The staff in the office, med techs, care givers, nurses, dining staff and managers always did a great job caring for my Mom. They are all extremely caring, helpful and always do their best to deliver high quality care for everyone in the facility. Mary in the office is tremendous in her help with billing and support to family members; she goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied and all your needs are being addressed. Brookdale of Central Chandler is a top notch facility for senior living care!

I would highly recommend Brookedale Central Chandler the staff there is amazing they make you feel not only at ease, but like family. Lisa B. Made the move for my mom easy and smooth, then there is Cole the E. D. who actually comes out and not only talks to residents but family . I was there last thurs. To visit my mom and he was cleaning a room, showing his is not afraid to do what his staff does . I just want to say thank you to the staff there for putting us at ease about mom there please check them out for your family member.

Finding a safe, compassionate place for my brother was a top priority, especially after his traumatic experience at another facility. Brookdale Senior Living - Central truly went above and beyond to meet our needs. Lisa, in particular, was incredible “ guiding us through every step of the journey, from helping us find a skilled nursing center after my brother's hospital stay to making sure his transition into Brookdale was seamless and centered around his specific needs. The atmosphere here feels like family, and my brother is finally in a caring, supportive environment. I highly recommend Brookdale for anyone looking for a senior living community that genuinely cares.

My five star rating is due to a very special woman that works in the memory care department. I have a love one that resides there and I pop in often to check on her. She's always happy and she tells me how much she likes the workers. When I visit I stay to observed how my love one interacts with staff and peers. The staff that really stands out is Erica. I observed her engaging with clients and the activities she does with them is very appropriate. She makes sure all clients that are participating in the activities has special attention. Thank you Erica for all you do. Being in Mental health myself I know it's not an easy job. You do it do Well. I know from experience it may look easy from someone looking from the outside. Everyday is a different day and a different challenge. God bless you. Thank you Brookdale.

I have lived in some very bad assisted living places. If you are looking for a place to have a loved one live I would highly recommend this place they would be very comfortable the residents are very nice and they've got some of the greatest staff caregivers and nursing it'd be a great place to bring your loved ones

Mary Ferolie has been a pleasure to work with and has been so helpful to me. I can not thank her enough for her kindness and guidance. She answered all my questions and always got back to me promptly. We moved my mom in and everyone welcomed her when she arrived and I thought they went above and beyond. They have helped with her room and getting her all set up with what she needed. Chris and his team have been so helpful. I can't say enough about the care here and the friendly people. You can tell it is a great place because everyone that lives here is smiling and happy. Keep doing what you are doing! Thank you for helping us and making the transition easier on all of us! We are so thankful for you!

My mom really enjoyed living here. She made a lot of friends and enjoyed all the activities that they do day to day. Whenever I would call her she would always be too busy to talk. What I hate about Brookdale is that it's so hard to get someone to answer the phone sometimes. It's also hard to get someone to answer the door sometimes. And the food is all over the place, sometimes it's a good healthy meal and other times it's fried garbage or pizza.

The management are fantastic. They seem to care about all the residents. To me they go above and beyond what you would expect. The executive Denise, is always available to the residents and family members. I would recommend Brookdale Central Chandler to anyone looking for a great place for a loved one.

We were looking for a place for my 90 yr. old father and even though this was a bit far for us to visit him if he lived there, we were impressed with the cleanliness and services offered. Tracy was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Very nice place.

The community is amazing and the staff is always happy to help. I’ve never had any issues and Denise Downey is always ready to listen and help with any concerns you might have. I’ve never felt more at ease with any other place because of the great staff that work there!
