As POA and Health Care Surrogate for my friend, I helped her find an ALF. We looked at many in the area but once we walked into Cypress Palms, it was very apparent that this was going to be the place. It was immaculate, no smell at all, everyone was happy and friendly, and there were decorations for the season, which made a very nice, welcoming atmosphere. My friend decided on a one-bedroom apartment with a screened patio, which also had a small kitchen area. It is a nice-sized apartment and we were able to fit all her bedroom furniture in the bedroom, including her recliner chair, and a full-sized couch, a love seat, two arm chairs, coffee table, end table, and chest in the living room. Over time, she has deteriorated, both physically and mentally, and the staff has adjusted as needed. She can be overly demanding at times, but the staff is patient and understanding with her, and always there when she needs them. I've eaten there a few times and the food is delicious and nutritious - and a varied menu which she can choose from each day. I highly recommend Cypress Palms for any of your loved ones. They have always gone beyond my expectations in caring for my friend.

I chose Cypress Palms to care for my mother and her battle with Alzheimer's. My experience in caring for her at home was one of the most challenging tasks I've ever had to deal with. I needed help and thankful that there are places like Cypress Palms to care for our aging population. The activities and level of personal care are unmatched to anything I've seen. The special part of this community is the people who work there and the residents truly benefit as they are around others in similar circumstances and can live out there lives with daily interaction. The peace of mind I have in knowing my mother is in the most capable hands is a huge weight off my shoulders. She has been living there since December of 2022.

Went to pick up client and the safety measures were awesome. She was in memory care and they made sure she was who she was supposed to be with and had all the proper documentation for her doctor's visit. Everyone was so nice and friendly.

I am a weekly volunteer at Cypress Palms, in one of their offices, serving lunch in the resident dining rooms, and helping at some of the frequent fun events planned for the residents. It is a joy to see how content and happy the residents are every time I visit. All the staff focuses on providing the absolute best care for the residents, treating them like beloved parents and grandparents. I feel blessed to spend time with the Cypress Palms residents and staff.

We recently moved mother-in-law into Cypress Palms. The entire staff has been amazing. Mary was very knowledgeable in ALF living. We walked away with a binder full of information to help us prepare for her move. Marina made the residential process seamless. The maintenance staff prepared her room in 4 days and that was complete with new flooring and molding. Thank you all so much!

My husband & I toured Cypress Palms with Marina. She has worked there over 20 years and said the staff in her building had the longest tenure of any of the PALMS Senior Living facilities. We found it to be very well run , clean, safe & secure , with lots of warmth & charm of home. The 2 bedroom spacious condo had beautiful views and 2 screened patios.

I wanted to wait for my loved one to be here a month or so before I commented. First impressions can be deceiving but I wanted to make sure I had seen everything throughly before reviewing. My mil came from another facility. All in all the prior facility was a bad experience especially when compared to Cypress. The people all seemed rather glum not stimulated and their biggest activity was hitting a balloon with a noodle..everyday. There was no imagination to activities, nothing to look forward to for the residents and the food was just passable. i found out that if my loved one did not appear in the dining room they provided no food to her. It was not good other than the physical therapist that I would rate above average. There was no help other than them giving her meds each day. The only question in our mind was where to take her. Moving for someone her age is both difficult and confusing. We visited so many facilities. Enter Cypress Palms. We did start out on the asst living floor but once she was settled they realized she needed more attention so we moved her to the memory floor which is lovely with a staff dreams are made of. She is finally herself again. So happy, eating and attending activities most of the time. The facility is clean, the room are kept lovely and the staff is beyond compare, honest, competent, friendly and engaging to the residents. They make suggestions of things that may make her happier and they have the most amazing activities . People come in to sing, entertain and have family nights. One day I stopped in and they had collies playing soccer. Another time the staff was entertaining the residents doing goat yoga. They have ice creme socials, candy bingo and preschoolers that come to visit. They do so many fun and entertaining things in a lovely, safe environment. I credit the amazing activity director, Johnny for working so hard to make activities interesting and enriching to the residents and just plain fun. He knows everyone (including families by name)You can tell he loves his job and those lucky enough to be served by his happy, generous personality. I credit the head nurse Cindy, CNA Brittney and the rest of the 2 nd floor staff for being amazing and kind to residents and families and making us all feel welcome. I credit Melissa , Executive Director for putting it all together and making it look so easy. Thank you all so much for giving us an amazing place for our elders where they are treated with humor, kindness and respect. We love you guys.

The staff at Cypress Palms took excellent care of my father during the seven months he was there. He resisted going there, but ended up loving so many aspects of living there--the excellent care and kind staff, the delicious food, the many activities for residents--especially the live music. When issues came up, the staff was always ready to meet his needs and solve his problems, especially Denise, the patient care coordinator, who made herself available to my father and to our family. I'm so glad I chose Cypress Palms. Dad truly enjoyed his time there.I also appreciated that Cypress Palms cared about the spiritual needs of the residents, having a chaplain on staff and having a religious service and prayer meetings. They also brought someone in to give my father communion.
