I have contemplated on leaving a review but now i feel like i can. My mom and dad were both in this facility starting in May of 2023, mom was fresh out of rehab and still couldn't walk by herself so I was told they would do every 2 hour check ins, dad got moved to the memory care unit the next day and mom was in with a roommate after that. The first day they were there she was soaking wet from them not checking in like they said or helping her to the bathroom. Things got somewhat better for a little while and then got much worse. She had bruises all over and was on oxygen so when they would take her to the bathroom or the dining room they would take the oxygen off which would deprive her of oxygen and she would get very confused and sometimes combative. Fell twice at least that I know of and once beaten by her roommate. They lost/threw away her teeth and then took over a week for the dr to write an order for soft food diet. And she had dementia so impossible to replace the dentures. Many times we would come out and her bed was completely soaked and had not gotten breakfast. On the day she went to the Elizabeth house the only reason she did was because the social worker demanded it and they said she was so bad because of the morphine which was not true. There is so much more I could list but don't have the space. She was there 5 short months and lost over 30 lbs and passed away in the Elizabeth house. My dad made it there 8 short months and lost over 20 lbs before passing away in January of 2024. Lost his teeth as well and his room always smelled like pee due to dirty laundry. I will say that memory care takes better care of them but I would say our general time there was a complete nightmare! And so many things that are malpractice and neglect I have talked to several lawyers about as well and I have all my proof with emails, pictures and eyewitnesses

When my mother first moved into Terra Bella there were several things that left me unsure about the facility. Over the course of the last year they have changed a great deal of the staff and I have been very impressed with the improvements in the facility. The staff are caring and kind. They took such amazing care of my mother, and showed her great respect. The staff treat all residents and visitors with the same level of care that they would show to their own family members. I cannot say enough about how much they made her final months so much better. I just want to thank the staff at Terra Bella for thier dedication, hard work and care.

My sister has been here for 3 years and it is wonderful! Tanya Tingly who manages the MC unit is terrific. She is very professional, runs a tight ship and makes sure she and the staff take care of the patients so well. This is a hard job and we appreciate David CEO, Tanya, Savannah and ALL the staff. I am very familiar with MC units in this area and have moved mom several times for problems. We would love to put Mom in the same MC unit as her daughter, my sister, in Terra Bella. ITS GREAT CARE!

Above and Beyond Compassion and Support My family and I had made arrangements for my mother-in-law to become a resident at TerraBella, but sadly, she passed away before she could move in. Throughout this challenging time, the staff at TerraBella went above and beyond to support us and honor her memory. At the end of that very long day, we stopped by to speak with the Executive Director, David Moore, to tell him Mom had passed and as we were talking, we personally asked Mr. Moore if he would speak at her funeral since we didn't know anyone who could lead the service. Without hesitation, he agreed. He lead her funeral and delivered a heartfelt speech with songs that touched everyone present. His presence and words of comfort meant the world to us during such a difficult time. Additionally, the entire staff at TerraBella showed immense compassion and kindness. From the caregivers to the administrative team, everyone went out of their way to support us and ensure that my mother-in-law's memory was honored in the most beautiful way possible. I cannot thank TerraBella and David Moore enough for their exceptional care and support. They truly embody the meaning of compassion and professionalism. If you're considering assisted living for a loved one, I highly recommend TerraBella for their outstanding service and genuine care for their residents and families.

My experience at TerraBella is that they have the most loving and caring people working there. My sister is well taken care of which gives us peace of mind. She had a rough time adjusting but they were all patient and now she considers it home. I have and would recommend TerraBella to anyone looking for a facility for their loved one.

Have had MIL here at Terra Bella since early July. Took a little while for her to settle in- but she likes it here! The staff are very caring and try to help as much as they can. The staff provide activities to keep residents active! Glad my MIL is here and being cared for in a nice place like Terra Bella.

My grandmother has been here since July! I took my 3 young children to visit her and they asked to go back the next day. I was impressed with the warm welcome and overall positive vibe of the place. We are very happy she is in such a great place.

She is happy with the activities, loves her room, and loves the staff (who are incredibly, and quite possibly, too hard-working). My mother was entered in December. There was new management taking over the month before. It has been 7 months now, and I have witnessed positive growth in the stabilizing of staff and new processes. The facility is a good size for your loved one. Small enough that the staff knows each resident and the visitors too. I am happy with my selection of the facility.

This place what can I say we put my mother --in law here in February the staff and administration that was there when she first got there was great but after they left it went downhill quick there is no chef dining like is advertised there meals are a joke to the point we bring her food so she gets a well balanced meal after paying through the nose for them. have had to go and help mom out when they supposedly went to her room to check on her only to leave her after she said she had made a mess that she needed help with at 90 years old. mom called my wife to come help clean her up and get her something to eat. now let's get to the cleanliness overall it is decently clean . but when you have a smoking area for the employees and as a smoker when you can smell the patio at the other end of a 200 foot hallway that's pretty bad and as I said I'm a smoker so you can imagine what someone that don't smoke or worse someone that is allergic to smoke like her mom is has to deal with and for the residents a lot of them can't get the outside doors that are quite heavy to open and when they close behind them they lock and can't back in so they cant get outside to get fresh air there are still employees there that are are great but they seriously need to get some great help in there they can't even take care of simple wounds because they are not a wound care facility again which they advertise they do which needs to addressed otherwise my wife will be looking at other places where her mom will get the care that she badly deserves since that is supposedly what she is paying for Update after after talking with the administration we have voiced our concerns and am starting to see some changes and have been told that there are some more changes in the works so as this progresses I will update this review to reflect the changes that will hopefully be forthcoming AGAIN there are 5 different staff members that I wish I could name that are outstanding and have relayed this to the administration so hopefully they can get the praise they deserve for the work that they do will update again soon
