Our family visited multiple locations in the Weatherford area and easily decided West Fork Assisted Living was the place for our family member. Our initial visit was with Ashley, who gave us a tour of the facility. We immediately felt at home and quickly noticed the family atmosphere in everyone we met. The staff and residents were so inviting and beamed with excitement and joy as they shared their experiences. We were invited into one of the residents' apartments with the same layout as the one we were looking at. She shared her personal journey and said she regretted one thing, "I should have moved in years earlier". The entire team at West Fork understand how emotional the transition is for the entire family and were there for us through the entire process from tour to move in, and every day afterwards. God Blessed us when he steered our path to West Fork. We look forward to creating new memories with the residents and staff as we embark on this next journey in our family member's life.

My mom is in West Fork in Weatherford. Time after time visiting, it always feels like family. The staff is so welcoming and caring. I feel very comfortable with my mom living here. I highly recommend it. Not to forget it’s gorgeous inside and out! Thank you for welcoming my mom with such loving arms after the passing of my father. My husband and I are extremely impressed with Crystal Mills, your activity director. We see that she loves these residents and gives each one of them her personal attention as if they were all her personal family members.We believe Westfork IS a five star home so much due to Crystal and her hard work. Crystal consistently goes out of her way to insure that all residents are active especially my mother, Gigi who has a tendency to be a non participant. It is through her constant interface especially with my mom that makes us so happy that Crystal is a valued member of your staff. It is our thoughts that ANY assisted living home would be privileged to have a director such as Crystal. Thank you for having her as the activity director, we are so glad she is there. West Fork has been such a breath of fresh air for our family as we transitioned my grandparents from another facility! My grandma is in the Assisted Living side and my grandfather is in Memory Care. I have had my parents in an assisted living place for a year and a half, and not happy with their care. We toured West Fork at Weatherford and said this is their forever home. We decided to separate them and put mom on the assisted living side and dad in the memory care side. We decided to put cameras up and I mean after the first night watching how the care givers talked to Bobby and had so much compassion and care for him, I knew we were in the right place. My parents just spent their 4th night at West Fork and I can’t be more pleased with the care he is receiving. My parents deserve to live out the rest of their life being loved and cared for in the right way and West Fork care givers are top notch. I just can not express how excited my family is to not have to worry or be concerned on the care my parents receive at West Fork. You truly have a wonderful facility with a lot of activities and great care

My Grandmother is a resident at west fork. My time visiting has been met with smiles and comfort. My grandmother has opportunities to socialize and branch out, creating friendships with the other residents. Recently moved my mother to West Fork (4 months ago) and she is doing wonderfully, much better than when she was living alone. Her demeanor and physical/mental health have also improved through all the various activities and social interactions that West Fork offers. She was a bit hesitant at first, but is very happy now, and always talking about how good the food is. Lots of open space, a clean facility, well maintained inside and out. She also has her dog with her that has been warmly welcomed as well. They have enclosed courtyards for the residents to sit outside and their pets use also. The staff at West Fork have been awesome and very helpful if anything comes up. As expected, the process of moving in (called the intake) is lots of paperwork and the administration will go out of there way to make it as smooth possible. They are always available to answer questions or troubleshoot any problems that may arise. Lots of smiles all around by the staff. It's always a pleasure to visit there knowing that I will always encounter friendly staff and that my mother is being taken care of in a healthy and professional manner. It would be a place I would like to go to when it's time for me to do so, especially for the food and ambience. ~~ Dr. Steve Wood

The entire staff is wonderful and the care is much better compared to a facility in Fort Worth. My mother just moved to Texas from Florida and I needed to find an assisted living center close by. I WAS and AM so impressed with this place! Everyone of the staff members are truly courteous and Texas friendly! All of the residents my mom and I have interacted with have been so friendly and truly seem happy living there. The place is spacious and open and offers so many activities to keep everyone active and happy. I feel truly blessed that I found Westfork and I’m sure my moms last chapter of her life will be one of love and happiness and friendship. Thanks to all I have dealt with getting my mom situated ! My 97 year old dad just moved in here. The assisted living area is well staffed and a very pleasant place to live. My dad loves it and he is getting the help he needs to be healthy and safe. Highly recommend this facilityl

I’m just dropping by to let you know how things are going in West Fork. I moved here 16 months ago and I really can’t think of a day I was not blessed to be here. We survived the covid, and now are beginning to come out of isolation, i personally had a couple of bumps and bruises, then the deep freeze of Texas was to deal with and lastly and hopefully it is the last was a stomach bug. Through it all we had a team that was on their best to keep us safe, well fed, warm and comfortable and plenty of things to keep our minds and bodies fit. I can’t say enough about our team. They are (in no special order & I hope I didn’t leave anyone out) Ruth, Becky, Heather, Kristen, Ashley, Pamela, Kori, Sherri and Kim. We welcome Kyle Cherry to our team in maintenance. I know he will be an asset to West Fork. This is a home for us that became tired of weeding, cooking, cleaning, upkeep, etc. It is a great place to live, visit, join in, just plain on living. Thank you West Fork and thank you God for the caring we have. Love it.

When my wife and I checked out West Fork at Weatherford as they were opening up late 2019, we were very impressed with what we found and saw. Now one year after bringing my mother in to live and enjoy the many benefits that West Fork offers, it is still the wonderful place we first discovered. Even after Covid hit and changed everyone's world, the leadership and staff at West Fork stepped up and ensured that health, safety, cleanliness, and all aspects of senior care were followed with the resident's concerns first and foremost. High standards were set and followed, and never waivered. I can tell you that the staff there genuinely and sincerely care about my mother and the other residents. Many many times they have gone the extra mile to take care of the needs of their residents. They treat them all like family. And they are great with working closely with the family members of each resident. If something happens, I get a call right away. They have never let my mother down. The facility and the rooms are cleaned very well, meals are served to fit the residents needs, the building is well maintained, and activities well planned to fit the residents needs as well. All of this creating a well rounded home for your loved one. The leadership are super in communicating with me. They keep me informed on all aspects of my mother's care. As far as health concerns, the medical leadership and staff are some of the best I have ever worked with. I should know because I used to sell medical equipment to senior care facilities and have seen a lot. I can tell from first hand experience that the medical staff go the extra mile to ensure quality healthcare. Very high quality care. I have said a lot in this review, but I believe it is important for all who are looking for a high quality senior care facility to know about West Fork at Weatherford.........you will not be disappointed, and your loved one will be very happy here. My mother loves this place.
