We are very pleased with Desert Oaks. Under new management, they have really turned things around for their residents. We helped a good friend move in recently and her quality of life has significantly improved. The smile in her voice each time we talk with her is evidence that Desert Oaks is doing things the right way.

Deseret Oaks is a very nice, clean and upbeat place! My mother n law Nancy is very happy there! She absolutely loves the dining hall and their menu; and it looks like a nice restaurant setting. We have been especially impressed with the Administrative Staff- Travis ( the Administrator) goes over and beyond to get to know all the residents by name; and literally helps in every area needed ( including the dining hall-if they’re short handed); extremely efficient and kind!! We were also really impressed with Kerrie (I believe she’s the Regional Marketing Director); she also goes over and beyond to help you- very nice lady! She really worked hard to get my mother n law in to their facility. Drake was also very helpful and caring! All the staff have been really Amazing! Kim H.

Desert oaks has been a breath of fresh air relocating my 81 year old mother here from another facility locally. They have gourmet chefs that take the time to know everyone's name here and cater to them like no place you will go for senior care. They have been known to give extra desserts, cook special items that aren't on the menu, and really go all out to make sure the residents enjoy staying here. I have personally seen the administrator changing the light bulbs on their transporter van in the loading area which was very impressive to think they will do whatever it takes to make sure everyone is happy and everything's covered.

Cory Jenkins Director of sales took care of us, the family and our mother, right from the get-go. I highly recommend The Meadows at Escalante.. The nursing staff, med techs, housekeepers, the CNAs , the whole staff hospice / comfort care - Renew all get a A+ +.. they were very attentive and professional employees! My whole family felt very comfortable with our prized possession in their care!

My Beautiful, Sweet& Loving Mama Pat Meacham lived here for the last year & a half of her life and I have everything good to say for this place she lived with for goodness, love, care and compassion she had and felt every single day and I will be forever be thankful for that love, help & compassion she was given by all the med techs, CNA's, aids, physical therapists Kayson, the people that cleaned her room.every week, the people that worked in the kitchen and served the food, the nursing director Pauline and all she did to help make things easier for her to transition to hospice, and there was not one person working there that does not have the care and compassion and I want to thank every one of you from the bottom of my heart for all you did for my precious Mama™ Special appreciation to Jared our last evening Med Tech and to Michelle the Hospice Nurse!! The Meadows staff is friendly, kind and welcoming. They are always willing to lend a helping hand. I am always greeted with a smile when I enter the building. The staff work together as a team. They provide a comfortable home like environment for the residents and treat them like family.

As a current resident of the community I’ve enjoyed all the love and care I’ve received from the staff. Shannon and Marile especially have been so kind. The food is a hit or miss but what isn’t anymore. I’ve met so many fun and interesting people at the community.

This is a wonderful place for our elderly loved ones with Dementia or Alzheimer’s to live. The nurses and their assistants are kind, caring and compassionate with their patients and you can tell that they feel loved. Also the facility is always clean and smells fresh all the time. If I ever suffered with Dementia or Alzheimer’s this place is where I would want to be.

What a great team. Placing mom into memory care was such a difficult decision. Working with the sales team made me feel safe and assured that mom would have everything she needs. My wife has been a resident at The Meadows memory care facility for more than one year. I have been very satisfied with the care that she has received from the staff there. The love and compassion that both she and I receive every day from the staff has made this very difficult time in our lives so much easier. My wife has adjusted to living there and all her needs are met regardless of how difficult they may be. Any concerns that I have had regarding her care have been addressed and handled immediately. The facility itself is large, bright and open. These factors alone helped me and our family decide to move my wife and their mother to the Meadows. I have not had any second thoughts about "our" move to the Meadows.

Great facility and staff. The employees of The Meadows are all friendly and very helpful. My first time there I was guided around the facility, not just told where to go. They have many activities and games that are going on everyday to provide entertainment to the residents. The apartments are spacious and cozy. The place feels like home whenever I go.
