Terra Bella is the best. My Mother has been living there for about 3 months and I was really worried about her fitting in. But there was no need to worry. She loves being On her own again, with no worries. She says everyone is so nice resident’s and staff. The staff work tirelessly to help with the new routine and make her feel very welcome. She loves going to the dining room for lunch and dinner. The staff always ask her how her meal was and she feels comfortable giving her honest option, with no judgement from the staff. She enjoys the food about 90% of the time . But she says they always provide lots of choices and NEVER goes hungry. Thank you Terra Bella for the smooth transition to her next chapter in life.

My grandmother lives at Terra Bella. The staff here is great. They have been very involved and helpful in my grandmother's transition to their facility. They host events and trips to keep the residents active and involved. I would highly recommend TerraBella Shelby.

My mom transferred to Terra Bella from another facility several months ago and I have been very pleased with the care she has received. They provide for all her needs physically and emotionally. The trips and extracurricular activities are great. The staff is loving and friendly to her. Always providing a smile and hugs when she needs it!. Her room is always neat and clean. Anytime I have a question it is addressed . Mom has blossomed since being here. She calls Terra Bella home and that says a lot about her care!

For the past year TerraBella Shelby has been a reassuring solution during a challenging time of great change for our parents and family. The friendly staff have always been helpful, kind and dedicated to providing an environment as close to home as possible while still providing the necessary assistance our parent's age and health requires. Nutritious meals and snacks, medication and bathing assistance along with laundry services ease the tasks our parents can no longer safely perform. We appreciate each and every team member at TerraBella. I wish I could name every one but would surely leave someone out . "Kindness, like a boomerang, always returns". A member of our family has been here since November,2022. We have found Terra Bella staff to be very accommodating to the needs of our loved one; good listeners and following through in good care. There have been many challenges and they have handled them with care and concern to provide the optimum environment in his memory care unit. Terra Bella Shelby is a special, caring, and professional community for seniors. When you walk into the facility, you get an immediate sense of warmth and southern hospitality. It's well maintained inside and out, so you feel as if you've stepped into a nice hotel or college campus. Most importantly, the staff is friendly and geniunely cares about their residents and provides excellent care. The size of the facility also makes it feel like a true family. TB Shelby is a beautiful home for beautiful people.
