Mu aunt, whom I love dearly, is there. They take such wonderful care of her. She is basically non- verbal, but she is happy and thriving under their care. I can't tell you how much this means to me as she is like my mother in my heart.

'Legend Of Lititz' is an assisted living facility in Lititz, PA. In the time I have been here, it has been a wonderful experience for me to have residence here. It's an extraordinary facility inside and out, extremely well-planned From the managing staff to the subsequent service employees, they all should be given high marks in carrying out their responsibilities to the residents. Whatever the needs of individual residents, they are very responsive in a timely manner in their follow-up of resident needs. I've been very impressed with their 'open door' managing philosophy for employees and residents to have access to management personnel and give feedback on what is, or is not, working in managing the services to residents. An example is they hold monthly 'Town Hall' meetings with residents to encourage feedback to assess the things being done well along with improvement needs. It gives residents the chance to give feedback and management to keep a pulse on their effectiveness. The food is excellent, on par with any high-end restaurant in the area along with a talented chef to prepare meal options. It's an enjoyable time to go to each meal because the food is so good. Activities are well-planned for the diverse community residents so they have options to participate in whatever activites are scheduled which I find enjoyable. There is on-site medical staffing to address more immediate health issues. They assist in coordinating medical specialties with resident needs for which I use. With Legend's location in central Pennsylvania amongst a high concentration of medical facilities and options, it's assuring to have them nearby because of my varied health issues. There is a large hospital facility less than ten minutes away. that I have had occasions to use. For anyone considering an asisted/indepentent living facility,I would highly recommend 'Legend Of Lititz'.

The facility is clean, smells clean, spacious hallways, nice staff, many places to explore and we loved the theater. Having a chef on site is a plus we love that aspect. Love the kitchenettes in every room and the laundry service. The option to bring a pet or have pets visit is also a plus for us as well.

I will start by saying some of the staff is excellent, however quite a few staff members do not dress appropriately and make excuses for jobs not well done or done at all. It’s also very Expensive. They don’t answer the phone at times or answer the front door when you are trying to get in touch with your family member (I’ve actually have been there knocking and a staff member looked at me and kept walking, not letting me in). I witnessed a resident (in memory care) fall and then the staff all ran out of a room they were all sitting in, the staff should be sitting with these residents since they are all confused and needing help most of the time. They charge HUNDREDS of extra dollars to walk food to your family members room when they aren’t well. Mice droppings on the floor in residents rooms. Would not suggest this place.

Great virtual tour of facility with Alicia. No needs, yet but definitely on list to look at in future. We took a live tour and a 2 hour visit on 11/17/22.! Alicia explains things well. We can continue to function on our own at this time, but we feel that legends will possibly be our choice when the time arrives.

The memory care unit refuses to clean soiled sheets of my loved one and insisted we supply new by the end of the day or pick them up and wash them ourselves. This was the straw that broke the camals back. So many issues over the past 10 months

We chose Legends because of the price and convenience to Lititz and our home . Our Aunt has dementia and she was going down hill fast . She didn't want to eat , she didn't want to go places and see people . She only wanted to stay at home and complain . She didn't want to go to Legend of Lititz either . She said we just wanted to get rid of her . Since she has been at Legend ,she has grown to love it and the people that live there and the workers . There are so many things that are inclusive for her plus they will take her shopping and to doctor appointments and restaurants . She is well taken care of and because she has many friends to talk with and play activities with .I think her mind is doing better .She said she is so glad to be here at Legend of Lititz . Thank you Legend for taking such good care of our Aunt .

My mother has been very happy at Legends of Lititz. Every time I come to visit her, she's in the middle of some activity there, whether it's chat groups or games or baking. They seem to have monthly family nights, parties, and live entertainment. Her room and the facility in general look very clean to me. I've always found the regular staff to be helpful and friendly. I think it helps that it's a smaller place, she made friends there very quickly, whereas at her old place there was so many people she was never able to remember who any of them were and never quite found a way to fit in.

My Mother has been here for 14 month now. I have never seen a facility go down hill so fast. I am not sure what happened. When she came to legends staff was pleasant & friendly. Now you never or rarely see the same person twice. I believe they quit faster than they can hire. Certainly not a good sign for management. Oh, but even though staff and services decreased they did not have a problem raising her rent up $125.00 more monthly. When she went there we always seen someone vacuuming or cleaning. We were told cleaning day for her room would be Wednesday they didn’t tell us which Wednesday of the year they do that. Her room has not been cleaned in months. My sister went there today and cleaned her room. They called the ambulance to take her to the E.R. But never notified the family. That’s how carding they are. For the cost verses services not a good deal at all. I guess my next step is call corporate the

They truly have a very caring staff. And a very nice facility. Spent some time with my uncle Bob he turned 90 on November 7. Our anniversary, my grandfathers and my husbands birthday was on November 3. So I took him a whoopie pie and some Hershey chocolate candy . He ’ loves chocolate. Who doesn't .

My mother is very happy here. They certainly know how to throw a party. The place seams very active. She has only been there 2 months so I can't comment on care yet.

The staff some of them are very nice but others are just there for a paycheck. The place isn’t clean it doesn’t look like it has been vacuumed in a couple of days. Bugs around the doorways going in and out of the facility. Some of the staff seam to be bothered if you call them for help.
