My mother has been in Clare Bridge, the memory care unit, for a little over two years. Throughout this time, the caregivers have consistently treated her with love, dignity, and respect. They truly care about her and show her that she is still a person of high value. The staff communicates with me and works with me. They are supportive of my needs as well as my mom's and are always available to discuss and address my concerns in a very timely fashion. I can text the care givers and activities director and I always get a prompt reply. I'm included in activities and socials so that I get to enjoy my mom in these settings. They even set up the ice cream parlor for us to have my mom's birthday party, complete with balloons and decorations. If I'm out of town, they will bring my mom to the assisted living building to attend the Catholic Mass that the resident priest has as they know that this is very important to my mom and to me. They provide great transportation to and from appointments and allow me to ride with my mom. I and my siblings have been very happy that we moved my mom to this facility!

I'm generally not someone who leaves reviews on employees for places I go. I don't believe in the idea of rewarding someone with extra praise for simply doing the job in which the are paid to do. However, I think it's important to recognize when people go above and beyond what might be in their job description....so I felt compelled to shout out to the gentleman who does the maintenance over at Brookdale...I believe his name is Justin. You can tell Justin really cares about the residents and is not just in it for a paycheck. I've had multiple occasions during the couple years my uncle's been there where I've had to ask maintenance to address some items in his room. Each time Justin was in the room within minutes, not only has he addressed all of the issues very timely but is a joy converse with....My uncle even likes him and he doesn't like anyone...not even me, so that's saying something. The last thing I want to mention is the quality of work, as a contractor myself I can judge shotty work and have seen plenty of it in other places my uncle has tried. It was very reassuring for me to see actual care being taken to addressing items instead of just applying a band-aid for a quick fix, as unfortunately happens all too often within places like this. Keep up the good work...it doesn't go unnoticed.

I have had two family members in this facility for several years, and cannot speak highly enough about the extraordinary professionalism by its Executive Director, Taramarie Weathers, and her staff. Not only is this a well run facility that serves its residents with compassion and integrity, it is also very responsive to the family members of the residents in their care. Moreover, the cultural caretaking personality of this faculty and its staff is truly second to none. It is never easy to have a family member in need of the kind of advanced care this facility provides, but at Tramway Ridge you at least know your loved-ones are in very good hands, from the ED, to the Med Techs, caregivers, activity planners, and so on. You can’t go wrong at Brookdale Tramway Ridge.

Review I feel it necessary to respond regarding a negative review of Brookdale Tramway Ridge that was posted recently. My first reaction was, "surely this can't be the same place I've been visiting for over 8 months". From the top down, ie. Administration, staff and support personnel, my friend has received excellent care and attention. The facility is exceptionally clean and the environment particularly welcoming. The other residents that I have interacted with appear clean and well care for. Yes, there are a few dogs. But they do not have the run of the place. What a joy they are for everyone! I would, without exception, recommend Brookdale Tramway Ridge for a friend or loved one needing assisted living.

The Tramway Ridge team makes it happen as far as I'm concerned! Placing my uncle in this community was a no brainer . When it was time to move my uncle to a new community all I had to do was speak with Terra. The level of expertise and caring is so apparent. Now that my uncle has settled in, he is thanking me for moving him there. At first he was afraid of being locked up and forgotten but he hasn't mentioned it since then. He has made friends with other residents and speaks highly of the staff members he interacts with. Its always great hearing about their weekly outings giving him the opportunity to engage the other residents. Its obvious it helps with my uncles sense of well being. The staff seems to be good about offering care centered around each individuals needs. He likes the food and his room. Housekeeping keeps his room nice and tidy. His room faces the Sandia Mountains and that's a big deal for a guy that grew up in Albuquerque. The times I have dealt with any of the Brookdale staff they always have the answers to my questions and solutions for the challenges along the way. Very professional and personable! They've created a secure environment and allow the residents to flourish as much as they can under the circumstances.

I have been a resident a Brookdale for 8 months and am extremely pleased here in residence and know I made a good choice. First of all, the house and environment are attractive, clean, comfortable and well cared for, both inside and outside. I feel safe here. My room is more than ample for me and there's plenty of room for my belongings. Plenty of light floods the room and makes it delightful. The food is well prepared, well balanced and efficiently served. The quality is good with amply supply if I'd like more to eat. I find the kitchen and dining room spotlessly clean at all times. The staff are pleasant, polite, very caring and always sure that we are eating, and our needs are met. I have a dog who is never left free to roam and always on a lead when she leaves my room. She likes to volunteer as a therapy dog to many of the residents who ask regularly for me to bring her for a visit to their room. The administration and staff are caring, concerned, knowledgeable, friendly and always available. Their door is always open, and they are ready to listen. Frequently I see them visit resident's rooms morning, noon or evening just to check in and visit for a few moments. Personally, I'm pleased, amazed and very satisfied that I've chosen to live at Brookdale Assisted Living. I feel safe, respected, and well cared for and I would recommend anyone who wants to live here.

Last spring, a dear friend made the life changing decision to move into an assisted living home. Very familiar with many assisted living homes in the area, he chose Brookdale at Tramway Ridge. It has been a wonderful choice. In these few months, it has become 'home' in every sense of the word. Brookdale is beautiful and well-cared for. It is clean and inviting. The residents report that the food is good and, if they don't like something, they have other options for their meal. The residents share their meals in small groups of 2-4, much like a family at home. The residents are permitted to bring their dog and these animals become therapeutic animals, helping bring a since of life and normalcy to the home. However, an assisted living home is no better than its staff. The staff of Brookdale are exceptional. They are friendly, attentive and caring. They stop and talk meaningfully with residents; they take the time to do the little extra things like walk a dog in the evening when a resident is too tired to go out. They are nurturing and supportive to residents and their families at a time of life when difficult decisions must often be made. Brookdale at Tramway Ridge has more than met the expectations of my friend. They made a difficult transition so positive. After nine months, he remains happy that he chose Brookdale.

The area is gorgeous and has a great view of the mountains. I always hear good stories. Sounds like a pretty cool place to work. And live, if you have people that love their job.

Amazing place they keep my mom happy and safe. They go bed bath and beyond if ya get my drift. They wash her up and down, she comes out squeaky clean. My grandpa has been a resident at Brookdale Tramway Ridge for about a year and a half now. Today we celebrated his 85th birthday. Amber, Brittany and Kendall put together the best birthday party for him! Great decorations, food, cake, drinks and even goodie bags! Our family is very grateful for all the love and care the entire staff gives him every day since he moved in. Thank you girls for being so good to him and being so good to us! You are like family!

It was time for memory care for my 95 year old mom and as she had been an 8 year resident at another local Brookdale facility, I was inclined to stay with Brookdale...glad I did. The people at this facility were 100% helpful in making this transition starting with Jocelyn, then Carla and finally Brittany. All our questions were answered and our concerns addressed promptly and honestly. The enrollment process was tedious but thorough and the relocation effort was well facilitated. In the end, Brittany was great at addressing details and following up on everything. I cant recommend them highly enough. I feel confident that mom will receive the best care possible in this very nice and well thought out facility...

Ive been visiting Brookdale Tramway Ridge For several months now. I have found the entire leadership team as well as the care staff to be friendly, kind, courteous, and attentive to detail. The team is like family, and they treat the residents like family, too. The building is clean and beautiful. Theyre always doing fun activities and planning outings as well as hosting fundraisers for charities like the Alzheimers Association. I highly recommend Brookdale at Tramway Ridge. They are awesome!
