From the moment I walked through the doors, I could feel the warmth and compassion that fills this beautiful memory care community. The environment felt peaceful, welcoming, and truly like home. Every staff member I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, taking the time to greet residents with patience, dignity, and love. Remodel that they have done looks amazing. The floors the bathrooms, then common areas everything. What stood out most during my tour was how happy and comfortable the residents appeared. The community itself is beautifully maintained, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to create a calming atmosphere for both residents and families. You can truly tell that the people here are passionate about what they do and committed to providing not just care, but meaningful connection and support. Choosing memory care for a loved one is never easy, but touring this community brought a sense of comfort and reassurance. It is clear this is a place where residents are treated like family, and where compassion is at the heart of everything they do.

Highly recommend the Auberge Lake Zurich! I've seen and worked with Andrea, the Sales Director, many times and she is the best! CNAs are very friendly and sweet, and residents seem to be very well taken care of here.

Auberge of Lake Zurich took excellent care of our mother for almost 2 1/2 years. Their entire staff is caring, compassionate, and professional. They treated our Mother with respect and dignity throughout her stay. The facility specializes treating individuals that suffer from Alzheimer’s / dementia and are very sensitive to their individual needs. The end of life care they provide was an important factor when our family selected Auberge for our mother. We also want to thank the nurses, Amanda and Jessica who helped our mother transition in her final days. They were empathetic and professional while taking care of our mother and we will be forever grateful.

Auberge is a lovely homelike community. Staff are wonderful, residents are happy and welcoming. The suites are cozy and warm with state of the art lighting and private bathrooms.

I am so happy with The Auberge at Lake Zurich. The entire staff has shown nothing but kindness and compassion. They go above and beyond to make this place feel like home and to care for your loved one. The sales director, Andrea, helped me immensely at the very start of this process and she continues to do whatever she can to assist. The caregivers, nurses, housekeepers and chefs take the time to get to know the families and they always make us feel welcome. It is a cheerful environment that is always very clean. We cannot thank them enough for the loving care that they provide each and every day. Grateful to have found this place.

My mom has been there for 1.5 years The place is like being one. It’s beautiful, cozy and always clean and well maintained. The food is made fresh daily and is served to residents restaurants style. The staff works hard and keeps the residents busy with activities throughout the day! I leave after each visit feeling good knowing my mom is very well taken care of!

My dad had a history of falling at his previous assisted living facility, which did little to correct the situation. Thankfully, once he moved to The Auberge at Lake Zurich, the falling virtually stopped. I attribute this in particular to Sue, the marketing director, who came through on her promise to keep my dad safe during his stay. She and the caregivers did an outstanding job in providing a welcome and secure living environment for him.

The Auberge at Lake Zurich provided much needed Memory Care to my father when he desperately needed care. Prior to his arrival, he had fallen several times at his previous retirement facility. Once at The Auberge, literally overnight, his falling virtually stopped. The staff went out of its way to welcome him and introduce him to his fellow Memory Care residents. Instrumental in this delicate transition was the Marketing Director, Sue, who delivered on her promise to ensure my father's safety and comfort. My family is most grateful to Sue and to the Auberge caregivers for enhancing the quality of my father's life...at a time when he needed it most.

My experience as a visitor at Auberge was great, pleasant environment, great people who work here, my client was very happy to stay there with her husband, nice place, cannot say more, you should try to visiting and decide if that’s a good place for your loved ones, but for me, it’s been an unforgettable experience, I wish there will be more places well maintained like this!

The staff was very helpful, educational and sensitive to the needs of our Dad as we were going through the selection process. Their approach to working with each resident seems much more customized to the needs of our Dad than were the approaches to patient care at other facilities we researched and toured. The facility and individual resident rooms also were more comfortable and welcoming.

My grandfather had to be moved into a memory care facility at moment's notice for respite care. The staff at Auberge moved within minutes to get a room ready and make it a comfortable, smooth transition. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Auberge staff have been extremely transparent and communicating often. A great experience!
