A Place Where Dignity and Love Are the Standard When we began the difficult search for memory care for my mother, my wife and I braced ourselves for the worst ” sterile hallways, overwhelmed staff, and a loved one who felt forgotten. What we found at Belmont Village was the complete opposite, and I want other families to know it. We owe a huge thanks to Michelle Chapman for helping us understand the value of what this communit brings vs. others. From the moment you walk through the door, something feels different. The staff/team is exceptional as they greet residents by name ” not just their name, but with a warmth that tells you they actually know these people. They know my Mom, how she likes her coffee and toast, and ensuring that she goes to meals and gets her medicine on time. My Mother lights up about how they have gotten to know her and how they make her feel comfortable. She tells me every time I see her, how happy she is to be in Belmont, and she now considers it her home. That kind of attention isn't trained; it's cultivated in a culture that genuinely values every person in their care. The memory care program itself is thoughtfully designed. Activities aren't just ways to fill hours ” they're chosen to spark connection, memory, and joy. I have been able to watched my mother participate in music sessions, gentle exercise, and reminiscence programs that have brought back smiles we hadn't seen in years. The team clearly understands that even as cognitive abilities change, the person remains, and they treat her accordingly. What has impressed us most is the communication. We are never left wondering. Staff reach out proactively, answer questions without impatience, and treat our family as partners in her care. When there's a hard day, we hear about it honestly and compassionately ” and we hear what they did to help. The environment itself is calm, safe, and warm. It doesn't feel like a facility. It feels like a home where people are watched over with genuine affection. A Place That Truly Became Family: Belmont Village Buckhead deserves far more than five stars. The staff here are some of the most compassionate, dedicated, and loving people I have ever met. They cared for both of my parents as if they were their own family, and I will be forever grateful. My dad lived at Belmont for over two years as he navigated dementia, and my mom moved into assisted living so she could be close to him and support him. She was ten years younger, highly independent, and full of life. The staff embraced them both immediately”and wholeheartedly. When my dad passed away from dementia on November 17, 2025, the outpouring of love from the Belmont team was overwhelming. And when my mom suddenly suffered a stroke just weeks later and was hospitalized, five Belmont staff”three nurses and two program managers”visited her in the hospital during the week she was there. Their presence was deeply touching, and something I will never forget. The Executive Director has been by our side since the moment my parents moved in over two and a half years ago. She always told us we were like family”and I genuinely believe she meant it. The love, patience, and dignity they showed my parents in their last years was extraordinary. And the love my parents gave back to them was equally beautiful to witness. Even our sweet golden doodle, Bailey Button Twinkle Toes, became part of the Belmont family. She arrived with my parents during the pandemic and quickly became the Belmont mascot. Staff”and even residents who didn’t typically like dogs”fell in love with her gentle, calming presence. I will continue bringing Bailey back often to visit the many people who adored her. Belmont Village didn’t just care for my parents”they created a home for all of us. I will keep returning, because this community became part of my heart. Thank you, Belmont Village Buckhead, for making my parents’ final years as meaningful, safe, and loving as they could possibly be. I am forever indebted to you.

My family just went on a tour for my dad and how they made us all feel was amazing. The community was so clean and such beautiful apartments, it has everything we need! They really are different than most assisted living communities! They are well known and we all felt like family. We were able to have lunch there and the food was amazing and they had live music for the residents! You must go visit them. The tour was super informative.

We moved my dad to Belmont after having a not so great experience somewhere else. Belmont has been a breath of fresh air. It's everything you'd want for your loved one and then some. You'd expect this level of care everywhere but unfortunately it's not. My dad has been so happy at Belmont and keeps saying how thankful he is we moved him here. The staff is always so warm and welcoming and they do a lot of fun activities. I can't thank Belmont enough for embracing my dad into their community.

Ever since Belmont Village Buckhead has been around I have had many clients thru my home care agency, Eldercare Companions, live there. Across the board, the environment is friendly, fun, professional and clean with a warm-homestyle atmosphere. The staff is caring and stays on top of everything happening with the residents. There are 24/7 nurses available. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Belmont Village Buckhead for your loved ones!

Big shout out to everyone at Belmont Village in Buckhead! They took care of my aging father for over a year and it was always a pleasant place to walk into. The staff is truly amazing across the board. They know who you are, they know your loved one, they are kind and pleasant toward each other and always help when needed. It may not be the biggest physical plant, but in my opinion that's a plus. It is always amazingly clean which I have learned is unusual for senior living communities. Do not hesitate to bring in your loved one- the staff here will take care of them in a safe and pleasant manner.

My husband was in memory care here until his passing. I researched and toured many places in Buckhead and chose Belmont Village. Their memory care environment is excellent”activities, music, art”so that any level can be involved. The staff and nurses are caring and any questions or concerns I had were answered or handled. There is in-house PT. The food and snacks are abundant and healthy. The building is clean and comfortable. My entire family was very happy with Belmont. I had total peace of mind that my husband was treated well and living the best life he could!

All the staff was very kind. I observe how they interact with the residents, they were patient and treated the elderly with the utmost respect. My friend talks about how good the food is. I seeing a large group of elderly people doing improv. I thought to myself what a nice place to be to get assistance and have a dignified life.

Yesterday’s early Thanksgiving dinner event with family members was really well done! The food was great, every resident looked fantastic and obviously felt fantastic (lots of smiles and happiness!), and the entertainment was on-point! The decorations (tables, etc) were awesome too! A big thank you to all the staff who clearly busted their butts yesterday to make it a great event and who obviously care so much for their residents!!

The fee that they charge is very pricey they have no activity for Memory Care on the weekend they just sit around stare out in a daze for the amount of money that they're paying . family should can check on that family's more often in any facilitate the more you check in the better their service is going to be because they know they have to perform Excellency there so if you have family member and any facility Assisted Living Memory Care anywhere go and check on your family

I had to quickly place my father in memory care and they were so helpful and caring during that though time. They were also super helpful with his diet as we had many concerns, allergies, and diet changes that they were able to accommodate. They have taken great care of my dad.

Belmont Village Buckhead is a wonderful place. The staff understands the residents and treats them with patience and kindness, and the management is very professional and responsive. Belmont Village Buckhead has an amazing program called Circle of Friends that provides mental stimulation. There are outings and activities. The rooms are cleaned by staff who take pride in what they do, the food is good thanks to chef Ray, and anything mechanical that needs attention gets engineer Tim's fast response. Cozy, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend. Special thanks to concierge Louise.

Someone shared that Belmont lacks an understanding and appreciation of people with Alzheimer's and other dementias. That is not my experience at all! My mother has been there a year now and I visit almost daily. What I see is a staff that goes above and beyond working extremely hard to provide personal care 24x7. Whatever the staff may lack in expertise, the facility more than makes up for with heart. Additionally, having a psychiatric doctor in immediate reach who has years of experience in this arena of dementias is a huge plus. He has shown amazing care and concern for all the patients, including my mother. She has an HMO that wouldn't allow us to see him, but he made accommodations. In this day and age, who does that? Belmont may not be perfect, but everything I have witnessed them do over the past year has instilled trust in me and that is what counts.
