I had to make a hard decision to place my mom in a facility. Denise and all the ladies at Terra Bella have been super. They are so great with my mom. Could not have made a better choice for her. The ladies in the area where my mom is are so kind and helpful.

TerraBella at Cramer Mountain has gone above and beyond to take care of my mother.They have made constant contact with me, when I needed to be there. Most importantly above all things I will remember is the true CARING staff that works there. I've rarely come across such a dedicated group of people, who genuinely enjoy the work they do....and it is hard work. The facility is always clean. They go on meaningful outings and engage in cognitive and physical stimulation. When my mother was in the hospital, 7....7 of the staff members came by on their own time to visit her. The executive director pulled a rabbit out of a hat for me, when I was having a "moment" of frustration with the healthcare system as a whole....she was there to walk me through what could be done. I can't speak fondly enough about the friendships I have made with the staff and the ease and care that they worked with my mom. No place is perfect, but this environment is intentionally cultivated to reach for excellence. Great job!!!

I would just like to Thank each Nurse and Staff that was involved in taking care of our dad Eugene Carroll and our family special during our last couple days with him they were always checking to make sure that we had refreshments and they kept saying we will get y'all anything y'all need. My dad he had gotten really close to the nurses special the nurse that is pregnant and having her baby in October he always was looking for her they had a very special bond when he got upset she knew just how to bring him out of it and I hope she has her baby boy on his Birthday Oct 20th he would be smiling from Heaven that's how close they were I know her name I have heard it a million times from him but for some reason I can not remember I know she was off this weekend and returned today September 15 I know I might be spelling her name wrong but I just remembered her name was Brea I know it's spelled wrong I know they had that bond. Each and every person there is wonderful the place was always clean and smelled really good and everyone treated you like Family I would highly recommend this location to anyone because of the staff the place is always well maintained and it has a family atmosphere it's a wonderful place because of every one there. Thank each and everyone of you for everything I know this is were you write reviews And I give your location 5 stars and if the chart would let me I give 100 perfect

My mom’s transition to Terra Bella has been so easy because the staff is so attentive and caring. It’s never an easy situation to put an aging parent in someone else’s care. The team at Terra Bella has been amazing. I can’t recommend this facility enough. Not only is it a very lovely place, the staff is fantastic. All of my questions get answered immediately and my mom is very happy there. Thank you Terra Bella!

Finding a new home for an aging parent (or in my case, grandparent) can be stressful and overwhelming. Denise at Terra Bella will guide you through everything and help take some of that weight off! The community is lovely, and the resurgence of my grandmother having a social life has been VITAL to her grief journey since becoming a widow. There is no perfect place, but the Cramer Mountain TerraBella comes very, very close. The setting is great (such a beautiful part of the county); activities like weekly balloon volleyball, chair yoga, singing times, guests artists, and bus rides keep seniors active and social. There are staff members that truly empathize and love on residents in both the truly vulnerable and hard times - and the day to day. I have seen first hand how they work hard to make sure residents are seen, loved, and helped throughout both the transition time of settling in - and in the day to day. Financially speaking, they provide quality at a much more affordable price point than any others in their league. We considered another very popular Gaston county assistant living place, and a smaller apartment versus the 290sq ft TerraBella offers, was over $1k more - which was definitely out of budget. (Also, TB being a ranch style is great for residents!) I have been amazed at seeing older adults grab onto a second lease on life, and our family is especially grateful for Denise, Tori, and sweet cna’s that are true difference makers. My biggest tip is SHOW UP. You see things as they really are when you are present, and knowing the staff makes such a huge difference. There are many opportunities for family days and celebrations. We are so grateful for TB-Cramer Mtn! (And my children, the great grandkids, LOVE visiting too!)

We had to make the tough decision to place my grandmother in memory care in October. I researched and visited many facilities but TB Cramer mountain was the first place to feel welcoming and a good fit. Amy, the executive director was and has been a great resource. The staff loves on my grandmother like she's there own which makes me feel better when I'm not able to visit. The staff tolerates and welcomes my multiple family members visiting, and welcomes in my grandfather who is struggling without his wife. I am so thankful I found TB Cramer mountain.

In November, my family moved our mom, Colleen into Terra Bella Cramerton. We have been so pleased with this facility and the care that Mom has received. The staff here is courteous, always there with a smile , and very attentive to not only Mom’s needs, but supportive of our family. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. A special shout out to some of the staff that care for Mom - Janie, Dale, Brianna, T, and Sam are wonderful working with mom and seeing to her personal needs. And apologies to anyone’s name I couldn’t remember. Everyone we have had dealings with have been wonderful. Malinda, the lovely lady that does mom’s laundry, is always there with a smile, and even a hug when it is most needed. Sylvia, Activities Director, plans fun things for the residents and makes sure all are invited, included, and encouraged to join in. Mom has developed a nice social network with the other Residents. The office staff is always attentive and friendly and helpful with any questions we have about Mom’s care. The decision to place a loved one in a Care Facility is never ever easy for anyone. I am so grateful that we made this decision for my Mom and that we are a part of The Terra Bella Cramerton Family.

Terra Bella Cramer Mountain is a very nice facility. The staff is attentive to the needs of the residents. I have always been greeted by the staff and the residents as well. The residents seem to have made Terra Bella home. I would recommend Terra Bella Cramer Mountain to anyone looking for assisted living or memory care.

The place is really nice and is clean. I would give a higher review but the quality of food is not good. Many residents are not eating and surviving on snacks. Compared to other issues, this should be a pretty easy " fix". The cost of living at this fine facility should be enough to cover palatable and healthy meals.

Terrabella is a fantastic assisted living for my grandmother! She absolutely loves it here and anytime we take her places she’s wanting to know when she gets to go back home! The staff are so attentive and Amy, the director, is great! I feel like they take care of my grandmother as if she was their own family.

The place is beautiful, very clean. No bad smells at all. Everyone is nice and helpful. My step dad is happy there. Love this place. I wish other places was as good as this place is. I get sick with bad smells and this place has no bad smells at all.

I toured this community for my grandmother and was blown away at how clean it was! They have recently had a renovation and it looks so beautiful! We will be moving my grandmother in within the next 2 months!

My grandfather was moved for NY to this location about 7 months ago. They have cared so much for my grandfather and took such great care of him. They treated him as their own as family and helped him through the end of his life. Thank you to all the staff who have been a blessing and a light to my grandfather in his last days. You won’t have to question if your loved one is getting the care they need and deserve. Staff is overwhelming with support and care.
