Nice facility and most of the caregivers are competent, but there is a revolving door regarding staffing, leading to unqualified, inept patient care. The administration is woeful, never addressing issues such as theft, lost belongings, erratic food schedules or the abuse by other clients toward my loved one.

My mom is a resident here and we love it. The staff members are so friendly and helpful whenever we ask for anything and the building is very pretty and clean. My mom also really likes the food. The communication is better than I had even hoped. While nothing is ever perfect, we are happy that the staff have met and, in some ways, exceeded our expectations! My brother and I highly recommend Hampton Manor.

I usually do not leave reviews although I find this a must to assure that you do not put your loved one in this place! Let me start off by saying I have years of experience in all aspects of Geriatric care, so I feel the need to let everyone know that is ignorant to these facilities that this place is the worst, starting from the ED to the NP, so called Dr that never saw my family member during her entire stay, to the caregivers who were not trained to take care of these residents. If your loved one can get around, is alert , and can basically care for themselves, well you are paying a very high amount of money each month for absolutely no care ! If your loved one needs assistance, they will not get ! If you need assistance after hours for your loved one, you will not get! If you need your loved ones room cleaned, you will not get! All the basic care that you think you are getting will not be done! Do not listen to all the empty promises that they will tell you! Please please do not put your loved one in this place!! They will either die first or will eventually be sent to the hospital because of neglect, again starting from the NP to the caregivers! I will be using my contacts to assure no one will ever be neglected again in these facilities that at one time years ago were very desirable! One star is to high of a rating to even leave for this facility ! Stay away ! I hope I can help someone in making the decision to leave there loved one in an assisted living community.

This facility is Absolutely Gorgeous. From the open floor plan to the two Beautiful waterfalls and a BBQ with an outdoor eating area. You will think you are at a modern hotel not an Assisted Living facility. The Staff and Management are very caring and helpful every time I visit. They have the residents best interests at heart. Parking seemed to be the only issue I had but they probably didnt think they would grow so fast.

Brighton manor is a new up growing facility. The atmosphere feels like home. All staff put heart into their work and residents are like family. Management works with your schedule and listens to your needs and concerns fixes them the best way they can! Wonderful place for your loved ones to call home and great place for employment!

This place is beautiful inside and out. Ive visited there a few times and its so impressive! Id be thrilled to have my mom live there. The people seemed happy and doing fun activities. And they even have an outside grill in one of the courtyards!
