won because of the people. Staff is excellent from the top down and they continue to impress. We love Mike the director. He is always available including this past Labor Day late Saturday setting up tv and phone. Most residents are happy and enjoy their place. There's always something to do and mom gets prompted to attend. Huge lift off my shoulders.

My mother has been living at the Inn at Bear Trail for nearly two years since my stepfather passed away, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care she has received. The food is excellent, she has made friends, participates in various activities, and is surrounded by love and support. Due to the positive experience we've had with my mom, I have now moved my dad in as well. The staff has been incredibly welcoming and is helping him settle in while addressing his needs. He feels happy and secure. It brings me immense relief and peace to know that both of my parents are in a place where everyone—from the administrative staff to the activities director, nurses, aides, servers, kitchen team, and housekeeping—treats them like family and truly cares for their well-being.

I loved working here for two years, I'm not even sure what happened but somehow in the last eight months bear trail has unfortunately gone down hill. It all started with Stephanie, she turned that place upside down. I used to love to tell people about how much I loved it. I met some life long friendships, some people I will never forget. But at the end of the day unfortunately it's just a business to the new management.

My mom has been in Memory Care for 10 months and we could not be happier where she is. The staff is exceptional and kind. She enjoys the field trips they take, most recently a picnic at Hoover Reservoir. Last week they went to Red Lobster for lunch. She enjoys the daily activities too. The Staff is always available to talk when I visit and fill me in on how Mom is doing. Staff is very communicative which is why we LOVE the Inn.

The Inn at Bear Trail has consistently cared for my mom since she moved in December of 2021. With the staffing changes recently, I am completely confident that Mom is truly in a great spot for care. Her aides in Special Care show love and genuine concern to the residents each day. They go above and beyond in their efforts to care for the residents and help the family members feel welcomed and comfortable. The management staff is very involved in day to day care and willing to jump in quickly to spend time with the residents when possible. All of the support staff interact lovingly with the residents and treat their roles as a calling as opposed to just a job. My mom is very happy and very loved, which gives me great peace of mind. The staff respond quickly and appropriately to any issue raised and truly shine in the customer service world. I highly recommend The Inn at Bear Trail.

My Mom has been here for a little over a month. The staff has been incredible, warm and welcoming. They have been very helpful with any of her needs and have many activities for her to joint in on. The facility is kept clean and ran very professionally. They care for all the people living at the facility as if they were there own relatives. A BIG shout out to Ben (in Nutrition Services) and Mike (Administration).

My Dad entered The Inn at Bear Trail in March. So far everyone has been great! Mike the community director has been so kind, encouraging and helpful! His communication with my family and Dad has been timely and detailed. He has gone above and beyond to welcome my Dad and fix any issue we might have. Special thanks to Stephanie RN who has been so responsive when I call with any medical concern. She is very experienced and spot on with her advice. Talking "RN to RN" with her has been so reassuring to me ! Finally Jada NP has been very responsive in developing a great care plan for my Dad and adjusting meds for him. My Dad loves her smile! I appreciate her! Chris and Ben in the dining room are so kind and informative with my Dad. They are the best. Jenny in housekeeping also so kind and does a great job. The whole team has gone out of their way to make my Dad feel welcome. There are always going to be issues…. But knowing that someone listens and cares and fixes those issues is what makes the difference in great AL care. Thank you all!

My mother and father have both been living at the Inn at Bear Trail for almost 6 months now. I couldn't be happier with the choice we made. We were very concerned about how they would react to moving to an assisted living facility. The staff is amazing and made the transition so much easier for both my parents (and their family lol). My parents are staying in a one bedroom unit which is the perfect size for them. My father enjoys sitting in the "living room" and watching the birds directly outside of his window. The staff knew how much he loves his birds and were more than accommodating with us setting up a feeder Things like that are what make this facility so special. The extra step everyone there seems to take to make each individual resident feel more at home and cared about. My parents, even though very hesitant to leave their home of over 40 years, are happy that they made this decision too. They both realize now how nice it is to have their meals prepared, laundry done, and assistance with personal care. My mother especially loves the daily activities that she participates in, the salon, and religious services that are available. They have also taken advantage of the day trips they plan each month to a variety of places. I feel that my parents being surrounded by others, making friends, and being encouraged to socialize and participate in activities have made a huge difference in their overall happiness. I highly recommend this place to anyone who feels assisted living might be a good option for themselves or a loved one.

I moved my parents from out of state to The Inn at Bear Trail about 2 months ago and I have been very impressed by the facility and more so by the staff. The director made the move in process much easier than I anticipated it to me and was very helpful in all my questions before move in and continues to do so now and he also checks in with my parents frequently. The nursing staff has been wonderful and have kept me informed of any issues. The activities staff have reminded my mom of the daily activities and encouraged my mom to join which had helped her to make friends and adjust better to the move. Both of my parents have had nothing but good to say about the food and the servers often even have my dad's ice tea waiting for him when he comes for dinner. It's a huge adjustment for my parents but all of the staff have made the transition a little easier for them.

My sister was in the AZ unit 6 yrs. ago. She was VERY WELL taken care of. We give this place 5 stars. Hope it hasn't gone down hill since it was new. So many do.

I would highly recommend this assisted living facility. I have worked for this building since 2017. I started out as an server in the dining room and soon moved to being a aide. This company truly has room for you to grow within. I love the residents in this community. We are definitely one big family here.

I currently work at the Bear Trail location, and it is gorgeous!! Always super clean, and the staff is so supportive and friendly! All of the residents are kind and positive, and it is extremely evident that they are treated extremely well! It is comforting to know that assisted living can be a positive experience!

This place is pretty and clean. My grandfather is currently a resident here. I have been teetering between 3 & 4 stars because sometimes the communication at this facility is phenomenal, but most times it is severely lacking. The staff there is kind, but they dont seem to work together. I think if internal communication improved and families were updated on a consistent basis, it would be a top-notch facility.

She was very friendly, extremely interactive with the residents there. They all seem to absolutely adore her, which I can see why she is very good to the residents from what I saw while I was there. She was very thorough, very detailed and showed concern and care for the residents. There are some really great amenities to this place. The rooms are pretty good size. I would highly recommend a family member to live here.

I love working at The Inn at Bear Trail. I have been here since the beginning and enjoy every day interacting with the residents and their families. The friendships I have made will stay with me forever. I am fortunate to work in a beautiful community with loving and caring staff. Another reason I love working here are my coworkers; we work hard but also have a lot of fun together.
