I've been a happy resident of Franklin Park Boerne for nearly five years - that speaks volumes! My husband and I came from the piney woods of East Texas to Boerne after he had a stroke in 2019 and needed rehabilitative care in an accredited healthcare facility. One tour of Franklin Park with its single-level structure on easily-accessible, landscaped grounds overcame our original reluctance to "leave home." The commitment to its residents evidenced by Franklin Park's leadership and team of supportive staff was immediately apparent and, for me, reflected the community spirit for which Boerne has become known. Originally diagnosed with PSP - a progressive form of Parkinson's disease - my husband gradually needed advanced care, eventually being referred to hospice. We agreed to terms and stayed in our same apartment, from which we had joined new-found friends for delicious, healthy meals in the dining room, participated in numerous activities indoors and out, and safely explored Hill Country attractions by bus on a regular basis. In short, we were happy here. My husband died peacefully last year, and I'm still here. I now call Boerne - and Franklin park - "home."

I have been a resident at Franklin Park for six years. My wife and I sold our house in Boerne and moved into Franklin in 2019. She into the Memory Care and me into the Assisted Living area so we could get the proper care. I do feel like the service and Dining Room food has been very good.

Franklin Park Boerne has great staffing in ever department. The employees seem very happy and so do the residents. The MC is very good about keeping their residents engaged in activities throughout the day. I really like everything about Franklin Park Boerne.

I love the facility, the activities are awesome, MOST of the staff is awesome, one problem is a a Person named [name removed] I witnessed being rude to the resident, and employees which turned me off during my tour, however, the rest of the facility and staff was kind, caring, and the residents appeared to be well cared for and happy

We chose a different memory center for my wife due to distance from our home, but was impressed with the facility. It was clean, friendly and had activities for all residents. Angela Finley met with us and spent time showing us around and answering questions about the facility and care provided.

Beautiful, well-maintained facility, attentive staff. Lots of creative, wonderful activities for seniors, even fresh air and sunshine if they choose to participate. I mention this because the last place my parents lived didn't offer access to the outdoors once in Memory Care, and I still feel it's important.

I needed to move my mother from her home in Colorado and bring her back to Boerne so we toured my different care facilities in San Antonio and Boerne and found that Franklin Park had by far the best environment and staff to give the care that my mother requested. She has never been happier and her attitude has changed dramatically in the 10 months she has resided with them. We are very pleased with the staff and the new friends she has made. It is well worth the visit to see this beautiful facility.

I took a tour of Franklin Park and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was very attentive and I was informed on how the entire process worked. I was really impressed with how clean the facilities were along with the staff who seemed to have great relationships with the residents. A+ facility for sure!

I have been volunteering at least two days a week here for almost four months. I am retired USAF after 25 years of service and was looking for another way to serve our community. Of all the places I have volunteered at this by far is my favorite!! I have been helping the activities director, Trevor and am amazed by his creativity and energy in putting together the many activities offered to the residents!!! I truly enjoy working with him...he has been amazing!!! Tara and Gary have been wonderful to me and made sure I had everything I needed to get started! Ive loved helping the residents!!!! Every week one will tell me how thankful they are I am there to help! If you are looking for a place to serve...look no further!

I work for Caring Transitions, helping seniors downsize and move. I had an opportunity to help a family move a loved one from San Antonio, to Franklin Park Boerne. The community is not only beautifully appointed, but has extremely thoughtful folks caring for the residents. As I unpacked our client, multiple staff members checked in on her, paying close attention to the care she might need while transitioning. I highly recommend FP Boerne!

My Mother-in-law moved to Franklin Park Boerne in October of 2018. The Executive Director and staff have made it an excellent transition for Mom. It is wonderful to observe how they all go above and beyond and genuinely care about how Mom is doing, and go out of their way to be helpful, and, let us know about the little things that are important to not only Mom, but to her children. Franklin Park Boerne is a welcoming environment for the family too, and we feel included in not only Moms care, but also in the fun activities and trips. Mom joins in in almost all the activities and trips, and has made some lovely friends in the process. The Staff and Executive Director often pull me aside to ask how things are going and welcome and act on feedback. I feel 1,000% confident that after looking, in depth, at several Assisted Living, Memory Care facilities, that we made the right choice and are thankful that Mom is at Franklin Park Boerne.

Moved my dad (87) into FP Boerne in June. He is quite happy with his decision to make this his home. He likes the staff, food and his apartment. He has found friends. The location across the street from the senior center and near Walmart, dry cleaners, banks, etc. makes it perfect for him. It is such a relief to know that he is happy and well cared for day to day.

We move my parents into Franklin Park September 2019 and we are so thankful. The staff has been very caring and a joy to my parents. The facilities are clean and well kept. There is a real since of community. My parents enjoy the activities, the meals, the staff, and the camaraderie with other residents. We enjoy visiting every opportunity we get.

I have family living in the Boerne area, therefore, we all agreed that our mom would be best there. I felt uneasy about searching for places long distance until I was able to tour in person. Even though the property sells itself because its so pretty, the staff was more than accommodating during my visit. They explained all facets of how assisted living operates, putting me immediately at ease. I was given each Directors direct phone number, in case I had any future questions, which I 100% appreciate. Top notch service keeping my family at ease.

I have been volunteering at this facility every week since it opened in the summer of 2017. Yes, there was staff turnover in the beginning, but things have stabilized. There is a real sense of community and true camaraderie among the residents. The current activities director is fantastic, and the residents enjoy a variety of fun activities and outings. The residents that I visit with say they have made many friends at Franklin Park Boerne and enjoy living there.

The staff, caretakers even the new clients are awesome. Great attitude, great food, great friends equals happiness!
