He walked us through the specialized daily activities, safety protocols, and layout, demonstrating a true understanding of memory loss and resident needs. As a Senior Professional in the Woodlands I must say this community have great amenities. The rooms are huge and are priced right to accommodate families. I never knew this community was so nice with such great character until the Marketer Krystal gave me the best tour I’ve been on in ages. Krystal has such a warm inviting spirit with a servant heart! I love giving credit when it’s due, since day one of visiting The Auberge it was beautiful but what made it the best was Krystal! That lady was absolutely amazing, from her personality, work ethic, and the way she lights up the room with her smile! I work with a medical office not far away and she has helped with many referrals for us and we greatly appreciated her. We love the way she has so much love for her residents and families that come in the door. She is amazing the auberge should feel blessed to have her! She is kind, compassionate, and truly takes the time to ensure that every detail is handled with care. This is a very active memory care community. It's not brand new, but it's very clean. They have a huge courtyard - walking trails, nice landscape, a gazebo, tons of trees, even a play area for children. The managers staff are very friendly. Residents look very cared for and engaged. You can feel the love when you walking in. Tons of activities every day. They go on trips 1-2 times per week. The fire department is next door. Catholic services across the street, other churches close by. This is a great place and a must see if your loved one has dementia!

The first time I walked into The Auberge at The Woodlands it felt so cozy and warm, just like home away from home. The staff is always so helpful and attentive to all residents. The facility is always clean and the residents are very well taken care of. If a resident needs assistance in any way medically or in any way at all Amy and Janet are always there to assist immediately and their response is always in a professional /caring manner. The entire staff not only work together but also interact like family which is calming to residents. I recommend this place as #1 memory care facility and I’ve worked/toured many around the surrounding areas.

I was looking into facilities for memory care for the near future, incase if ever needed. I was in this area and, came across The Auberge so I decided to stop by, and take a look. I was very impressed with this facility, as I walked in it felt like home, very sweet staff I was greeted with kindness and felt very welcome. Very clean, every department was staffed with very sweet individuals, therefore I would highly recommend The Auberge at The Woodlands to others.

Auberge is wonderful! My mother has been in several facilities and this one is the best by far. The staff is knowledgeable in the care of dementia but it is more than knowledge that gives this place such a great atmosphere. You will never see any of the staff using their cell phones or talking among themselves; instead they interact with the residents. Sometime the activity may be as simple as brushing hair or simply talking. The residents have activities throughout the day geared towards entertainment and also mental stimulation. They have outings, happy hour with entertainment, and drum circle. I am amazed at the participation of the residents. Auberge is spotless and the cleaning staff is to be commended on their tireless work. The food is excellent, the best I have experienced. I could go on and on. I have had some bad experiences elsewhere and my only regret is that I did not discover Auberge sooner!
