My mother is now living at Charter Senior Living. She lives about 2 hours from me and wanted to continue to live in her hometown. I visited and placed my mom's name on availability call list. I was well updated when apartments became available. My mom moved in recently. I can see the change in her already. And for me, I know she is safe, needs being met and socializing with others. My mom raised a nurse and a case manager. I see what this move has done for her. I am most pleased and appreciative of the staff and how they look after my mom. Thank you Charter Senior Living.

Charter seemed great and if my mom had had longer to live we would have moved her to Charter in a heartbeat. She chose instead to go back to her house with hospice. We loved the room, the closets and especially the courtyards at Charter. Everyone we talked to there was amazing. I highly recommend Charter if you are looking for an Assisted Living facility.

My dad has been a resident for almost a year. Charter and its employees have definitely put my mind at ease. I don't live close by so knowing they are there for my dad is a huge relief. They also have many activities during the day...a little something for everyone.

My Aunt Irene Harper was a resident at Morningside for a short period of time but the staff, employees and other residents were very good to her. She really enjoyed her stay there. We felt confident that she was very well cared for. We are just so sorry that she did not have longer to enjoy her stay there. Although, we do know she is in a better place and resting in peace now, it is still so sad to be without her. Thank you all for the love and care you showed our precious Aunt.

Morningside of Jackson has been so helpful in the transition of our parents from home to Morningside of Jackson! When we booked the lunch and tour, every staff member greeted us and gave glowing recommendations. During lunch, 3 different residents came to our table and introduced themselves and told us how much they love Morningside and how long they have been there. Before the end of the meal, Daddy had decided to move to Morningside. Mother and Daddy have 3 delicious meals per day, laundry, apartment cleaning, assistance and personal care. We no longer need to worry about their medicine or groceries, it is all taken care of at Morningside. Thank you, Ruthys Son, for telling us about Morningside of Jackson!

My mother is happy and content, and I am never concerned about her well-being at Morningside. She lives in the Bridge wing for residents with memory issues, and the staff there is kind and compassionate. Our familys experience with Morningside has been positive, and this includes the administration, nurses and staff.

A great place! Only one request...I would like to see a suitable, prepared place for residents to be able to sit down while receiving a call. At the present, they usually have to stand at the nurses station. Other than that, I have been pleased.
