I toured Tuscan gardens and was greeted by Kori M. I was so impressed with her enthusiasm and compassion towards the residents. She greeted every resident we met on the tour with smiles, calling them by their first name and offering each resident a unique compliment. It was evident she loves her job and the residents she serves! I have been at other facilities and came away with the feeling it was just a job for them but not at Tuscan garden. I know my mother will love the varied activities you plan for the residents! Thankyou Kori for you care and compassion and treating the residents as you would your own family!

Our experience with Tuscan Gardens has exceeded our expectations. If I could give 100 stars, I would. We began this journey with our Mother with Alzheimer dementia.We thought we had no other options but a memory care unit, until we discovered Tuscan Gardens. Not only did we realize that we had options, but, realized we found the next best thing from our home. From the informed and caring staff, amazing chef, and nurses, to the leadership, our loved one was made to feel at home, well taken care of, and most importantly safe. The rooms are beautiful, modern and well appointed. Th community areas are clean, inviting, and abundant. The gardens are impeccably maintained, private, and the perfect spot for coffee all day! The events that each resident participated in will fill their day from religious services and bingo, to horse races and boat cruises on the Intercoastal. The food is cooked by an experienced Chef who takes pride in creating a 5star dining experience for all the residents everyday of the week. On holidays, her cuisine rivals a fancy restaurant. It’s truly something special. When she isn’t in the kitchen, she’s in the dining room spending time with the residents or teaching them with a food demonstration.For us, most importantly, our Mom is being treated and taken care of as family in a nurturing and stimulating environment. She is living her best life in Florida at Tuscan Gardens. Thank you!

I have 2 parents living in Tuscan Gardens. One is in AL and one in Memory Care. I am so thankful for everything the staff does for my family members. Making the decision to move into a facility is difficult and challenging. During the decision making process, we toured many of the properties in Palm Coast. We chose Tuscan Gardens because we felt most at home there! As a resident, you are a member of the 'family'. I can sleep easier knowing my parents are well taken care of and are safe. The staff take excellent care of our family members. And they love being there.

If I could give the Memory Care facility less than 1 star , I would. This place is filthy. You immediately smell urine as soon as you walk into the vestibule, before entering the actual Memory Care area. Things of my mothers constantly went missing.And over the last 3 months my mother was not being bathed properly and smelled very badly. I even complained as high up as The VP of operations. The management sees nothing wrong with the state of the facility and nothing is going to change here. So, after 8 months of complaints and hoping they would do the right things to fix their issues, I moved my mom. Note- if you have complaints about a facility in Fl, also send information AS IT IS HAPPENING to ACHA . ACHA did an inspection of the facility and found it to be “in limits” of their guidelines. It is amazing to me what is within their guidelines. Wow!

I would leave a 10 star review if I could. We moved to Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast in April 2022 and hav we loved it since our first day. The team from top to bottom Directors to support staff are caring, giving and kind. The Activities team, Kori,, Mary Ann, and the rest of the team are fabulous. Always doing, planning, giving always with a smile and a laugh. The dinning room with Chef Gretchen and servers provide excellent meals all. Besides the pre-planned menus they will also prepare almost anything you want. Joanne at the front desk always a pleasure and willing to help in any way she can. The nursing sraff with Jean atvthd helm are alwats ready to eork wi t h you. Physical therapy makes sure we are alwatsbin hoid shape. The entire team, CEO to support staff are the best b you can find.

Very friendly staff, they are attentive to my Mom's needs. Lovely facility, her attractive one bedroom suite is large and functional. I feel my Mother is safe there. She didn't want to leave her home after Dad died, but she couldn't live alone. She has met new friends, doesn't have to worry about anything. I wish the Bridge group would do a rotation so she could play, it's something she really enjoys. She's a sub at this point. She feels the food could be better, some she says is fine. They all need veggies and what is served are hard frozen vegetables. As well as some food that is too dry. For the monthly costs to live at Tuscan Gardens, we feel the food definitely needs to be better.

My Mom was dreading giving up her apartment and moving, despite the fact she was lonely and could use help. One month in at Tuscan Gardens and Mom is positively flourishing. It's like she shook off a layer of dust and she's bright and energetic in a way I haven't seen in years. The administration staff are so kind and made the whole process straightforward and reassuring. The care staff is friendly, attentive and professional. All Mom's needs are being seen to so both she and I are happier than ever.

Tuscan Gardens is a beautiful facility with friendly staff and great nurses. Everyone seems to enjoy living there. It is like living at a resort, there are always fun activities going on. I love how residents can dine whenever they want.

We can't say enough about this place for assisted living. Their surroundings are amazing and the place is spotlessly clean. The staff is so friendly and from the moment we were met by Jennifer who is head of sales to the front desk people like Joanne and Dora. Also, Shenise is an amazing person who takes such loving care of my wife's father. The food is incredible also. If looking for a place to put a loved one for their new home look no further.

My father was in the Memory Care Unit at Tuscan Gardens in Palm Coast for 10 months. I was pleased with the care he received there. For a long time, we were unable to visit him in person because of Covid, but they made accommodations for window visits, and even built a special see-through wall with protected arm holes to enable hugging. This installation was pure pleasure for my mother who was able to utilize the hug wall with my dad several times before the home was actually re-opened to visitors. We all appreciated this innovation. We found the caregivers and nursing staff to be warm and caring with my dad, and highly communicative with my mom and our family. I was happy with the activities they did with the residents, and the food was plentiful and nutritious. When my father deteriorated towards the end, the Tuscan Gardens staff took a team approach with a hospice organization to provide the most appropriate care possible, even enabling him to stay in the facility. I highly recommend Tuscan Gardens if you have a loved one needing memory care.

To say that Tuscan Gardens was Heaven and all its employees were angels doesnt do it enough justice. Having been unable to visit my mom, Oma, as everyone knew her for the last six months of her life because of covid was no doubt the hardest time of my life. The saving grace was the Tuscan Team. They shared photos of Oma almost daily, they kept us informed of her good days as well as her not so good days. We knew what she was participating in and could see the LOVE that was surrounding Oma every minute of every day. There are so many American people who go above and beyond to secure our safety and protect our rights, sometimes making the ultimate sacrifice, that we need to thank and recognize and I put Omas Tuscan Garden Team right up there with them. Thank you team from the bottom of my heart. You will all be in our prayers for as long as my Lord and Savior Blesses me to be on this earth. Love you all! Pete & Vicki Breckwouldt

I admitted my dad 2 weeks ago, July 15, 2019. It was a very emotional and difficult decision. I share this because you are probably feeling the same or similar emotions. My emotions quickly changed once daddy was settled in his memory care room. My dad LOVES it there. He is thriving! He looks and acts better then he has in a year! They keep dad and the other residence busy with all kinds of activities and they have happy hour every day at 4PM! I cannot share enough postive things about the staff and facility. They are there for their patients and for the family and friends of the residences. I am in and out of the facility many times and at different times throughout the day and night. Everytime I arrive the staff is sitting with and, or lovingly helping someone who needs extra care.

I am SO glad my Parents are safe and sound at Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast!!! The Management Team and Support Staff are A++ - starting at the Front Desk and all the way through the Campus!!! When my Sister and I visit (mostly at separate times to ensure someone is visiting every few months - we both do not live in the area) we are made to feel like Family, just like the way they treat my Parents!!! Oh, and the entertainment, activities and food is very good too!!! I cannot say enough about TGPC - Top Notch!!!

Across the board, the entire staff is genuinely invested in providing the best for all of their residents. From community amenities to resident care... Its taken me awhile to write this review but I think its important to share information. I moved my mom to Tuscan in March of 2019 and she was so very happy there. The staff and aides were very kind and generally responsive to requests. Its important to understand as your love one ages and health declines you will absolutely need to hire additional help outside the facility. Even though these are assisted living facilities its impossible for their staff to fully care for your love one as their needs increase. Im grateful that the staff did as much as they did and were there for me and her in her final weeks. Im also grateful she had a wonderful and joyful 9 months surrounded by interesting intelligent residents and caring staff. The facility is absolutely beautiful and uplifting for both the residents and family. Improvement is needed in the medical care staffing, communication and pharmacy. Being a newer facility I hope this will be addressed as well as nighttime staffing. No place is perfect but overall Tuscan gardens was a wonderful choice that brought my mother much happiness in her last year. Thank you to all the staff who checked on me those many nights sat with me and let me cry as my mother began her journey home to our Lord.

I have worked at Tuscan Gardens since April 2019, and it is the best decision I have made for myself. This facility is obviously gorgeous. But the real beauty is in the family quality the staff shares with the residents. Our Residents are our number one priority. From amazing activities to make everyone feel included, food that is out of this world, to the simple things like making sure our residents are tucked in at night with their favorite blanket. This company prioritizes the quality of life for their residents and puts their residents above anything. I have never been more proud to be apart of a company, of the CNA field, and above all, be apart of this family Tuscan Gardens has created!!
