We moved my grandmother in last week, and they have made such a hard time so much easier. The staff have all been absolutely wonderful. They have been patient and kind. They have been reassuring and understanding. The way they interact with the residents is lovely. It's really clear they all love what they do. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you, Jubilee House.

We brought our dad to JH in May of 2022, Dad constantly said he loved this place. The staff were very kind and loving, often times doting on him. At first the food wasn’t very good, they made a change and that improved the food. They were very attentive and when there was a medical issue we were called and asked if we wanted him to go to the hospital. We were glad they informed us. Can’t say that the hospital was as good, emergency rooms can be difficult for elderly. The facility offers so many opportunities for activities, although my dad didn’t go to much (99yrs). The staff do their best to attend to the patients in a timely manner. Dad made several friends and was relieved that he had help whenever needed. The atmosphere is great and facility kept very clean. My dad has since passed away, we were thankful to have found Jubilee House when we did.

My father is a 42 year Veteran of The United States Military. He moved into the jubilee house in May of 2019. The first year was great. After that things started going down fast. 4 different Directors, 4 different Directors of Nursing and too many caregivers to count. The administration is hands down the worst bunch of people you could ever deal with. We were asked to put my father on hospice care or move him out. A few months later we were told to hire him a private sitter or move him out. Then on August 16,2022 we were sent a 30 day eviction notice stating they could not provide the care he needed. There are 17 other Alzheimer’s residents that require the same care that my father did. What a way to treat the resident who was the very FIRST one to move into your facility. He actually required less care as he was on hospice and had a private sitter. The administration did not like that our family was very present in my dads care. They do not like to be questioned and they certainly can’t take a complaint or a concern. We saw a lot in the 3 1/2 years my dad lived there and that was another problem, we could see daily how the residents were taken care of. Please do not allow your loved ones to enter this facility. They will treat you nice and talk it up but the next second they will cut your throat. AWFUL PLACE WITH EVEN WORSE MANAGEMENT!!!

I am an 80-year-old retired mechanical engineer, my wife (75) and I are the current residents of the Jubilee House. Our experience here is absolutely amazing. The facility is very nice. We enjoy its entertainment room, wellness clinic, guest speakers, painting sessions as well as many other activities. Due to my handicap, they provide me all the help I need around the clock, including medical help from a resident nurse, and assistance with my day-to-day activities, which includes transferring from a bed or a chair, grooming, etc., plus transportation on a handicap-accessible van. The kitchen staff is very caring and helpful, and the food is very nutritious and delicious, prepared by a group of experienced chefs.

The staff was Very kind and knowledgeable. They made my mothers transition from skilled nursing to Assisted living very pleasant. Jubilee house is beautiful, but what really impressed me was how much fun the residents were having.( My tour was not scheduled). No one seemed uncared for. After we moved my mothers things in we were served homemade muffins, cookies and iced tea and water from the restaurant staff! We are a little jealous of my mother at this point.
