This is an excellent facility at Brookdale at Cypress Station. I can’t say enough good words about the people here in the dementia area and also in the the front area of the facility as well, everyone works together very well, and Felicia is more than fantastic. She is right there on top of everything very energetic, very entertaining very loving to my husband and all the other people in this facility in the memory care area she is top-notch. We ran a dental office for 50 years and I must tell you we would’ve hired her in a second not only that we’ve been through so much with older people cause we’re 79 and 92 and been to so many facilities that you are top of the list of everything we’ve ever seen. Everyone is just fantastic in this group. There’s quite a number of them. You never have to wait. They’re right there if you need them they’re very polite. They’re very loving. You can hug them. They hug back. The food is delicious. Wow there’s a lot of entertainment to keep you busy and good for the memory and we both appreciate that and so does our son and daughter-in-law, John and Kristen . They said the same thing about this facility. We have not ever had a bad experience at all nothing but positivity hundred percent in the patients that are here also are very interactive with us and other people and also with the staff it’s like a big family here and I appreciate that because I’ve been married to Walter Gerald for 33 years almost He’s gonna be 93 in September. I’m happy to say that if he does live out the rest of his life here I know he’s safe. He is taken care of very well and he likes to place a whole lot and enjoys everything so I wanted to put in some good words, but Felicia is absolutely Wonderful in the whole group is really good. beware of this place is the worst place that you can put your parents on it , they dont care about the residents at all they get abuse all the time they hire not professionals care giver, they yell to the residents they throw them on the bed, they dont like to give them showers most of there employees are ghetto they smell like marihuana most all the time, is not mutual respect between employees is a lot off racist between the managers against latino personel specially [name removed] she prefer black people against Hispanic employees and them comes her little Tasmanian Salvadorean friend [name removed] she talk bad about all her corworkers at work telling them that they smell like Nicaraguans she act like a gang person at work she dont listen to the resident when they ask them for something she said that she dont give a crab about the residents and she all way complains she never makes enought there so thats the reason she dont care about the residents, and the sad of the story is that the chef her boss in the kitchen [name removed] let her side that actitud of her like they are real buddies they you to call her in park manor the snakes because they all ways talk bad about employees, is sad that the kitchen manager knows all this stuff and let it slide, she dont care about the residents either because she always give them the same menu every week potatoes for each meal instead of had a various choices of menu she put the same proteins all the time dont like to buy condiments, to cook dont look for other options for the residents to eat, tell me do you would like your parents suffer like that, in a place that you paid so much for a good service for you parent, this place is short of personnel, that the reason they have a lot residents falling from the bed because they dont check them, there personel always in the kitchen playing around like little kids even the manager in the front to is the most nonprofessional place ever i ever seen, if you love your parents dont let them stay here they get abuse a lot

Thanks to the entire staff of Brookdale Cypress Station Assisted Living for taking such great care of us. They had the generators going for a/c and power the entire time. The elevators weren't able to run, so they had to carry meals for everyone on floors 2 and 3 up the stairs. Brookdale kept the families of the residents updated on the progress of the power issue to let the families of residents know we were safe and doing well. Thank you Brookdale!

My husband and I moved to Brookdale Cypress Station 5 months ago and we couldn't be happier. At 83 and 76 with mobility issues, we realized it was time to seek help, and we found the perfect place for us. Staff is excellent, activities varied, our apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the meals are delicious. Thanks to everyone here at our new home.

My mom was a resident at Brookdale Cypress Station. I'm an elected official and I am very picky. I was my mother's care-taker. She lived with me and when she decided she wanted to be more independent - I began doing research looking for independent senior living residences. Someone recommended Brookdale Cypress Station and I was quite impressed with the location. The facility and grounds are well-kept and beautiful. The staff is courteous. My mom was happy there, so that made me happy. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place for mom or dad to check out this facility. It will be well worth your time. My mother was a resident at Brookdale for 3 years until her recent passing. I can't say enough about the excellent care she received while living at Brookdale Cypress Station. Every member of the staff are caring, loving & treat the residents with the dignity they so richly deserve. Not only is the care that is provided exceptional but there are very positive interactions between staff & residents, fun games & special occasion events to keep the residents engaged. Recently my 93 and 88 year old parents had a two month stay at Brookdale Cypress Station. Overall they were very satisfied with the care they received. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. Even the general manager knew both my parents by name. I would certainly recommend them to anyone else needing assisted living care.

I dont know where to begin so I will start with the receptionist who was the absolute BEST the staff was so friendly everyone who passed by spoke as I was filling out my app. But wait what move me and was so impressive to me The Red Hatters was the cutest thing ever! Seeing the activity director engaging with the residents explaining why she had on a pink hat I remember the words clearly so beautifully spoken she said the reason why I dont have on a red hat its because I am a red Hatter in training... I left there feeling like WOW! this is a place I would want my mom and dad to be...

My mother has been here for 7 months. She has been in 3 different homes in three states so we have seen a few. This is by far the best one. The staff all know her by name and are very friendly and caring. I cant say enough nice things about Brookdale.

Aja P. was like a guardian angel. Living 350 miles away from our dad and trying to figure out the puzzle of looking for the best care & assisted living facilities was a big challenge. Ms. Aja treated my family and me with the utmost of respect and made us feel like we received VIP treatment. Not only did she go out of her way to get to know Dad, she has still not stopped communicating with us to see how else she might be able to help. I cant say enough good things about our treatment from Aja and the Brookdale Cypress Station staff.

Im very pleased with the caretakers and especially the activity director Felicia Keith. Felicia has a natural gift for interacting with the residents and making everyday events look pretty and fun for the residents. My mom loves it there. What my family is not pleased with is the male resident who comes into my moms room, closes the door and visits with her sitting on her bed.
