Top notch facility. Brycen was very responsive to all questions and helped us arrange a respite stay for my mom for a rehab. Questions were answered and the intake process was solid. The facility itself is private, peaceful and organized. This is exactly the kind of place I would want a family member for a longer term stay. From the moment we made our first contact with The Windsor staff, it was a great experience. Carmen was wonderful as our initial point of contact to show us the facility, explain the care, activities, etc. Move-in day was good, staff was attentive to the residents, food was excellent (our loved one put on several extra pounds due to the delicious and well-balanced diet), room was kept clean, activities are good and keep residents engaged, the staff is very caring and loving to residents. I cannot say enough positive things at The Windsor on San Pablo "Reflections Community".

Theresa is hands down the most helpful Resident Director I have ever encountered; she makes everything seamless and ensures residents and families feel supported. Jason, the Maintenance Director, keeps this the cleanest Assisted Living Facility I have ever been in ” it’s spotless and so well cared for. Kita and Christina are constantly making sure everything is fresh and comfortable for Mom, and Jordan is simply wonderful at night, bringing peace of mind that our loved one is cared for around the clock. It’s rare to find a place where every single staff member contributes to an environment that feels not only safe but also like home. I do NOT recommend putting your loved ones into the Reflections Memory Care unit. There are NOT 24/7 nurses or healthcare for your loved ones if something was to occur between 8 PM-6 AM EST the next morning....NO NURSES FOR MEMORY CARE AT NIGHT. They are losing nurses and caregivers all the time because they treat them so poorly (I spoke to one of the tenured caregivers last night, who is just waiting for another position to move to at Beachhouse, Fleet's Landing or Tamaya Assisted Living (brand new). They neglect to give my mother even ONE shower per weak. It is heartbreaking to see my mother who has a PH.D. and is suffering with Alzheimer's treated so poorly. I spend an additional HOUR cleaning my mother's room, changing her sheets (which apparently these duties have now shifted to me from "the Windsor employee contractual duties." There is feces on her bathroom floor (so no mopping is being done). She is not given showers on a consistent basis. I have had 2 in-person meetings with the Director and Director of Healthcare and NOTHING HAS CHANGED. My mother has been a resident for almost 3 years and she deserves to be treated with integrity, kindness, consistency for her bathing and sheet changing. Noone is checking on your loved one. The Memory Care at The Windsor on San Pablo typically only has 2 caregivers taking care of all of the residents (in Reflections/Memory Care) which is very UNACCEPTABLE. I am fortunate that I was able to relocate my mother to Jacksonville (where I live) from Destin, Florida where I grew up and my mother was the Director of Psychological Services for all public and private schools within Okaloosa County (almst 30 years). I felt the need to FOREWARN YOU before you move your loved one suffering Dementia or Alzheimer's into this Memory Care at The Windsor on San Pablo, where [name removed] is the overall director of the facility. They do not try, they do not respect, nor do they carry out their contractually mandated and signed duties for your elder relative in the Memory Care area.

My 93 year old mother has been at The Windsor, assisted living, for about 5 months now, and has adjusted quite nicely despite our trepidations and fears (I cried the first day thinking we had made a big mistake) but due to the outstanding staff and constant activities offered, my mom has not only adjusted, she is happy and thriving! She knows there are people who care about her here, (excellent activities director, and staff who run the activities thank you Latonya, Kim and Elizabeth- who all go above and beyond for all of the residents at the Windsor. My mom really enjoys socializing with her friends at meal times and varying activities and loves the fact that she doesn’t have to drive anywhere - as The Windsor offers everything in-house - hair Salon, Dr. visits, physical and occupational therapy, etc. The atmosphere is like HOME at the Windsor! I never thought I’d be this happy. My tears have turned to JOY! Thank you to all of the employees at the Windsor! Oh, and I can’t forget Kenya and Marquita, who not only clean my mom’s apartment, but have taken a special interest in getting to know my mom which makes such a difference!! The Windsor is truly a SPECIAL place for seniors who want to live in a beautiful environment, with lovely people surrounding them !

My mom is currently living in the assisted living facility. The facility is a 5 star. The medical staff is not. I had to find my mom in her room in a diabetic coma. Since this happened and we discussed it with the director and the nurse is now checking her blood sugar daily. I am sure my mother is not the only diabetic living there. Also the restaurant should have better no sugar added choices for all residents.

The Windsor at San Pablo is a beautiful senior living facility. I helped an elderly friend to relocate there and everyone, residents and staff, went out of their way to make her feel welcome. The staff members are very friendly and always ready to help. The Windsor also offers a great variety of activities for the residents to enjoy on a daily basis and their special events are exceptional.

Facility is well maintained but the dining room is extremely under staffed! Schedule 1 server to get drinks, soup and all orders for all the residents is absolutely ridiculous. Restaurants dont even do that! Takes about 45 minutes on average for the residents to be served drinks and soup. Laundry is rarely done on weekends so I have had to do it for the resident I visit. Med Techs do a great job as well as the nurses but the house keeping and meal parts of the facility is significantly lacking.

On his first day my dad had the biggest smile on his face and kept saying it was really a nice place. It's never an easy thing, but, my mom and I are so pleased and know he is being taken care of!!!

I can’t say enough about the seasoned sales rep Brycen Gadd at The Windsor at San Pablo. All other staff have been likewise welcoming too. Brycen is friendly, knowledgeable and put no sales pressure on us. He simply educated us as we explored his facility’s advantages, which are many. We are in the midst of critical decisions on behalf of our independent 90-yr-old father, who is making an unexpected transition after a fall and broken hip. Where he once lived alone, now we are looking for compassionate, trained staff and physical therapists, a pleasant setting, delicious meals, and activities to re-engage him and support his desire to continue living with dignity and preserve his privacy. The Windsor at San Pablo came highly recommended by a family friend who knew of satisfied residents, and we have been truly impressed with the accommodations of the facility itself. The floor plans are well designed for the elderly and I love the high ceilings which make the one-bedrooms feel more spacious and luxurious. The atrium window views are lovely and peaceful as well. If they had not accepted my father’s pet, that would have been a dealbreaker because his cat is such a comfort for him. There is a physical therapist team on location, as well as a spa for cuts and massages. I like the offering of levels of care which can be tailored to the resident and modified as they may improve with PT or decline with illness. They have all sorts of activities scheduled to enrich their lives from a movie theatre to a gourmet demonstration kitchen to yoga to Bingo and UNO. We put our deposit down on my father’s apartment today! I could have waited on this review until I could comment on my father’s experience as a resident, but I have great confidence that it will be excellent and wanted to post in the event I can help someone also at this initial stage of decision-making with the emotional weight making it even harder. I recommend you call for a tour and take a look!

My parent has been at The Windsor at San Pablo for several years now, making the transition from assisted living to their Reflections unit (memory care). The care provided has been outstanding. During my dad's decline, it has been a partnership in his care and in the decision to provide him with more oversight in Reflections. I have been particularly happy with the protection provided during the recent COVID-19 virus. While I missed seeing my dad regularly, I felt very happy with the processes put into place to keep the residents safe. I've been very happy with the decision to choose The Windsor for my dad's care.

My sister, SONDRA Sharp basically said it all!! But I had a bad fall, surgery...! And when I started to get back in the swing of things, All the staff that I already knew (all ), LOL, they were so welcoming to me , I was almost embarrassed... BUT, it’s like family! We LOVE all the Activities & have made them part of our family activities Really, I’d hate for families not to think it’s for all... it is and we enjoy all of it!! The Windsor definitely is where mom is safe & happy!! Going to pick mom up soon!! Even in Reflections, if able- they can still certainly go off with family! Thankyou to all at The Windsor!! Windsor staff members work as a caring team and communicate with us as well as each other as to my mom's needs and progress. All are very pleasant and respectful. After just over a week of being there, the Wellness Director/ Physical Therapist had her making strides she hadn't reached in many months. The Occupational Therapist assessed her needs right away as well and made helpful suggestions to insure her safety. Plus the aids don't leave her in bed all day- they happily assist and encourage her as needed and take her down to socialize and eat. Another huge point is she likes the food! Windsor at San Pablo is an answer to prayers.

I have had the pleasure of visiting The Windsor at San Pablo for 3 consecutive public city elections and I have been nothing but amazed at the staff and facilities all 3 times. First, when you arrive at The Windsor their curb side and parking lot appeal's attention to detail is manicured to the likes of a famous golf course. Secondly, upon walking in their doors you are warmly greeted by staff from all positions of their operational and sales team which says alot of the management company. Thirdly, this is an assisted living facility for senior citizens and the team at this property goes above and beyond for their residents and you can tell they really enjoy making their residents feel like they are at home. I work in the hospitality sector of hotels in the food and beverage department and notice geniune service and I pay very close attention to details when it comes to making people feel at home when they are away from home and The Windsor at San Pablo in my opinion, has exceeded all of and any of my expectations for an assisted living facility by being clean and a cutting edge model in their arena of service to the senior citizens. After interviewing several facilities in the area I discovered the Windsor and decided to check it out. It must have been destiny because without an appointment I was immediately welcomed by the friendly staff and was connected with Alissa Searcy, the Sales Director. Alissa loves what she does and puts her whole heart into her work and has a sincere passion for veterans. My Mom is a WWII Navy veteran and worked on our fighter planes as a "Rosie the Riveter" during the war effort. Alissa immediately embraced my Mother and and honored her for her service to our country. My Mother has been at the Windsor for over a year and a half now and is very happy, enjoying her independence and socializing with the many friends she's made playing Bingo every day and participating in the many musical events and other Windsor activities offered. The Windsor of San Pablo is a perfect match for my Mother giving her a daily sense of community and extended family!

I love this Windsor! Once upon a corporate life, I sold medical products to Long-term Care facilities in several states. I think I've been to more than 100 facilities over the years. When I was faced with bringing my mother to a place to call a new home, I was overwhelmed. When I reached out, I was overloaded with calls and emails. However one contact stood out from the pack. That "change maker" was Alyssa from Windsor. She made the difference. The facility is as beautiful as a nice hotel , is only 2 years old, and the food is fantastic! However Alyssa's experience and heart made the difference to me. I live 18 hours from Jacksonville and my brother lives 5 hours away. We cannot visit daily. We were looking for a conservative and , yet, beautiful home to care for mom. We found one. Windsor, Windsor Staff, and Windsor families, we are part of your family now. And my brother and I , and our families are thankful to you for taking care of our Mom.
