My five star rating is due to a very special woman that works in the memory care department. I have a love one that resides there and I pop in often to check on her. She's always happy and she tells me how much she likes the workers. When I visit I stay to observed how my love one interacts with staff and peers. The staff that really stands out is Erica. I observed her engaging with clients and the activities she does with them is very appropriate. She makes sure all clients that are participating in the activities has special attention. Thank you Erica for all you do. Being in Mental health myself I know it's not an easy job. You do it do Well. I know from experience it may look easy from someone looking from the outside. Everyday is a different day and a different challenge. God bless you. Thank you Brookdale.

I have lived in some very bad assisted living places. If you are looking for a place to have a loved one live I would highly recommend this place they would be very comfortable the residents are very nice and they've got some of the greatest staff caregivers and nursing it'd be a great place to bring your loved ones

Mary Ferolie has been a pleasure to work with and has been so helpful to me. I can not thank her enough for her kindness and guidance. She answered all my questions and always got back to me promptly. We moved my mom in and everyone welcomed her when she arrived and I thought they went above and beyond. They have helped with her room and getting her all set up with what she needed. Chris and his team have been so helpful. I can't say enough about the care here and the friendly people. You can tell it is a great place because everyone that lives here is smiling and happy. Keep doing what you are doing! Thank you for helping us and making the transition easier on all of us! We are so thankful for you!

My mom really enjoyed living here. She made a lot of friends and enjoyed all the activities that they do day to day. Whenever I would call her she would always be too busy to talk. What I hate about Brookdale is that it's so hard to get someone to answer the phone sometimes. It's also hard to get someone to answer the door sometimes. And the food is all over the place, sometimes it's a good healthy meal and other times it's fried garbage or pizza.

The community is amazing and the staff is always happy to help. Ive never had any issues and Denise Downey is always ready to listen and help with any concerns you might have. Ive never felt more at ease with any other place because of the great staff that work there!
