Juniper Village at Preston Hollow has exceeded our hopes and expectations for an assisted living facility. My brother went to live at Juniper Village approximately two years ago following a serious stroke that left him physically and mentally impaired. He has other serious health issues and requires a significant level of care. The staff at Juniper have provided that, and have done so in a compassionate and professional manner. They seem to know him - and his unique personality - better than I ever have. They know when to push him to achieve the most he can by himself and assist him when that is what is needed. My brother knows he is in a good place and appreciates the excellent care he receives. We are thankful for everyone at Juniper Village and the kind, caring atmosphere they provide.

After weeks of searching for an assisted living arrangement for my 57 year old brother, we found Juniper Village at Preston Hollow. We knew within the first few minutes of our initial meeting with Liza that we had found the perfect home. Liza embodies everything we've experienced so far at Juniper Village: caring, homey, happy, REAL people who enjoy working there and respect the residents. We are so relieved and comforted knowing this will be my brother's home. After his first day he said, "The food is better here than any other place I've been, and they must be giving the staff happy juice, because everyone is so friendly and nice." I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Juniper Village at Preston Hollow. From the moment I stepped through the doors and greeted by Liza, I felt like I was entering a warm and friendly inviting oasis. The staff at Juniper truly embody the spirit of hospitality. Smiles greeted me at every turn, and residents chatted happily in common areas. Even the business office manager, Scarlett, found time to come out and introduce herself and greet me. Let me tell you about the Sales Director, Liza. She's nothing short of amazing. Her passion for helping seniors find their perfect home shines through in every interaction. She took the time to understand my needs, answer my questions, and provide personalized recommendations. In summary, my visit to Juniper left an indelible impression. If you're seeking a place where compassion, community, and care converge, look no further.

Juniper Village at Preston Hollow has turned my dad's life around! He has been there 3-months, after living 5-years independently after my mom passed. He was stubborn and wanted to stay at his house. I finally convinced him to come to Juniper Village. The caring staff and socialization with staff and other residents has really cheered him up. At age 87, he now wants to live to be 100. The staff is really great with all the residents. There are around 30 residents, and all the staff members know each by name. The food is good too. The rooms are clean and well kept. The price is a good value. I am very happy to see dad happy again!

A long time friend has been cared for abt a month while receiving hospice care and assisted living. Overall care has been extraordinary. Staff always greets me when here visiting . When it came time to find moms forever home, I did extensive research. I found Brookdale Preston. She moved in and is happier than ever. The staff are warm, the facility is cozy, and the menu is great. She has made many friends she refers to as dinner mates! I would recommend this Assisted Living to any of my friends for their parents.

My Mother has been at Brookdale for 6 years. She has been happy there since the day she moved in. My Sister and I can rest easy knowing she is being taken care of. She is not just a resident, but treated like a Family member with love and respect. The Staff is amazing and I wish I could thank each and everyone by name. They feel like Family to me, also. Greg Bickham the executive director is an awesome man. He is very kind, helpful and always there when my Sister and I have questions or need help . Karen Crenshaw and April Hastings are Earth Angels and I will always be grateful for their love and compassion. A big shout out to John at the front desk!!! He is such a huge part of Brookdale Preston and it would not be the same without him. I look forward to walking in the door and seeing his smiling face. For anyone thinking of moving an aging Parent to assisted living or memory care I highly recommend Brookdale Preston. The people working there make it a very safe and caring environment. My mother in law has been a resident of this facility for 6 years. A recent event led me to post a negative review. Kind and careful discussions with the Director and his staff have led me to a better review and understanding of the recent events. I have given a 3 star review with the likelihood of moving to 4 stars if improvements underway are completed. This is a beautiful facility in a very upscale part of town. Medical care and supervision is top notch. You can feel safe with your loved one in this facility with no chance of neglect or abuse.

My mom lived at Brookdale Preston in the assisted living for the past 18 months. I never write reviews, but in this case I must. Who cares if the building is updated or the food gourmet, the most important thing about a facility is the staff. I never could have gotten through this without the thoughtful, dedicated and caring people that work at Brookdale Preston.For example, the head nurse, Karen Crenshaw took such special care of my mom that you would have thought it was her mother. When my mother got ill, her first stop in the morning would be to her room, even before she put down her purse. My mother loved her like family. Another exceptional employee is April Hastings. She is supposed to be the activities director, but she wears many hats. She cares about all the residents and knows what each one needs. For example, my mom needed the bingo cards out first thing in the morning. April made sure she got them. While my mom was ill and scared, she got in bed with her and rubbed her head for two hours! What employee does that? She texted me videos and pictures of my Mom during activities and sent messages when she was having a difficult day.. Trust that your loved one will be cared for like family.

Just checked my Dad and Step Mom into Brookdale Preston. The entire process was exceptionally well handled--very courteous, prompt, and clearly laid out. Paperwork was made easier and the entire staff is available to talk, answer questions, get you to the right people or places within the facility. The facility itself is clean and neat, and everyone seems to enjoy being there. If you are searching in the Dallas area, at least check out Brookdale Preston.

My mother has been a Brookdale Preston resident since February, 2015. I have been nothing less than THRILLED the entire time with the level of care she has received. Every staff member, from the directors to the assistants are like angels on Earth. The residents are happy & well cared for. My mother has gained weight, she eats well & has plenty of activities she looks forward to every day. Every resident is known by name & the staff gets to know individual likes, etc. Brookdale Preston has eased my worries about Mom. I know that she is in the best of hands. I cannot say anything other than I am THRILLED.

Incredible work from all the staff, each time I go to visit it seems like my nana is progressing, and I cannot thank everyone enough for taking such good care of her. They hold special events, for example the mothers day tea which meant so much to her and you could see her smile light up when we all came that day. I recently toured both the Brookdale Independent living on Harvest Hill and the Brookdale Assisted, Independent living on Preston. Both places are fantastic communities! I was looking at Brookdale on Preston for the assisted living option and found their facility to be nicely appointed and well maintained. The nursing staff, front desk staff and my tour, information guide, Kim, were all friendly and knowledgable about the senior living experience available at Brookdale Preston. The apartments are nicely planned and the residents I met in the halls or in the lounge areas spoke highly of their experience. I would recommend Brookdale Preston if you are looking for a well-appointed assisted living that has staff who are concerned and pro-active about resident needs.

Brookdale Preston is by far one of the best assisted living residence in the Dallas area. One knows this on the entrance to the lobby which is warm and inviting. The staff, John-John, April, Dorothy, C.J., Karen, Kimberly, Carisa, and many others who I dont know their names treat the residents with respect and dignity; they provide them with the TLC that they need as well the necessary medical attention. The dining room is cozy; the meals are tasty as well as nutritious. Residential living areas are decorated nicely with a private bath, small refrigerator, and microwave. My loved one has been a resident for about a month and, even though she would rather be in her own home, she loves the staff at Brookdale. The food is quite tasty with 3 course meals served in the dining room. Every common room is cozy and welcoming. Her personal Assisted Living room is spacious when compared to other places that we visited.
