I am an outside provider that comes into the facility and I have never seen a more consistent caring staff in my 25 years. Every staff member is friendly, polite and they truly care about their patients. Specifically, I have watched Marcos and Laura absolutely take caregiving to another level. They go the extra mile and always with a smile and truly understand all the needs of their clients no matter how difficult at times. I cannot say enough about these two and the facility overall!

I moved my Mom into this beautiful facility just over a year ago after she had suffered a horrible injury and experience at a different memory care home. I was afraid of placing her anywhere after that first experience but I can now say Patk Senior Villas is everything I had hoped to find for Mom. No matter when I visit the facility is always clean, quiet and organized. The caregivers are wonderful and give me a full update on how Mom is doing each time I am there. The fact that she has had the same consistent caregivers is such a blessing and it helped Mom to finally feel comfortable and at home. I would highly recommend Patk Senior Villas to anyone and this is coming from someone who had lost all trust and hope for finding a trusted memory care home. Everyone I have met and worked with over the last year have been professional and truly care about their residents

This is a wonderful place! My mother in law Teresa just moved in and the care is outstanding, administration staff outstanding, food excellent, and residents happy. Staff cares about your loved one and is engaged in discussions we have, answers questions, etc. Great place for assisted living that your loved one can transition into hybrid memory care and if needed full memory care. Clean, new place !!!

Our family is so grateful for the exceptional care and support provided by the staff at Park Senior Villas (PSV) during my mother's nearly 3-year stay in their memory care unit. The caregivers at PSV were so professional, respectful, and deeply committed to provide comfort, support, and love to my mother until the very end. We are so fortunate to have consistent, amazing caregivers who were always working above and beyond, being there for our mom. This made such a difference when we could not be with her every day, giving our family peace of mind. The facility itself is wonderful - new, clean, and warm, feeling like a true home. We had so many unforgettable moments shared with my mother in this community. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The staff are so compassionate, loving and engaging with the residents. I believe they treat them like family. The activities are also a highlight. A variety of activities and special holiday events brighten their physical, spiritual and emotional well-being. Blessed to have my mom in this community!

Such an amazing and blessed time at Park Senior Villas! My mother in law stays here and RAVES about the food and the caretakers! 🙂 Makes us happy to know how happy she is here! They even had our whole family come out for brunch and an egg hunt with our kids for Easter!

Park Senior Villas in Chandler, Az. Is the best facility out there. I checked so many senior living places for my elderly mom, who has Alzheimer's. There just didn't seem to be the quality of care that I found at Park Senior Villas. Lorel and Roger do a wonderful job as managers. Their staff is so friendly and everyone has smiling faces. I felt so confident leaving my Mother there. As you can imagine, it is very difficult to place a loved one anywhere. These people truly care about what they do and it shows! I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to place a loved one.

Park Senior Villas is such a beautiful and kind environment. They really love their residents and put their residents first. They have Physical and Occupational Therapy onsite. The buildings are all one level and feels like home.

It is such a beautiful place! The grounds are amazing with walking paths and a dog run. Hopefully it will open soon.
