My Mother has been in Charter for over a year and everything about the experience has been a positive. She is so well cared for and I can feel the love the aides have for her, Marissa is fabulous always trying to encourage positive activities!

It’s a very nice facility, it appears to be very comfortable for the occupants, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The check-in procedure is also very easy to use and great for subsequent visits.

Faculty was very clean, staff was in the dining room area having some sort of round table discussion / meeting with residents. I asked the Deaf resident if he knew what they were doing and he said no. He said I can’t participate in that meeting / discussion because there is no interpreter. He didn’t express interest but Im sure if there was an interpreter at this type of event (not bingo or hands on activities) -but where it was just discussions, etc he would probably participate if there was an interpreter. Otherwise, the facility was clean and residents appeared well cared for.

Always a joy to visit our friend at your facility. She is so well taken care of and seems truly happy there. The staff is awesome. I haven't met anyone there who isn't happy & joyful. Everyone is great with the residents. Very caring! Also the facility is immaculately clear and cheerfully docorated.

Easy sign-in & out. Visited in the evening hours (6:30-8:30). The place was so quiet. Nobody will have a hard time going to sleep here. Very nice gathering areas & plenty of room to walk around. Very happy here. But the best for visitors is it is located right by Lucky’s restaurant, which is awesome to gather when family comes in.

Our mom has dementia and is in memory care here. When we placed her here she was 77 pounds. She settled in fairly quickly. The staff took their time and she is now happy and thriving. She’s up to over 100 pounds now. The facility is always clean and the staff is amazing and helpful. We are VERY happy we were able to get her in there. I highly recommend Charter Senior Living

My mom requires very unique care and the staff at Hampton Manor have exceeded my expectations. The owners and staff treat the residents like they are family, from greeting them like family when they return from an outing to everyday tasks such as meal time, bathing or whatever help your loved one may need. My mom is SO HAPPY living there and that warms my heart and takes a huge weight off from my shoulders.
