I feel very comfortable and safe here because help is always available if I need it. The pet friendly policy enabled me to bring my cat and he loves it here., Many activities are offered daily so I.am never at a loss for what to do. Staff treats the residents like family. Chef prepared meals are dependably delicious! I highly recommend this residence.

I am living at the William for the last 2 month and I could have not found a better place to live.The people here are very friendly and helpful .Always helpful with a smile on their faces.Should you be looking for a place to live,for yourself or your family, this would be it.I can only say the very Best,I could not have found a better place to live out my life.

Recently, San Antonio and most of Texas experienced unprecedented winter weather. Most of us were not prepared for the snow, the cold or all the troubles that followed this historic event. However, I that was NOT the case at the William, and we as a family are particularly grateful for that. Our mother is a resident in the Memory Care Unit. I spoke to her several times and she was in good spirits and assured me she was warm and comfortable. In addition, the staff communicated with us several times via email letting us know that the facility never lost power or water. The residents continued to receive their medication, be served hot meals, take showers and carry on with their daily activities as normal. I cannot convey your you what a sense of comfort that knowledge gave our family. We are extremely thankful that despite our mothers illness, she is cared for in the best possible way everyday.

My mother is currently a resident at this Facility. I often drop by unannounced and each time find my mother well cared for, well groomed and loved on by the staff. They do the best they can to keep her busy and occupied with a wide variety of activities despite the handicaps created by trying to keep the elderly safe during these covid times. Given the personal attention my mother has received, I highly recommend the facility.

Words cant even begin to describe how much I love this place, the staff, residents and their families! My mom is in the memory care cottages and they are wonderful!! The associates meet every need of my mom and our family and it is done with tremendous love and care! The employees fill moms day with great physical care, food, activities and attention. It is home for my mom at the most vulnerable time in her life and she is very comfortable, safe and happy there. They welcome family members in at any time and treat me with the utmost respect. We know God has blessed us to find this place for her to spend whatever time she has left. The Executive Director, James Lee, has shaped this place into an environment that is incomparable!! I cant say enough good things about this place! I had been taking care of my mother for the past 2 and a half years after she broke her hip, but it was getting to the point where I couldnt be sure she was safe at home anymore. This was quite a dilemma for my family, because we had visited places many years ago that were just not ok - plus I had heard similar things from others. I was thinking maybe no really good place existed - but my mind was changed when I went to visit this one! My first thought when I walked in was that it was nice enough that I would live there - so I knew that my mother would like it. And it has just gotten better, since then. This is now going on my moms 4th month living in their Assisted Living facility, and she loves it there! Some of my favorite things about this facility are; all of the staff (whether nursing, dining, management, maintenance or whatever) will assist you immediately if you have a need; the food is very good - my sister and I have both eaten there a few times with our mom, and we have been consistently impressed; the staff have all lovingly helped my mom through some adjustment issues that she had at first (and that was such a big stress-reliever for me to know she was well taken care of); and last, I really feel they have it down to a science about making an elderly persons days optimistic and enjoyable - all the way from being greeted by name and with a smile, to all of the varied activities that go on every day (there is a list of their daily activities on the website). They also have a big screen TV area, a library with lots of books, a chapel with services, a craft room, a coffee bar with wi-fi, and two large patio areas with lots of seating - just to name some of the things available for recreation. And also very important is that the maintenance staff are quick to respond, and everything is kept very clean and well-maintained. My family is very happy with our decision!
