Arbor has a WONDERFUL staff! They are friendly, caring and kind. The decor is beautiful and my mom's apartment is everything she wanted it to be. The services and amenities are awesome. My mom has made some wonderful friends and she enjoys herself with the daily activities offered at Arbor. We made a great decision and she is very happy!

I recently toured an assisted living facility, Arbor Terrace, in Highland Park, Illinois, and I must say that I was impressed. The facility was beautifully designed and well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and it was evident that they truly cared about the well-being of the residents. I was particularly impressed by the range of amenities and activities offered, which catered to a variety of interests and needs. Overall, I would highly recommend this assisted living facility to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive environment for their loved ones.

We moved my Mother to Arbor Terrace Highland Park in early 2022. I am glad to share my positive and heartfelt experience. Like most elderly people, my Mom was scared to move from her home to a senior living community. The entire staff at the Arbor are so kind, caring and welcoming. I have tremendous gratitude and admiration for this exceptional Senior living facility. It all starts with the staff, and at Arbor Terrace they are compassionate, kind and dedicated. Director, Christopher Dale truly cares about the families and his understanding and warm personality radiated from the top down. I literally can't imagine a better place for my Mom. With regard to the staff, the moment you walk in you're greeted by Sheri or Dominique, two lovely woman that will do anything for you. Then the dining room, the chef is superbly friendly and aims to please. The attending nurses and CNA's make sure my Mom feels cared for and at ease. They take great care of her every need. Suzanna is the head nurse, she's truly the best. Although my Mom is 97 and doesn't participate in activities that much, there's no lack of things to do. The community areas are vibrant and engaging, encouraging residents to socialize, connect, and participate in various activities and events. Finally, Arbor Terrace is very clean and organized. You feel like you're at a fine hotel! Thank you to all staff at Arbor Terrace, our lives are so much better because of you, I rest easy knowing my Mom is well cared for at all times!!

My mom has been at Arbor Terrace for a little over 2 months. And, while there are many things that I can share as having exceeded my expectations, I cannot say enough great things about the staff! There is a knowledgeable team of nurses, caregivers and therapists who assist the residents. I have found that the people who interact with my mom on a daily basis are consistently professional, respectful, attentive, kind and patient. They are responsive to family members and they have welcomed my questions and feedback. When I first visited Arbor Terrace, there was a general positive vibe that was created both by the bright, cheerfulness of the building and by all the people I saw during my tour. I now know, and truly appreciate, many of these people that I had only briefly met. Sheri and Dominique who warmly greet me everyday; the PT, OT and ST Fox therapists who are amazing; Kate who is hands on and involved with everything in her unit; Irene and her team of nurses who are so caring and careful; Kristy who puts so much thought and effort into preparing engaging and appropriate activities; and, Erin, Sheila and the other caregivers who set the positive tone for the whole unit and keep everything running smoothly!

Arbor Terrace Highland Park is brand new, clean, and convenient. Staff are friendly & attentive -- they check on residents regularly and often remember visitors by name. Jeff Altschul in particular was a gigantic help in my mother's transition to her new residence. Rooms are modern and bright, with well-designed bathrooms and closets. Special activities are held regularly. An automated process makes it easy for visitors to check-in and out. Food service and nursing support are excellent. Personal 24-hour call buttons provide an added sense of security. We studied many options -- including nursing home care and continuous assistance at home -- and we visited numerous other facilities, and this was by far the best. Most importantly, mom has thrived since she moved in. With the assistance of local family and others, she actually gets out and about as often as ever.

Arbor Terrace is a warm, welcoming environment where residents are treated attentively. The staff are all friendly and take the time to know family members. They stop and say hello to everyone. People are always gathered in common areas visiting or joining in on actives. The location is close to places that are familiar to mom, and that was important. They care about preserving a sense of independence while offering the level of assistance mom needs.

I enjoyed seeing how the residence were taking advantage of the activities offered that day or just chatting in a group by the fireplace. This is definitely a place I could see my loved one!

Arbor Terrace HP is a great place for mom. She now has nice friends right down the hall and socializes much more than when she was at home alone. The staff are super friendly and the place is very clean. She is happy there and we sleep better at night knowing she is safe. Jeff Altschul did a good job making mom feel welcome!

My parents were the first residents to move into Arbor Terrace Highlad Park, and they remained happy with their decision. They felt it was important to be in the community where they raised their family and live in for six decades. They could see Sunset Park from their window. The staff at Arbor demonstrates a combination of warmth and professionalism. The nursing staff show individual concern for each resident. And James, the head chef works hard to prepare creative meals. If you want your family member to move to assisted living in the Highland Park area, a visit to Arbor Terrace will be worthwhile.

I am beyond impressed with Arbor Terrace Highland Park. The energy is upbeat. The staff is professional, approachable.and helpful. The residents are happy and friendly as well. They offer many activities for residents to have fun and be social. The food is high end. Apartments are spacious with lots of light. The facility is new, very clean. It's Beautiful. My Mom moved in to Memory Care. She's enjoying her life. I have piece of mind knowing she's safe and happy.

My mom is at the Memory Care unit at Atria and I cant say enough good things about the care she is receiving. The staff has been great Jessica who is the head of the unit, responds very quickly to any questions or concerns I have. My initial thought about memory care wasnt great and I was hoping my mom could stay in assisted living for a bit. But when Atria suggested that Memory Care was the better spot for her, they were exactly right. Living in Memory Care is like living in a house with other people. My mom has a beautiful unit which is a large bedroom with a nice entryway. We were able to move in a lot of her furniture. And she walks out her door and there she is in the living area with lovely furnishings, a huge tv, gorgeous fire place. There are also several tables that are used for socially distanced dining and activities. There is a kitchenette too The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that since the place is new, I feel like they are still having some organizational, communication issues. Im sure they will be on track soon. I highly recommend.

Atria in Highland Park is perfectly located of Route 41. Ten minutes from the Chicago Botanical Gardens. This is the newest Senior Living facility in the area, and has a very professional staff. Its a pleasure working with the management team here. Their website is very helpful including a virtual tour, that is full of information.
