My mother spent her final year there after visiting all 4 choices. We were very pleased with all interactions. They allowed 2 different cameras in the room for us to check on and talk to Mom. They always communicated quickly, were professional, patient and caring. I appreciated the fact they didn't nickel and dime us. They were always helpful. I would recommend them for your loved ones.

Although I was at Harmony for a short time the words that always come to mind when I think of Harmony are:TENDER, LOVING CARE. All The Staff was Exceptional; Lori Jarvis, the Nurses Aids, the Med Techs, the LPNs. The entire Kitchen and Dining Staff and Housekeeping as well as the executive and Clerical Staff never hesitated to be helpful. HARMONY, is the appropriate name for this Personal Care facilityI would highly recommend them.

Emily in marketing is AWESOME. She made 2 days of crying and worrying I did into a big smile and satisfaction I needed to make sure my Aunt from Cleveland had a smooth transition.

We have been with Harmony since they opened and it has been a very positive experience for the family as a whole and the member who resided there. What you hope for in a care home is professionalism but here we received more than that. The staff routinely go out of their way to make the residents feel valued and at home. In particular, the nursing staff were nothing short of amazing for us; the care and compassion they consistently demonstrated made our family member very happy during the time he had.
