My uncle has lived at Autumn House West for over 2 years. He is very content with his accommodations. He has a very nice room with a shared bathroom, the food is good, he is well taken care of, and the staff and administrators are friendly and supportive. I highly recommend Autumn House West!!!

The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and professional. The needs of the residents are addressed in a timely manner. Upper-level management is easy to reach and provides timely and effective solutions to issues and concerns. There are many extracurricular activities available to the residents that keep them engaged and interactive with others. The place is kept very clean and well organized. Residents' dietary needs are always taken into consideration. Maintenance fixes room related problems effectively and kindly.

Their sales pitch is good, but their follow thru is not. When their staff tell you not stay here. . .there are a few good staff people, but not enough.

We started our journey in Personal Care with my mother and are now in Memory Care. It is a wonderful community and loving environment for my mom. Jen, the Memory Care Director, has a great sense of what activities the residents enjoy doing. The staff is friendly and compassionate to the needs of the residents. Great facility inside and beautiful courtyards outside to spend some time.

I moved my mom here in April 2020 right at the start of the pandemic into their memory care unit. They take great care of my mom and always keep me informed. Due to an injury I had to temporarily relocate mom to a skilled rehab that has made me appreciate AHW even more. I cannot wait to get her back home to AHW and their amazing, caring and professional team!

I've been coordinating care with AHW with my Hospice patients for over a year now. The facility is beautiful and the staff are kind, generous, and detailed with their patients and outside agencies.

Caring staff in the memory care unit. Am and pm activities and crafts are scheduled daily. Jen (memory care director) always finds time to answer/address concerns from the family of residents. Clean well maintained facility both inside and out. Gardens are beautiful!

The rooms & facility looks great and the staff is nice. BUT the food is horrible. Cold food (that is to be warm/hot). Claiming to serve a sandwich, but only having two slices of bread with one slice of deli meat, hardly makes for a "meal". Constant complaints, but no change. When there is an issue with the food, getting someone to help fix it is all but impossible. Other residence have resorted to buying their own food to keep in their room. For the money people are paying to stay there, they should improve their food service standards.

New owners have been in place for about 1 year with massive improvement. Updated computer system improves medication disbursement & staff are both knowledgeable and kind. I have 2 clients that I still service personal needs for staying at the West side. They are both very happy and well cared for. I highly recommend you tour the facility and make your own determinarion for your loved ones.

The owner treats his staff really bad talks to them like garbage. Witnessed him having a episode where cussing was heard around the residents It was totally unprofessional the staff at both facilities complain about the treatment. He is very rude and arrogant
