Unfortunately, this was not the right place for my dad, but I was blown away by the kindness shown from the Director, Kim, as my mom and I arrived on a Sunday, unannounced, in a panic to find a place for my dad. She was very calm, encouraging and took time to help us even when she knew Ambiance was not the right place for his needs.

As a hired caregiver, I have seen my share of facilities. I was hired over the Easter weekend to visit my clients mother who resides on the memory care unit. Pros: They were fully staffed! The staff were busy, accessible and visible at all times. The food was hot and smelled very flavorful. The toast was high quality and had nice jam on it. My client was served juice and water. And I saw a hydration and snack cart each day. My clients room was very clean. Genevieve (Sunday) and Natasha (worked both Saturday and Sunday) were incredibly attentive and helpful.

Visited several memory care facilities in the Orlando area to find the best fit for my Aunt. Fell in love with the renovated building, care givers and services offered. Brooke was extremely resourceful and supportive, working to alleviate the stress and anguish associated with transitioning your loved one into care. My aunt is already participating in activities, dancing to music and looking forward to the off-site field trips. In addition, her medical care has substantially improved now that she gets routine regular visits. I highly recommend taking a tour.

All I can say is go see for yourself. The place is amazing. It smells great. It’s clean all of them patients that they’re caring for are well groomed and clean. Nobody seems to be sad or down and this is the memory care unit of the facility I can’t rave enough about this place, five star quality meals are excellent. Brooke is the greatest salesperson/Director I’ve encountered and I’ve been through many facilities. Her attentiveness to her professionalism, her kindness following through to make sure that everything that my family member needed was received. She worked so hard to make sure that all of our needs were met, and my family walked away, comfortable, knowing that we made the right choice thank you thank you thank you, the staff is so warm and welcoming. I wanna let them know that if I could give them more than five stars, I definitely would that’s a 10 star facility.

I placed my uncle at this location in memory care unit and I can honestly say Sheila and Ms Brooke are exceptional. I’ve never seen such a wonderful director of nursing and a professional sales and marketing director. Follow through information quality everything about this place was great. My uncle is so happy, the staff is great Pleasant, very courteous, and all very welcoming. I commend them for all of their hard work, dedication and diligence. We were able to get my uncle placed, comfortable and situated less than two weeks. I am overjoyed and highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have been to several communities and this one by far has the best staff and brand new. Brooke Haygood made me feel so comfortable and was so caring and informative. My aunt is super happy and we are so thankful for such an easy process. Highly recommend

After looking at several different memory care facilities, I decided on Ambiance of Maitland for my mother. Transitioning mom from her home of 42 years into a long term facility has truly been the most difficult decision of my life. Everyone (management, staff and maintenance, etc. have shown care, comfort and kindness to me and my mother. Brooke Haygood has been a huge help in this transition. Her professionalism and knowledge of memory care has been outstanding. I know now I definitely made a good choice in choosing Ambiance.

So glad we picked Savannah Grand! The new management team is outstanding! My mom is in the assisted living and my dad is in the memory care. It is so nice that she can go be with him any time but isn't having to do all the care for him. She tells me every day about how much they are both involved in. I love seeing pictures of them on their Facebook page! It is so reassuring to my whole family to know that they are both doing so well there. Thank you for all you do every day!

So many great things to say about Savannah Grand and the Cottages memory care!! From the first visit with Stacey, understanding my dad’s needs, Her knowledge in this field really eased our minds when making the decision of which community would benefit dad the most. The memory Cottage has a very homey feeling. The entire medical care team is always interacting with the residents and very hands on. Everyone knows everyone’s names, as well as what they like and so much more about them personally. **this was very important to us that there was stimulation and activity throughout the day and this community does an amazing job!! I could go on believe me! We are so thankful to have found this community for my dad. The team has given us so much peace in knowing my dads being treated like family! Truly Blessed to have Such a Great Team of people there!

I went to look at the property and loved it! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Tour was really great and Tammy was very informative in what steps I should be taking in this process. Once my auntie is settled in I will post some pictures. Highly recommend it!

Our 93-year old Mom spent over a year at Indigo Palms and it is with great sadness that we are having to move her due to no fault of Indigo Palms...she now needs the more advanced care of a Nursing Home. Mom and our family loved the people at Indigo Palms...it become her home. We hope she will be able to return to Indigo Palms in a few months if her strength improves as she was happy there and we felt it was the best place for her. We realize her age and health is not what is was but we appreciated the loving care and attention she was given there...and hope we can get her back soon. Thank you to all the team at Indigo Palms who work so hard to take care of the residents there. It is deeply appreciated, from Carolyn & John
