The Oaks at Gracemont is a wonderful community and has a great staff. The residents are all so friendly and make settling in much easier. The staff is so friendly and they really make you feel like family! There’s many activities and outings, so there’s always something to do and there’s something for everyone. The view of the beautiful lake is a plus too!!

Gracemont is a great place with wonderful staff! The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. They really make you feel like family here! There’s always something to do with opportunities to try new things or go new places for shopping and eating. It’s conveniently located on 400 with close access to shopping and dining. The lake is also beautiful and my favorite thing here. We love to go take a walk around the lake on nice days and watch the ducks.

This place and the staff deserve far more than 5 stars. The staff, Ladonna, KC, Ashley, Stormy, countless others, are so incredibly caring and helpful. They truly love the residents and their families. It shows in every single interaction. The facility itself is bright, modern, and spotlessly clean. They provide residents with menu options for meals and also have food available all day. The rooms are spacious and modern. I cannot recommend The Oaks at Gracemont enough. God Bless you all, thank you for everything you did for dad and my family.

By far the BEST place for your loved ones. We explored several locations around the Cumming area. Oaks at Gracement was not only the most stunning, clean, happy environment but the staff is the most LOVING group of individuals you will come by. KC is a remarkable manager, Ashley helped with everything and Stormy took the best care of our dad. They love fiercely, they care and show deep compassion. Rooms are spacious and food is delicious and made with care. It was also the BEST price we found, which shocked us because dad needed high level care. Dad didn't want to go but he quickly realized it is a special place. I wish everyone on their team success and joy. You won't find a better place to care for your loved one than Oaks at Gracemont. And if you talk to a resident, they would agree. Everyone is happy. Thank you to the staff at Oaks at Gracemont for making a difficult time, easy and comforting. You're doing a great work.

Walked in to get some information, and I was immediately greeted by LaDona, who was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with seniors in mind. You can tell the staff truly care about creating a comfortable and safe environment. Very impressed with the overall atmosphere and level of professionalism!

Me and my sister volunteered to lead a group activity here and the staff was so nice and supportive. They helped keep the game going, supported residents who needed help playing, and helped us with transitions between various points in activity. It was such a a great experience!!

I had the pleasure of taking my son to Oaks of Gracemont for the Angel Hour. We painting rocks and had an awesome time with the residents. Jennifer and the rest of the staff were so positive and welcoming! We also joined the residents for some ice cream, games and flew some kites. The facility is so pretty and the back of the property and pond is gorgeous! Very thankful for the opportunity!

Brought my kids here for a program called angel hour where the children come in and do a craft and read a story to the residents. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect but my little boys loved it! They opened up and adopted a few grandparents along the way. The facility, residents, and the employees are so nice!

I have been here over a week. The employees and workers have all been amazing. Chef Manny cooks really really good food. The staff is on to of everything. My husband and I attended a Father’s Day car show last weekend and had an absolute wonderful time! The staff was friendly and the residents were so kind and social! We were able to tour the villas and the assisted living - we were blown away by the amenities and walkability of the grounds. Such a unique fun way of living!

Be careful moving your family member to this facility. My Mom had been a resident for over a year and because she needed extra care they gave her a 30 day notice. She is 94. The elderly deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. They have their reasons for not being able to provide her the care she needs. Basically, covering their decision. Things were said from staff that, got back to us from other care facilities that assessed her care. Inaccurate things were said and a few of the women have attitudes. It is noticed by others. Not professional. Two new facilities said what they were suggesting for her care are unnecessary and inappropriate. Again, covering themselves for giving her notice. It is really disappointing that, because she became a burden to some staff they no longer had the time, TLC, or compassion to care for her. They are a no lift facility, however, patience, kindness and care to accommodate her go a long way. Pathetic. Plus, a lot of money was invested at this facility throughout the past year. Accommodations are made for some residents and not others. We truly thought she was valued more than how she was treated. Her friends will miss her

My father has been at Gracemont since May and I have been quite pleased with the care he is receiving. My interactions with the staff have always been warm and friendly and I know they care about my father and all the other residents. During these challenging times I feel he is safe and taken care of.

I like Five Star very much at Gracemont Senior Living. .Dawna is so very helpful she is great. I love the indoor pool Before the Covid I used to go 3 times a week and do my water aerobics I also miss Happy Hour it was so much. also miss being able to go to the library. Being home so much I enjoy reading. Also neighbors are very friendly. I also love the size of the Villa I am in. Used to have people over frequently. Also he cleaning gal that comes once a week, does a wonderful job. Its nice having the front porch to sit on and visit with people as they walk by. Also enjoy sitting on the back porch porch. Occasionally Gracemont has outdoor music for us and also an ice cream truck that goes by Thoroughly enjoy these activities Also have a nice library. Will be happy when that open up

My husband Michael Carlton King has been fortunate to entertain the residents at Gracemont several times for some of their special events. We absolutely loved performing for this group. The residents were so appreciative and we had so much fun. The community is absolutely beautiful and the staff, especially the Management (Dawna) has always been incredible. They were very kind and accommodating. The extra bonus has been they have always offered us the ability to partake in the food being offered at these events and it has been amazing! The Chef prepares "first class" fare. I still remember the fabulous spread they had at The Taste of Tuscany and the Thanksgiving Dinner was as good as any of the homemade dinners we have had over the years. We always look forward to my husband entertaining at Gracemont (and we always come a bit early to eat the fabulous food)! When the time comes, this is exactly the type of place we would love to be able to live. We perform at over 35 Sr Communities in the Greater Atlanta area and Gracemont is far and above one of our favorites.

I visited Gracemont with a small group of women. We were greeted at the front door and entered a beautiful establishment. We were introduced to the "kitchen" staff who then graciously served us lunch. Delicious! We were taken on a leisurely tour of the facilities, no rushing and all our questions were answered. My favorite part was the tour of the independent living units. Again, the staff patiently answered all our questions. I would highly recommended this place. Staff is personable, professional and fun-loving. Quite an experience.

My husband and I have toured this community and attended several functions. We were incredibly impressed with the independent living villas- they are stunning! The dining staff (Manny) were attentive and the food was delicious. We met with the rehabilitation department (Payal) who gave us such helpful advice and toured with the sales director (Dawna) who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent insight. This is a warm and inviting community! Definitely our first choice for Senior Living.

The place is clean and attractive, my mother can not walk down the hall without getting multiple hugs, the staff truly care and know my mother well. The food is quiet good. I have no complaints, I am so happy that we found Gracemont.

My sister was there almost three years . She died there 12/16.. I wanted to let people know the employees were fine. Very under staff . If you plan to put your love one any facility.. Don't forget them the staff only has so many hours in a day. I waited 9 months before writing this review because I wanted to make sure I was saying exactly how I feel.In the three years 99% employee had quit or was no longer employed at the Gracemont. . I don't blame the help. But they don't get the care that they need . Please visit your love one. Just because a place is beautiful, doesn't mean they are cared for. Stop in at a time nobody know. You will see for yourself. It's not just this place it all places in this type of place.

My husbands grandmother was in Gracemont for a couple of years and passed just after her 100th birthday. This facility has the most wonderful, caring people working there and we had a fantastic experience there. I highly recommend this facility. Brittany, one of the coordinators, has been exceptionally helpful with correspondence in my efforts to help a friend's mother who is also in need of such a facility. Brittany has been so compassionate and informative and has even recommended alternate options to me if Gracemont was not conducive or affordable for my friend. Bottom line: they are really genuine and passionate about what they do.
