After observing and interacting with staff and residents during the three days I was getting my Aunt's room set up and getting her settled, I was ready to get my name on a waiting list (several years down the road). Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the residents were in good humor. The care my Aunt has received during her "getting-settled" stage certainly put all of the family at ease. It was wonderful to come visit and find my Aunt socializing with her new-found friends.

All of the staff I met on our tours and meetings were very helpful kind and knowledgeable. I initially spoke to Hannah and she was so kind and answered most of my questions before I asked. The community is lovely without being overwhelming. We were unable to move my father in but I would definitely recommend Westmont Senior Living to anyone looking for a community with a dedicated staff for optimal care for their loved one.

Highly Recommend Westmont Senior Living Westmont Senior Living is a wonderful facility that I highly recommend. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is bright, open, and welcoming. The grounds are beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and inviting environment. The facility itself is exceptionally clean, which is always reassuring. The staff at Westmont is outstanding—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely caring. I especially appreciate working with Hannah, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. We moved our mother to Westmont about a month ago after she had been living alone in her home. After just a couple of days of adjustment, she expressed how happy she is there. She’s engaged in many of the activities, with a particular love for the morning walks, exercise classes, and socializing with friends during meals and events. It’s been wonderful to see her thrive in such a supportive and engaging community. If you’re looking for a senior living facility that offers a positive atmosphere, excellent care, and a strong sense of community, Westmont is a fantastic choice!

Mother was very happy here Kudos to the dining staff who always had her favorite breakfast ready. The medical staff made it a point to keep me up to date with any concerns. They were very observant and on top of her care. I could not be happier with the Med Techs! Although mom passed away, She said that she felt the staff really cared about her and it is a blessing that I saw her feel save and happy in her final year. THANK YOU EVERYONE at Westmont.

This facility is amazing. I don't know where to start. The customer service is remarkable and that may sound silly to Some but unfortunately we live in a society where customer service is a thing of the past however, at this facility it is impeccable. I get greeted with a smile, the ladies that work upfront, show me such care if you are looking to put your loved one in a building that shows love and compassion to your family member this is the place to be. They treat your loved one as if it's their loved one. That's not even discussing the food the activities and they partner up with amazing companies , such as St. Mary's home health, hospice, and pharmacy to come in and do activities with the residence So if you are in a tough spot and you don't know where to put your loved one this is the place to go. The Administrator alone. His name is Eddie phenomenal man and you could tell his employees absolutely adore him.

Westmont of Fresno is a home atmosphere without being formal. The staff are friendly and kind. They greet with good mornings and check to see if they will see you at the next meal seating. Repairs were handled quickly and maintenance staff were willing to help hang the odd piece of art when asked for help. Staff would visit and comment on interesting art or events seen and happening. And the Chef, which means the meals, were excellent, varied and fresh daily. If you need that extra support for those "activities of daily living", do check out Westmont of Fresno, take a walk-about, have lunch or dinner, you'll be glad you gave them a look.

My sister is a resident at Westmont of Fresno. Both of us are so pleased with the facility from the fist walkthru with Thomas in Sales. We have been involved with several assisted living facilities in Fresno area for the last 12 years for both our parents and now my sister. This is by far the most professionally run facility and has the friendliest staff. I have spent 30+ years in management leading staff of all types and am quite picky! The Director Eddie is so hands on and is a great example on how to lead a staff and run an amazing facility. The events are well run and thought out as to different activies for all interests. The food is wonderful with great selections which work well for my sister. She has never been so happy which is I believe what any family member wants for their loved ones. Do not hesitate to check out Westmont.

UPDATE! The follow up we've received is by far the most professional! Not pushy! This has to be because of great management. Thank you Westmont. Although my mother is not a fit for Westmont of Fresno at this time, I know for sure, that when the time comes we will move mom here. The staff that greeted us was friendly, the tour we received made us feel like home, not like a sales pitch. I LOVED how at every meal they have a presentation of what is being served, and the cleanliness of the place is impeccable. If you're looking for an inviting environment with a team that treats you like family, and wonderful family activities(we went when Santa was there) this is the place for your mom.

My parents were blessed to live at Westmont. We loved it there! From housekeeping to restaurant servers, nursing assistants to maintenance, sales to management, I was greeted and honestly, they became like a family to me. The dining room workers went above and beyond to serve my mother's special vegetarian diet. Veronica was amazing! We worked with Jessica when we toured. I was so taken with her smile, kindness, knowledge, and willingness to help in any way possible. I will add that my parents thought it was the best food served in any retirement living situation. Also, the residents living there are just wonderful: Westmont is a quaint, sweet community. I highly recommend it!

Just moved my 91 year old grandmother into Westmont and we couldn't be happier. They made the process an easy transition for her and the entire family. Brandon and Jessica went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for her arrival and greeted her with genuine smiles- they were so helpful and welcoming! We were able to select an apartment that best fit her needs and the various amounts of community activities that they hold allows my grandmother to still be sociable and make friends. My Aunt suffers from dementia and her move was difficult, not only for her but for our whole family. we thought we were prepared for what is to come. We frequently toured the memory care unit. With many changes of new ownership we were a bit nervous. Of course with change there are hurdles to leap but we were reassured many times that there were terrific changes happening. We have seen the staff improve with an aura and promptness to skills and compassion. My Aunties change was rough but the patience, love, compassion and skills from management to line staff were wonderful. The nursing staff take their time to explain and offer a listening ear. The saying goes attitudes are a dominoe effect well the new management team have a talent to spread to all staff which makes a better home for Auntie. They are more intuitive more compassion and seemed more skilled in handling tough situations then last year. Lead by example has shown. If we were ever worried about Auntie the nurse always took the time to speak to us and ensure us the process. The Lead Nurse not only took time at late hours to explain to our family the dementia process but took time to listen to Auntie and cried with her as she explained how scared she was in her times of alertness. This is a passion that is being shared with all caregivers and it is showing. Which puts us at ease to know she has trained staff to care for her. We recently visited and they had a water slide event. Many residents watched from afar as a few joined. Their laughs and smiles brought joy to so many to feel young again. Thank you Activity staff and thank you Nursing Team and caregivers for showing Auntie and the other resident love in the last years they have left. My heart is confident in your care.

Im not sure how thats community would have received a negative review. My precious grandma lived in this community for about three years. She started in the assisted-living side and when she required more care we were lovingly made aware of documentation of new behaviors indicating that she was in need of more care. This allowed us as a family to make the decision to move her to the memory care side. The staff, even with changes, continued to show loving care, support, and sincere personal interest. Many staff members mourned with me when she passed away. My family and I have nothing to say but good regarding Cottonwood Court, its community, and the company standard that they are held to.

Our mom has been at Cottonwood Memory Care for 4 months now. Our mom had lived in her home for about 68 years and so this was a very difficult move for her and for us. We were shown around the facility beforehand and were impressed with how clean it smelled and how clean it was visibly inside and out and with how friendly the staff were. They assured us, encouraged us, hugged us during the difficult stage of adjustment for mom. Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks, sometimes a couple of months and sometimes longer for them to adjust. The staff...they dont give up and they didnt give up on our mom. We love those caregivers that tend to her needs each and every day and we pray Gods blessings on each and every one.

My dad has been living at Cottonwood since November 2016. He was living alon, but at age 90, he needed more consistent care and Cottonwood proved to be the best place for the care he needs and deserves. The staff are both professional and friendly. The meals are my Dads favorite times of the day. I no longer worry about whether he is taking his medications because they dispense them to him twice a day. He enjoys the independence of living in his own apartment while recieing the care he needs. He already had a friend living there, but has met many more new friends. We couldnt be happier with his decision to move to Cottonwood. 5 stars

Mom had enjoyed and independent living lifestyle until she fell and broke her hip in early July. She had been suffering from progressively worsening short-term memory loss for the last couple of years. After a month of post surgery rehabilitation, she turned 90 during that time, we moved her into an assisted living apartment at Cotton Wood Court. The accommodations, food and activities have been outstanding. The staff are wonderfully competent and caring. It has taken Mom a few weeks to settle in and adjust to her new environment, due primarily to the negative effects of her hip surgery (anesthesia, pain medication, etc.) on her memory and emotions; but thanks to the patience and loving care of the Cottonwood staff, Mom and the rest of her family have come to appreciate and love her new home.
