Moving my aging parents into assisted living and memory care is one of the most difficult decisions my family has ever made. From the very first phone call I made to inquire about The Terraces at Parke Place, I was met with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. That level of care has continued every day since my parents moved in at the end of June 2026. My mother resides in the Memory Care Unit, and my father lives in the Assisted Living wing with their beloved dog. Pets are family, and knowing they recognized that was truly a blessing. The facility is clean, welcoming, and safe. Every time I visit, I am greeted with warm smiles, and every question or concern I have is answered promptly and thoughtfully. One of the greatest gifts The Terraces has given me is peace of mind. After several very challenging years, I can finally rest at night knowing they are safe, comfortable, and receiving the care they deserve. The food is excellent, and the community does a wonderful job creating opportunities for residents and families to enjoy life together. During my parents' first week, I was invited to a family barbecue and loved seeing everyone celebrating "Christmas in July." It was such a joyful and welcoming atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend The Terraces at Parke Place to anyone searching for a compassionate, caring, and professional community for a loved one. My family is deeply grateful for everyone who has made this transition so much easier.

My mom has been here about six weeks.she is thriving and is receiving excellent care! The meals are loving prepared and served restaurant style . The activities are appropriate and engaging. We feel as if we have gained a whole new family between the residence and the staff. If you need assisted-living for your loved one, I strongly recommend you investigate Terraces @ Parke Place. After being told at a local nursing home that the only care my dementia parent could get was at a long term care facility like the nursing home at a whopping $11,250 a month , it scared me. Thankfully, I went with my gut and toured several assisted living facilities with memory care units. Terrace’s offered me the best plan for my parent with the care involved and the cost. Now my parent can have their own private studio apartment which allows them to watch tv, listen to music, have visitors sit comfortably in the room, without having a roommate. I have met so many nice staff members there including Denise who gives a great tour and is genuinely caring and knowledgeable. Lori the executive director who is caring as well. Mia the activities coordinator who engages residents in socializing. Veronica the nurse in the special needs unit is accommodating and kind. The aides Sherry and Dawn are so good with the dementia residents. The two women who greet you at the entrance are very sweet too. The whole experience has been amazing for me. Knowing the attentive care that my parent is receiving has allowed me to have my life back and enjoy doing things without worrying about them.

My husband Robert spent a year in the memory care unit before he recently passed. During his time at The Terraces, he was well cared for. The staff were kind, supportive and extremely patient. The staff went out of their way to make sure Rob was comfortable. Addressed all of our concerns and most importantly treated him with dignity. I would highly recommend this family oriented facility to anyone in need of services for their loved one’s.

After a few years of thought our 93 year old father decided it maybe time to leave his large home and give the independent living facility a try. Over the year he visited several facilities but always knew that Terraces was the place for him. In February of this year he gave Terraces a try for 1 month - he returned home in March and by mid - March he decided that Terraces was the place for him. Dad moved in to his apartment May 2024 and this has been great for him. Here are some of the reasons why! Management that you can not only access almost immediately but caring, guiding and knowledgeable. Excellent Staff - not some but each and every one! Friendly Safe Great meals Activities Wine Bar Clean Bright Well Kept - the place looks new - i know i was there during its construction in 1998 it looks as new today as it did during their Grand Opening! I could go on and on which is something i rarely do. If you are in the market for a facility - this is a must see - i don't think it will disappoint.

My mother has been living at the Terraces for over a year. The staff is like family! They are very kind and compassionate. The facility is very clean, and the care is excellent. Would highly recommend this assisted living to anyone looking in the area for a place for a loved one.

Terraces at Parke Place is a wonderful facility! The residents receive great care from staff, the food is great, and there is always something to do! The residents enjoy all of the outings, socials, and activities. It feels like home 🙂

The care given to residents is excellent. My mother was in another assisted living and the care here is much better. Staff is helpful and friendly. They treat the residents with respect.
