I visit my friend often at Heartis and every time I go the staff is always friendly and very welcoming. Her neighbors are kind and always looking out for her. I've also had lunch here before and it exceeded my expectations. I absolutely enjoy coming here to visit my friend and I love the feeling when I walked through the doors! If I met the minimum age criteria, I would definitely be living here.

We have been researching and touring senior living opportunities near Grapevine for my mother for several months. After touring 4 of our top-rated places (by internet research), we were very impressed with Heartis. Thanks to Gabby for her attentive service to us during our search. We were very impressed with the facilities, the pool, the really nice kitchens in the independent living units. The food (we had breakfast there) was really really good - don't miss the bacon and blueberry pancakes! We liked the large windows in the units, but did have some concerns about the highway location and that the place was so new that there was not a chance to have a lot of trees and nature flourish there yet. We did not ultimately choose Heartis, mostly because we could not see moving our mother away from a big farm in East Texas to a freeway location, but we sure were wistful about that decision. Go visit. You'll be glad to see it.

We decided to transitioned him to memory care, he's since passed. I was very pleased with the services and care that were offered to him and myself. I have a lot of friends here and love my home.

I will always appreciate all Heartis have done to accommodate my stay. Having marketed Marriott in my prior occupation for years, I maintain Heartis as the gold standard for Senior Living. I considered other communities but none measure the total package that Heartis provides. Heartis provides a spacious apartment, including a washer and dryer (which is easy to use for a non-domestic individual) The food has been prepared by a chef including a full breakfast selection, as well as lunch and dinner providing two entrees changing daily, weekly and monthly. There are a full page of options with choices ranging from chef salads, hamburgers, chicken fingers, etc. I love my stay here! Residents receive very professional services about every need requested. Service providers, whether the Administration, Sales, Finance, food service, housekeepers, front desk, transportation or engineering services are professional and "superb" in what they do. I am amazed that those professionals listed above always have a positive attitude and know your name before meeting you. This place is how retirement is imagined and maximized. Jim U

I am here for temporary physical self care and for my better half, who is recuperating from surgery at home. I have been through several levels of care, and independent living at Heartis has beyond my expectations. The food is great and the menu varies and not repetitive. The staff is cheerful and they leave any personal concerns outside the facility. Many of the staff extend awareness of the presence of the residents on a first name basis. The self-worth of the residents is paramount. Gabby Sparks was so gracious as were all the other staff members i met Saturday. I was welcomed with open arms as if I already liv there. Thank you for the tour. My Dad is 95 and loves this place! He has lived on both the assisted living side as well as the independent living side. The staff and the residents at Heartis are just good people. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a place that may need additional assistance for themselves or a family member and/or just looking for a place to retire and enjoy life. There is also a memory care facility within Heartis as well. Although we have not had the need for this, I'm sure this side of the building is managed with care as well. The facility itself has updated amenities and well kept. It's a place my Dad now calls his home.

Overall staff is friendly and facility is spacious and bright. However, it appears that facility is understaffed. I moved my wife in on Aug. 23rd. there has been no hot water since then, unable to give my wife a shower. Don't get much reassurance that the issue will be fixed quickly. In addition no laundry has be done for two weeks. I have had to assist my wife with going to the bathroom. More than once I had to ask for assistance to get her to the bathroom and clean her up. At this point I feel I am paying a lot of money for service that I am not receiving. I defiantly know we are not receiving the service that marketing and administration said we would receive.

Living at Heartis Mid-Cities for the last 2 years has given me the peace of mind I've been looking for in my retirement. My accommodations are open, airy, and full of light; the Staff know every Resident and their needs; the Chef is creative with his menu offerings and with 3 meals every day of the week, everyone can find something to satisfy their palate. Heartis offers complimentary transportation to anywhere a Resident might need to go within a 10 mile radius, and plans regular trips for everything from dining, to nail care, to super market and department store shopping trips, to adventurous excursions around the DFW. Metroplex and beyond. I would recommend Heartis Mid-Cities to everyone who is ready for an all-inclusive senior living experience. I'd love to have you as one of my new neighbors.

My Mother is in Memory Care and Gloria the activities director is amazing. She really cares about the residents and works so hard to get them engaged. When she has days off, it is just not the same. I hope they never lose her, she is a real asset. Whatever they pay her couldn’t be enough for the difference she makes in the lives of the patients.

Their marketing team is amazing and we moved mom in about a month ago in mid-cities location. The place is well lit and bright and cheery. That said they haven't had hot water for a month and haven't been able to share when that may be fixed. The washer and dryer are broken so dad is bringing the laundry home. He's helping with her toileting needs when he visits because they struggle to keep her clean. We are adjusting our expectations about bit, but overall it's been disappointing that dad is paying for care and she has some basic needs not being met. They are nice people, but my dad is 83 and the extra stress is a bit much. Just don't over-expect, for lack of a better term.

This is such a warm and inviting community! The caregivers are so friendly and helpful and the activity staff are involved and engaged with the residents. The meals are served fine dining style, unless they just want a bistro style experiences. It's all about choices, and I love that about Heartis! I came here in November after a life changing illness and loss of my husband. The staff truly cares about their residents! There are so may times I've needed a friend as I adjust to my new life. Lakeisha, Kaitlin, Ladyidria as well as the caregivers and nurses truly care about us. Audrianna, Samantha and Blaine are amazing as our concierges! The food in the dining room is so good and there is such a variety of food to meet everyone's dietary needs. Jeremy does a great job overseeing this place and addressing any concerns we have with a town hall meeting. I would recommend Heartis Living to anyone who asks.

My 91 year old mom swore she would never go to a place like this and I only got her to go on a trial basis. Now she loves it so much she actually told me it was the right decision. We chose it over the other facilities we looked at because of the 3 meals per day, laundry in the room and the pool with the lift chair. Now she goes to bingo and games during the week, gets her hair cut at the salon and goes to church on Sundays. She is independently living and in charge of her life again, making new friends and having new experiences at 91 years of age. I am very happy for her and everyone we've met that works there has been super sweet to us. I'm so glad she's there 🙂

My father has been a resident with Heartis Mid-Cities for the past year. We just moved him into a new assisted living facility here in Austin. The staff at Heartis has been a joy to work with. Jeremy the Executive Director has been very helpful with this transition. The caregivers have been great, but I would like to give a special thanks to Jonathan Moore, BSN, RN the director of Health Services. Jonathan has treated my dad with love and kindness well beyond just doing his job. I cant thank Jonathan enough for all his loving care extended to my father. My 92 year old Mother moved to Heartis Midcities in June, 2019. We have been thrilled with services and care at Heartis! We find that the corporate attitude here is about giving the residence a satisfying quality of life while living here. For example, since there wasnt room inside, we were allowed to decorate Moms Christmas Tree in the sitting area by her apartment. She really enjoyed sharing her tree and Christmas Spirit with her neighbors! Not too long ago, Mom slipped in the shower. The staff quickly responded to her call button calling 911 and me. Someone stayed with her making her as comfortable as possible until the EMTs arrived. Jeremy has been most supportive in coordinating her aftercare so that she can be in her independent living space safely and comfortably! Mom enjoys the restaurant-style dining room. She gets a variety of choices each meal. The wait staff is pleasant and responsive to her requests. Heartis has allowed my Mother to maintain her independence and personal living space while being close enough to me to continue to look after and care for her. I highly recommend Heartis!

Our mother was one of the first Assisted Living residents at Heartis Mid Cities almost 2 years ago this November. We have been blessed to be able to move her to Heartis after living in her previous home for over 50 years, which was the most difficult decision we have ever had to make in caring for our mom. Heartis Mid Cities is a beautiful facility that has worked hard to provide a place that mom joyfully calls her home. Although there have been some staff changes that I was sad to see go, the original staff that is currently still there is worthy to be recognized. Jeremy, Jeanna, Kaycee, Landon, Joe, Adrian, Shirlene , Ashley and Ruth are a few that began this new foundation with our mom and we are forever grateful for all they have done to love and care for her in our absence. Each one of these individuals have gone the extra mile in one way or another to see to it that our mom was not just a resident, but a priority and part of the Heartis family. Along with these important staff members are several current workers that are establishing a relationship with our mother in order to care for her specific needs. We are very appreciative and thankful for you! One of the greatest needs we were looking at in a new home for mom was a nursing staff that would be able to be our eyes and ears for her medical care. I can not thank Jeremy (Executive Director) enough for hiring such a quality Heath Services Director, Jonathan ( Heartis nurse). Jonathan has gone above and beyond to care for our mom as if she was his own. Throughout this difficult season of COVID where we were all unable to care for our loved ones, Jonathan, along with others became the hands and feet for us. There have been some recent medical concerns in the past few months with our mom, and Jonathan has made it a priority to not only

Jamie and Joshua were incredible to work with. I arrived early for an appointment and as soon as I walked in the front door from the greeting from housekeeping to the front desk and ESPECIALLY when I met Jamie, the Wow factor was in full effect. Aesthetically, this facility is STUNNING, the vibe from the staff exudes well trained and really happy people all the way around. Recently we moved Mom to Heartis from another facility where the primary activity was puzzles and bingo. My mom is a highly accomplished senior who did not just want to play bingo. The facility is clean and aesthetically appealing. The staff seems nice but I think there needs to be some training in some areas, as the place is new. Accountability is always important in any business. Engaging seniors helps keep them from depression and mentally stimulated for quality of life. Id like to see more of that at the facility.
