I surely hope residents and their families are treated more professionally than vendors by this business. I have repeatedly left phone messages and sent emails requesting responses only to receive NO response whatsoever...this gives the impression of being ignored and disrespected. I realize that I am not providing this business the money their residents and families do, but I expect courtesy and professionalism including timely responses to my inquiries. Greatly disappointing.

While I work with many communities across San Antonio, Adante Senior Living consistently stands out. From a professional perspective, it’s one of the communities I feel confident recommending to families. The environment is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the level of care and attention residents receive. Brenda Harper is a big part of what makes Adante so special. I’ve been visiting Adante Memory Care Pathways and I’m impressed! They have a beautiful atmosphere and the residents look so happy and well taken care of. All the workers in this section are fantastic and caring. It’s clean and doesn’t smell. It’s always a joy to visit this unit. Keep up the amazing job.

What a wonderful home for my mom to enjoy her senior years!! Staff is well trained and very personable. Building is more of a home inside, with just lots of friends gathered. No stress, tons of positive attitudes. Being a Healthcare provider, I can not tell you just how incredible and refreshing these team members are. This should be the goal that all facilities should attain to. Check them out. You will be glad that you did.

I would like to say thank you to the amazing staff at pathways. My mother was there for 5 years. There were many changes in administration which were not helpful, but the staff was consistent, kind, loving, and very caring to my mother and to her family as we danced this confusing dance of dementia. In particular thank you to Farrah, who has great instincts, is honest and helpful to residents and family members alike.

It’s not easy finding a place where you feel your loved one is truly cared for, not just medically, but emotionally and personally. This team is amazing! Farrah, the Pathways Director, is always a pleasure to work with. She’s got this calm, confident way of handling things that instantly puts you at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares and leads her team with heart and purpose. Nichole and Gayle, the Nursing Directors, are organized and provide thoughtful care. They’re sharp, responsive, and always on top of things. Whether it’s a quick update or a deeper conversation about care, they make time and make it matter. Their compassion shows in everything they do. The whole Pathways crew deserves credit”they treat residents like family and bring a sense of warmth and dignity to every interaction. Very nice place! We attended a bingo night at Adante, but not like any other bingo I’ve ever been to. All the residents were engaged & having a good time together, there were plenty of snacks for everyone to enjoy & even a raffle for some fun prizes! Thank you to the amazing team at adante!

Everyone here at Adante Assisted Living has been so kind to my mother! She is 101 and has memory issues, but we didn’t feel she needed memory care at this time. Because they will tailor the level of care she needs, this has been right for her and for us. It’s safe and comfortable, which has resulted in her becoming much more mobile and physically active. The staff know her and her habits well and have been very accommodating. I highly recommend Adante Assisted Living!

Life at Adante is nothing short of amazing!! The dedication and passion from all staff starting from your first interaction with concierges, caregivers, dining room staff, drivers, and Adantes Executive Director (who leads by example daily). Making the decision to place your love one into a senior living community is extremely tuff, but life at Adante makes this decision much more bearable. Visited several senior communities about 2 years ago with a "Senior" friend (88 YO). When we visited Adante, we both were quite impressed and loved it immediately. The price for a one bedroom apartment was the least expensive of all we visited. Our friend decided to go into Adante Independent Living where she has been for two years. The experience during those two years was exceptional (positive, pleasant, beautiful, good food, friendly people). Recently our friend reached the point where she needed some extra assistance so we encouraged her to move to Adante Assisted Living - same campus different building. From the beginning, we knew this was an excellent decision. The people at Adante Assisted Living, from the Managing staff to the individual care givers, were MORE than kind and accommodating. To give a rating of 5 stars is NOT enough. The attention to our friend has been over and above expectations! She is currently getting settled in and getting ready for their beautiful Candlelight Christmas Dinner with the "assistance" of the Adante Staff. Did I say "Over and Above?" You bet!!

I visited this beautiful facility to see if it would be a good spot for my mom. Mindy and Diane were fantastic to deal with. They were knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. It turns out my mom needs more care than any assisted living facility provides. That’s too bad because I’d love to spoil her with the deluxe amenities and friendly staff at Adante. The food in the dining room also smelled terrific. Too bad, my search continues. If it’s a fit for your situation, though, I highly recommend you give them a look.

I have visited Adante in a professional manner since it's inception and have had many clients that lived there over the years. Their care has always been top notch and my clients have only had positive experiences. I have visited all 3 areas regularly on and off and their reputation stays strong. They also provided a regular meeting space for the local social work organization! I definitely would and have recommended Adante for any level of care!
