My husband has been a part of this community for about six weeks. At first when I would leave, he would want to go with me but the wonderful staff would engage him in something else while I left and he was fine. Now, he doesn't even act interested in going with me when I leave. The activity directors do a wonderful job providing appropriate programing throughout the day. The meals look delicious and are catered to each person's needs. The staff members know each person by name and talk to them often. I would want my husband in no other place!

She always tells me about all the activities they offer that keep her busy and engaged. The entire staff was incredible helping us move her in and I cannot think them enough for their compassion, sense of urgency, and assistance both then and as we continue to navigate this stage of her life. A special shout out to Sree and her team for their patience, expertise, and care they exhibit every single day. We’re still on cloud nine after celebrating our mom’s 100th birthday at Arbor Terrace! It truly couldn’t have been a more perfect setting”especially since it’s already her home and community. A huge thank you to the incredible team who made the day unforgettable. Jeffery coordinated everything seamlessly, Jorge created absolutely delicious food that had all our guests asking for the secret, and Emily brought such a calm, reassuring presence throughout. Hanna was everywhere”keeping food stocked, clearing dishes, and even stepping in as our IT specialist to get Zoom up and running so loved ones could join from afar (a true lifesaver!). This celebration meant so much to our family. Our mom, Thelma, is finally embracing her age with pride and joy”she’s still saying the celebration isn’t over! Seeing her so happy and cared for reminds us she is exactly where she should be in this season of her life. Our journey to Arbor Terrace started back in late 2024 when we knew Mom needed to be closer to us. Susie gave us the confidence to choose AT, and we’ve never looked back. My wife has resided at Arbor Terrace’s memory center for 14 months. I have been totally satisfied with the care she has received. Enrolling her was the hardest decision I have ever made and, honestly, I should have enrolled her sooner for her safety and my peace of mind. Once I made the decision that she needed the support that only a memory center could provide, I hurriedly surveyed ten local memory centers using a checklist I had developed with the help of professionals. Arbor Terrace ranked at the top of my ranking using quality of life, management experience and philosophy, and cost. I have not been disappointed. The spinach-stuffed chicken, seasoned salmon, and vegetable lasagna were amazing entrees that lifted the atmosphere to more than elegant! Family and friends were catered to with upscale attention in the company of the Arbor Terrace staff under George's direction. THIS IS THE PLACE! I moved my 88 year old mother to Arbor Terrace Sudley Manor (ATSM) after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease three years ago. She was living alone independently in her long time home in Tennessee. I knew transitioning would be difficult for her, but Rupi and her staff assured me it would be just fine. It is indeed, my mother is happier than she's been in years just to have this community of loving people around daily. ATSM is a well oiled machine, and I had several other assisted living communities to compare it to. First and foremost, it is clean. Not just clean, but pleasing to visit - I may even say elegant. The staff (nursing, dining room, activity, maintenance, concierge, etc) is well trained in managing the needs of our senior family members and super friendly. They assisted me with what to expect and tips on how to best manage Alzheimer's/Dementia - they have a support group set up that is amazing. There is a memory care unit at ATSM, but my mom does not quite need this as she is still able to communicate, eat by herself, and handles her hygiene herself. There are options at ATSM to "customize" the level of care you need - which is great as the disease progresses and the needs increase. My mom loves coffee, so she insisted she needed a coffee maker in her apartment. She is unfortunately unable to remember how to get her coffee made at this point, but no worries because Steve from maintenance will stop by and take care of that for her and even sit an have a cup of coffee with her in the morning when time allows. Things like this happen all day every day at ATSM. The level of compassionate care in this community is beyond amazing - they TRULY CARE. The events at ATSM are also something special. They have parties for holidays and special occasions that are great for families to attend and enjoy time with everyone - don't skip these, I promise you will enjoy! Lastly, I feel like if assisted living is what you need, it's no secret that it has it's price tag. ATSM is priced competitively and fair - if you have to pay for care, you are absolutely making the right decision by having your loved one live here (my mom now calls it "home"!). These seniors are enjoying this place, these people, and their golden years here.

I cannot say enough about the staff and service at Arbor Terrace. Everyone consistently goes above and beyond to make sure that my father’s needs are met. Rupi, the executive director, has known our family since my mother was in Memory Care. My father has now been a resident for a little more than three years. She has handled several delicate situations with the utmost professionalism. Josh and Steve, the maintenance crew, have helped out with everything from hanging flags to attaching gadgets on my father’s walker. Jeff provides a wide range of engaging activities and always organizes holiday/seasonal family events. Jacqueline and the entire concierge team provide the friendliest customer service. Stephanie, the business office director, has gone above and beyond several times for us. The food and service in the dining room is top notch. There is even a private room that families can reserve for meals with their loved ones. The whole community has gone through a beautiful update, and it’s even more welcoming than ever. Making the transition to assisted living is never easy for our loved ones, but I have peace of mind knowing my father is safe and well cared for at Arbor Terrace Sudley Manor.
