My mother spent a month with Magnolia Springs while she was recuperating from an acute illness. I am an RN and I have spent the majority of my 27 year career in long term care. I've seen a lot. What I saw at Magnolia Springs was excellence. They treated my mother with respect, safeguarded her dignity, encouraged her to improve and took great care of her all around. As I began the search for an appropriate placement for Mom, the first stop happened to be Magnolia Springs, mostly because of location. Even though Magnolia Springs was no an appropriate place for my mother, Cody spent more than an hour with me. He listened carefully and asked many questions. He was assessing our needs and then explained dot us the type of facility that would meet Mom's needs and made 4 possible places. He was so kind and knowledgeable! We have at last selected memory care facility and it was one that Cody recommended. Magnolia Springs will definitely be a place I recommend to anyone looking for this type of facility!

I moved my mom to Magnolia Springs in their memory care area recently. She was at another facility and was not receiving good care. The experience has been night and day. The staff at Magnolia has been so welcoming, very attentive and hands on as well as patient and understanding. It's so nice to see the same employees there on a regular basis which also helps with the care of my mom. Anna, Lisa, and Maria are three of the staff members who I've worked with regularly on my mom's transition and they have been great. I finally feel like I can take a break with my mom at Magnolia from being there every day as my mom is finally in good hands.

During one of the most difficult times in my life, so far, the staff at Magnolia Springs has done nothing but work to make the difficult transition of my mom to Memory Way as easy as possible. From the numerous tours/visits, emails...they've been patient with my family as we worked through this process. From Jenny, Cody, Kristen, Nicole and Dawn they have all been so helpful and kind. We've even met other staff and of course the caregivers in Memory Way - what a special group. If you have a family member with dementia who needs placement I can't recommend Magnolia Springs enough. The ED Jenny Query takes tremendous pride in Magnolia's operations and the building always looked immaculate. Dawn Common and her staff in Memory Way care so much for each of the patients and it was evident how well they treated my dad.

Upon arrival for our tour we were met with a welcome sign. Our community relations person, Cody, was prompt to the appointment and well informed. The community is lovely, with wide bright hallways, clean smelling and the residents seemed cheerful and well cared. They have many amenities for the residents that allow them to lead full lives while remaining safe. Overall our experience during our time there was very positive and I would have no hesitation having my parents reside at Magnolia Springs!

You can learn nearly everything you need to know about a community by touring and meeting the staff and other residents, and you would be hard pressed to encounter anyone without a smile on their face and welcoming words- staff and residents alike. You can truly feel the difference when you step through the doors; this is not just a senior living community, it is a home and everyone feels like family. All of the staff, leadership and otherwise, have been there for many years and that commitment speaks volumes for the community. I love seeing all of the different activities going on on a daily basis and seeing residents flourish and continue to live happy, fulfilling lives- everything the greatest generation deserves! My 88-year-old dad has lived there for going on three years. They do not hesitate to call me if they notice something amiss with him. Everyone on staff knows his name and they treat him with the utmost kindness. He is still spry but not as physically able.The food there is excellent, way better than other places we visited. They provide transportation to doctors visits, shopping and the like, in addition to social outings and regular activities.My dad really likes it there and I feel reassured knowing they take good care of him.

I volunteer at Magnolia Springs. In the last two years I have noticed how well the grounds are kept, the cleanliness of the different areas and the happiness of the residents. The activity board displays a wide variety of activities that sound appealing to all different tastes. The residents have commented from time to time that the food is tasty and they enjoy the various themed meals throughout the year. The staff is always very professional yet caring and have done an excellent job of safeguarding the health of both the residents and the staff during the pandemic. While at the same time finding ways to keep the residents busy and entertained.

My mother was a resident in the assisted living area at Magnolia Springs Southpointe for about a year until her cognitive skills were declining. Shed also had two falls which sent her to the hospital followed by rehabilitation.It was recommended by the directors and the nurse that shed be better served in Memory Way. We were skeptical about whether this would really be right for her, but decided to give it a try.Mom has now been a resident in Memory Way for nearly a year now. It has been a wonderfulexperience for her. First of all the residents are checked on every two hours. There is a wide range of activities available every day. Mom has enjoyed trivia games, painting, crafting with beads and other crafts. Many residents enjoy coloring and simple cooking activities. Exercise classes are offered. Nail painting is offered twice weekly. Outings this month have included trips to an apple orchard, pumpkin patch and a scenic drive. Music is also an enjoyable activity. Special musical guests visit often. There is a beautiful lounge where residents can visit or just have a change of scenery. There is also a large comfortable sunroom. Most importantly to Mom was that her cat could continue to live with her. The newly decorated dining room is bright and inviting.The caregivers are caring and compassionate. I feel like they have become family. Magnolia Springs Southpointe is an outstanding facility with wonderful staff including the directors, servers, housekeepers and caregivers.

My mom has lived here about 18 mos. now and I cant say enough about this Facility and its Staff. The staff is absolutely Fabulous. They are truly interested in each resident and they are attentive to them. The apartments are very nice as well as the facility and is well cared for. My mom can have her pet dog which is one of the reasons she chose this facility. They have a movie theater, a nice dining room and lots of snacks are available whenever residents want them. I have eaten some really tasty meals there. The Thanksgiving dinner hosted by the facility last year, 2019, was wonderful and not to be missed. I highly recommend Magnolia Springs Senior Living Facility.
