This is a place that at first sight is beautiful and looks very inviting, don't let that fool you. The price they give for rent isn't going to remain that way. They have increased the rent 6% every year since my mother has gotten there. If you don't have insurance or are living on a set income your Social Security won't cover the increase. Seniors get a 2 to 3% increase on their SS annually so the money will run out. She will be paying over $5700 dollars a month starting in January. She started out paying $4800 dollars 3 years ago. I understand there are things that go up and a increase is needed, but to screw all of these seniors isn't the way to do it. They went a whole week eating on paper plates is that something a senior paying that much money a month should have to endure? I'm sure they didn't send out a notice that one of their residents hung his self from the staircase, I had to hear that from my mother. Just shows you no one is paying attention to their needs. But what should we expect for $5700 dollars a month? Don't fall for the pig in lipstick....

This is a very nice facility. It is a well kept and a great staff. My brother is in the memory care unit and he is doing very well. This is a great senior living care and a wonderful memory care. I like it's senior living and care, it is not a nursing home.

I AM SO GRATEFUL for Sodalis! They are the best at what they do: caring. They take such great care of my mom and bring her to all activities and she's always full of joy in the Facebook pictures! I trust them with her each day and I know she is loved when I am away!

Our residents stay laughing and smiling and having worked at many places in town before here that sadly is rare!!

I love Sodalis. I have lived in BCS 25 years, grew up and stayed here. I have worked at many assisted living facilities as a caregiver as well as privately and this is the nicest place I have ever worked: The staff is friendly and funny, each have an individual relationship with the residents. The atmosphere is so refreshing, open and modern- simply put beautiful. The kitchen staff is incredible and overall I have honestly never been let alone worked at a better place. I would encourage anyone looking to come here- this is the best "home" you could ever put your loved one in!

This is one of the more impressive senior communities i've had the pleasure of visiting. Every time im in there the employees (from management down) are making sure my loved one and other residents alike are getting all the attention they need at any given moment. Not only do they work hard but from the moment i walk in a sense of family is permeating from the staff. it's one thing to take care of them but you can tell this place genuinely cares. Another big reason i recommend this place is the amenities. A beauty salon as nice as any, an awesome movie theatre, a patio with tvs/lawn games that i wish i could rent out for family gatherings and a great menu thats always delicious. There's alot of options when it comes to senior living facilities but as far as im concerned they dont gwt better than Sodalis.

The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly to my mom during her stay. The aides took such wonderful care of her, they were all so patient, kind and professional. I always felt at peace with my mom living in this facility. Everyone worked together with Hospice during her final days to give her comfort and peace. I will always be grateful to Sodalis for their wonderful care and concern.

We have loved our dad settling into The Sodalis Memory Care facility. We did not have many positive experiences with where he was last but his stay at Sodalis has been a wonderful experience. Their communication responsiveness is wonderful. We can easily get information and see how dad is doing which is excellent. I love how warm and caring all of our interactions have been with all the staff and I feel comfortable having dad there. I feel very lucky to have found the perfect place for his care.

The staff at Sodalis is very caring. My husband is not easy to handle and the staff did not give up on him. They kept trying to find ways to help him. They have activities for the residents to do that keep them engaged and happy. I highly recommend this facility.

Sodalis is beautiful and so is the staff. They really do want to give as much attention to each resident that they possibly can. I moved my sister from another facility out of town. To have her here, and to have great communication with the staff has made all the difference for me. I see my sister looking like a different person through Facebook pictures that she was the day I brought her to Sodalis. She smiles and always looks well taken care of . I believe each of the staff there really cares and wants to do the best possible thing for the residents. Not only that, the place is gorgeous, my sister loves the food, and I love her room!

If you are reading this then there may be a possibility that you are in the same situation my family found itself in a year and half ago as we struggled with finding a suitable Memory Care facility for my mom. In what is already a stressful and emotional situation , you are now trying to determine the best path forward by visiting various facilities, asking the right questions and making the tough choices. If this is a new experience for you then you certainly know the challenges of the task. We thought we knew how to approach this properly but it was a tough learning curve for us. I hope I can help steer you in the right direction. First, you will find many of the properties in the Bryan College Station area that are well appointed, like Sodalis, and are well practiced in answering many of your questions but I would encourage you to dig deeper. I would strongly encourage you to investigate the organization, understand the depth and level of expertise they have in dealing with people who face dementia related challenges, ask the facility how many, if any, other properties they have that also deal with Memory Care, dig deep in the qualifications of staffing and their related experience. Its a lot of work but I think I can confidently say that, should you follow my simple guidelines, Sodalis will rank on the top of your list. After relocating my mom from a different facility to Sodalis we began to see an immediate, and positive, change in her emotional state and her cognitive functions. I think the BCS area is extremely fortunate to have landed a Sodalis property and my family is grateful to all the staff that puts in the effort they do every single day. Finding the right place is no walk in the park but I think youve stumbled on the right place to consider. Best of luck in your search and thank you Sodalis for all you do for my family!

Sodalis College Station is everything I couldve asked for in a memory care facility! Having to find help for your loved one is always a tricky situation, but since the first time I walked through the doors I was met with nothing but love and kindness. My father was one of the first memory care patients in this new facility and they have done an amazing job taking care of him and helping him get out of his room. From the day I walked in to visit - I felt that everyone at Sodalis cared about my family. As beautiful as the facility is and as comfortable as I felt, I still had reservations about putting my mom back into a facility, as I had moved her out of another facility and home with me about 8 months before. Unfortunately mom just needed more care than I could provide, so a few days after they opened up, we moved mom in. Its been such a wonderful experience. I get to see my mom through the facebook posts several times a week, which is great COVID makes visiting impossible right now. My mom looks wonderful, she sounds great when Ive talked to her on the phone and I know shes getting the best care possible. I can honestly say everyone on the staff has been such a blessing to us - even the maintenance guy cares about the residents! I had serious communication issues with the previous facility, but everyone at Sodalis has been so responsive and helpful. I am at perfect peace knowing these folks are taking such good care of her.
