My friend is memory care at Hudson Grande. Bridget is the director of memory who I couldn’t be anymore happier with. She runs a tight ship with the staff. The staff is respectful, friendly and supportive with the residents. If you have any questions or need anything, Bridget is always available to chat with. She plans activities and outings for the residents and keeps them busy. Thumbs up to Bridget and the memory care unit.:) I recommend Hudson Grande for your loved one.

My mother is in the Memory care unit. Prior to coming to Hudson Grande she was not thriving and really living . She has become returned to being a vibrant person since moving to Hudson Grande. She is consistently engaged in fun activities and there is a very real sense of community. I have been to a lot of extended care facilities and none of them are so home-like, clean, and staffed with such caring and just nice people.!

My mom likes living here. They have a beautiful interior and they take her places, and provide many different kinds of activities. The guests have nice shady outdoor patios and reception area for family visits that we enjoy. We know that their food service supervisor also continues to up their game in terms of health. Look at this place if you are in need!

It was a lovely facility enjoyed meeting the staff and watching the staff interaction with residence. A visitor stopped by and asked us if we had any questions. They would be happy to also answer them. They were so pleased with the service they were receiving.

I have been impressed from the beginning of my interactions with Hudson Grande staff” especially Amy and Kelce, who without fail exhibited excellent listening skills remembering and linking to previous conversations and providing thoughtful input and reflections. Over a series of conversations it became clear to me the end goal at Hudson Grande was less to get a new resident but rather to make sure my husband in this case was placed in an environment that worked for him. The balance of heart and business was remarkable. While both are important staff at Hudson Grande know that heart will trump business when the two are at odds. Many thanks for all you have done.

I was lucky to tour Hudson Grande because I got to meet Kelsey and Amy. Very inviting, warm, with large open area, and lots of light. The fit was not for my sister, we needed closer to home.

My father was at the Hudson Grande facility for over a year and the staff could not have been better! From the nurses to the hospice care team and all the caregivers. He ate well and enjoyed the company within the facility and made many friends. It was money well spent and much more affordable than 24-hour in home care. I found The Hudson Grande to be the very caring and secure place my husband needed for his Memory Care The employees were very nice and the communication amongst the nurses was good. I highly recommend this Nursing Facility.

We moved my then 100 year old mom (and still living on her own) to Hudson Grande in February 2020 and in just a couple weeks, it and everywhere went into the Covid lockdown. We weren’t able to actually go in for another 96 days, but they made window visits and other opportunities available during that period and all others that followed to make sure we stayed connected We got to know all those who worked there in all capacities since we were there almost daily. My mom gradually needed to make the move to Memory Care and the tight knit family there. She recently passed away at 103 1/2 and we will always remember all the love and kindness she received.

We looked at a number of Memory Care options in the Greater Cleveland area. Hudson Grande was the clear choice. Of course, you never really know until some time has passed. Time has passed and I still feel the choice was an excellent one. The facilities are fantastic. The staff is very involved and seem to genuinely care about the residents. I often joke with Mom that she lives on a Cruise Ship. While nobody really wants to need a long term care facility, Hudson Grande makes a difficult situation as pleasant as it could be.

Hudson Grande was recommended to us by a trusted neighbor for placing our loved one with memory care needs. The staff is outstanding with respect to care and consideration, physical and occupational therapy are available on site, there is always plentiful food available, and many fun, inclusive activities are optional. We are very thankful that we are part of the Hudson Grande family and look forward to our visits. The staff is so attentive to the residents. They always have some kind of activity going on, and the food looks like 5 star Restaurant meals. If and when I would need assisted living, Hudson Grande would be my choice.

Six months ago, we walked in and met with Anne and toured with Katie and Deborah; we knew Hudson Grande would be the perfect fit for my mother at that moment. Cheryl and Cindi assured us that moms new home would provide her dignity and respect, and everyone there works to be very inclusive. I'm a regular there, visiting mom often, and I must applaud all her nurses and caretakers who treat her as one of their family members. From therapy, activities, grooming, dining, and general housekeeping, mom, stays active and engaged. I have peace of mind knowing that mom has extra advocates who question, communicate and act about her ongoing care and needs. Thank you to the entire team in memory care for your continued support and expertise. I would highly recommend Hudson Grande!

My parents moved into Hudson Grande 4 years ago, and I don't know how we would've gotten through this challenging time in their lives without the incredible care, guidance, support and comfort we've experienced from Hudson Grande and their entire staff throughout this time. They not only took excellent care of my dad right up to his passing last year, but his final years were full of much enjoyment in the many relationships he formed with both residents and staff. Since his passing, Hudson Grande has also been tremendous in helping mom deal with this huge adjustment in her life and in constantly letting her know that she is safe, cared for and cared about. Dealing with declining parents is certainly one of the more stressful experiences in life. Having committed and exceptional partners like the entire staff at Hudson Grande is truly invaluable in the process, and is something that we'll always remember and be thankful for.

Mom has been at Hudson Grande for 9 months in memory care. The staff are so well trained and so compassionate. They have taken wonderful care and watched over Mom. We could never of given her this care at home. She has been very safe here. I would like to thank all of the staff for everything they have done to make Moms last months comfortable, safe and fun.

When I had to make the decision to transition my mom into Assisted Living, it was extremely stressful. She was getting discharged from a Skilled Nursing Facility and had to leave very quickly due to insurance coverage. I scheduled a tour to 3 different facilities and was able to get into Hudson Grande the day after speaking with the Executive Director. Cheryl, Tracy and Cindi were able to answer all of my questions with a spirit of customer service that was impeccable. As a result, I cancelled the other tours and my mother and I decided that Hudson Grande would be a great fit. Circumstances changed in my mother’s needs and they were able to accommodate her level of care that was required. All the staff I have come into contact with have been kind, professional, and appear to truly care for the individuals in the community. To say I took total control of my mom’s care previously is an understatement until I couldn’t any longer. It is a blessing to be her daughter and let Hudson Grande take over the care giver role. I have a very dear friend who lives here at the Hudson Grande. I am so pleased with the compassion and caring of the employees. It was a difficult choice for the family. But a choice well made. Unsafe alone at home she is loved and cared for by all. I only have good things to say and will recommend Hudson Grande as an option for AL.

4 years ago this month, after visiting every assisted living facility in the area we moved our Father Bobby R. into the Gables of Hudson, now the Hudson Grande. When he first moved in, it was a new experience for all of us, we soon began to feel at home and even Bobby referred it it as "Home" Up to present day, Bobby still lives at the Hudson Grande. Over the years we have seen an honest loving caring staff and management that has exceeded our expectations to the point we all feel like family. My bride and I have unwavering trust and confidence in their caregivers, led by Donna Rowe, that as Bobby has declined they have been there every step of the way to make 100% sure Bobby is treated as an individual with the personal care he requires. They often have get-together s filled with fun, friendship and FANTASTIC food.. If all that is not enough, the chef prepared food and menu at the Hudson Grande is WAYYY ahead of the curve.. IF your visiting other facilities looking for a home for a loved one, do as we did, have a meal at each location, then eat at the Gables and check out their dinning room facility..Remember They have to eat there 3 times a day 7 days a week.. its very important to them.. They offer many activities lead by 2 bubbly energetic activity directors, Katie & Ashley, who we can tell , LOVES what they do and every one of their Grande senior family. My Bride and I sleep very well at night knowing Bobby is in the hands of our " extended" family at the Grande. I can honestly say I would by happy if my bride or myself also called The Hudson Grande Our Home too.

Last week, I stopped by to get information for my Mom. I was graciously greeted by reception and comfortably seated to meet with the Director, Amy. Amy took her time to listen to my needs and when I say listen, I truly mean with the most respectful and genuine interest in providing the best information she could offer. She never rushed me. In fact, she was patient and empathetic. This place is as the name implies, Grand!!! They have a beautiful, clean and dignified solution for aging care. Although I did not tour the complex, I walked away with a sense that if I needed care, this would be a place I could find peace and comfort. What a gem right in Hudson. This place is a must see if looking for Senior living. Thank you Amy and Jordan.

For all contemplating assisted living for your mom or dad, let me give you a head start with Hudson Grande. My experience here was nothing short of complete comfort. The difficulty in making this decision is hard enough. The staff was very friendly, the facility was impeccable, the cost was very reasonable for level of care and location. I want to personally thank Amy Cleary for her continued follow up on the health progress of my mom. This added personal touch was unlike any other facility I have encountered. So if you're looking for a place where you can put your mind at rest - highly recommend Hudson Grande. Thank you for all you have done.
