My dad was recently told by his doctor that he could no longer live on his own. During his stay(twice) at the rehab center I was contacted by Amanda, the Community Resource Director at Magnolia Springs. After several meetings with Amanda and several other staff members and of course a tour of the beautiful facility, my sister and I knew this was the place for our dad. The staff and care givers are caring compassionate and made my dad feel right at home. Their activity department does a wonderful job keeping the residents busy with fun activities and socializing with one another. My mom has lived at Magnolia Springs now for a year and a half and she loves it there. She wanted NOTHING to do with moving to "a facility" at first, but when she toured and saw what she'd been missing out on, she couldn't move fast enough. Lots of activities, nice areas that can be utilized by her and with Family, the Bistro for snacks and drinks throughout the day is a bonus for sure. The food is great. The employees are very nice, friendly, and helpful. We are hopeful that Mom is able to stay here as long as she is able. A special shout out to Jamie for her help recently with some difficult decisions that we were suddenly facing. Her listening, understanding, and follow through is much appreciated and we are grateful.

I am dealing with an extremely stressful situation relocating a family member to Indiana. After talking and touring 6 Assisted Living locations I felt even worse with the level of professionalism until I met Cody Baker. He took the time to truly listen to our concerns and needs, making sure we felt supported and informed every step of the way. He was never pushy or rushed like a lot of the others and he made the process feel personal and manageable. His honest, caring approach helped us feel confident during this stressful time.

Magnolia Springs is the perfect place for our Aunt. She says it is a warm and welcoming community. We love being able to drop in for a visit and have lunch with her. The food service is so nice! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

My dad has been a resident for 6 months now. He is TRIVING!! The staff is very caring and attentive. There are always activities for him to engage in and many great residents to socialize with. As I began the search for an appropriate placement for Mom, the first stop happened to be Magnolia Springs, mostly because of location. Even though Magnolia Springs was no an appropriate place for my mother, Cody spent more than an hour with me. He listened carefully and asked many questions. He was assessing our needs and then explained dot us the type of facility that would meet Mom’s needs and made 4 possible places. He was so kind and knowledgeable! We have at last selected memory care facility and it was one that Cody recommended. Magnolia Springs will definitely be a place I recommend to anyone looking for this type of facility!

My mother spent a month with Magnolia Springs while she was recuperating from an acute illness. I am an RN and I have spent the majority of my 27 year career in long term care. I've seen a lot. What I saw at Magnolia Springs was excellence. They treated my mother with respect, safeguarded her dignity, encouraged her to improve and took great care of her all around. My mother and I have already agreed that if she needs this type of care again, she will go to Magnolia Springs. Thank you to all the staff!

Magnolia springs at southpoint is one of few places in indianapolis that is special and unique. Resident care on all levels is great,professional, caring, and family oriented. Upon arrival for our tour we were met with a welcome sign. Our community relations person, Cody, was prompt to the appointment and well informed. The community is lovely, with wide bright hallways, clean smelling and the residents seemed cheerful and well cared. They have many amenities for the residents that allow them to lead full lives while remaining safe. Overall our experience during our time there was very positive and I would have no hesitation having my parents reside at Magnolia Springs!

My siblings and I moved our dad to Magnolia Springs nine months ago, and it has been the smoothest transition. The Memory Way team is amazing! They are kind, compassionate, fun and have made ALL of us (and most importantly our dad!) feel heard and valued. The unit is beautiful and homey. We also greatly appreciate how the staff enjoys working together. It’s always such a pleasant experience to visit Dad, especially because he’s so happy.
